We took the public bus from Phuket airport to Karon, bus drop off not far from the hotel easy walk. The Hotel is right across from the beach. The room was spacious and clean everything worked.Free wifi tended to drop off intermittently staff were good.Lots of food places close by, as were massage places and market stalls. I would stay again.

The hotel is pretty good for people who wish to spend time at the beach as it is along the Karon beach. The room was clean and tidy. If you are in a search of a budget friendly place to stay at the beach side, then I would recommend this place. Only downside I can think of is they don’t have laundry service.

Room was facing the sea but the noise traffic is 24/7. Pillows are limited 1 for 1. Cant even request for more. Shower water pressure wasnt strong. I didnt like the structure of the interior building. It was oddly made which I dont understand the design. Reception staffs are not friendly and they will charge you late check out even if you want to check out one hour later. Which other hotels does not charge it.

Everything was great. Very clean and modern room. Staff was always helpful and they are sincere. The beach is very beautiful and you only acrros the street on a few steps. Rooftop pool is also nice. They provide towels for pool and beach. I would absolutely stay there again.

Anda tried to put me in a suite 4 floors up and no elevator, just recovering from knee injury, so not going to happen. Anda front desk accommodated me by upgrading me, at no charge, and moved me to the main building with elevator...nice. The cleaning staff do a great job, breakfast is limited but tasty. The location is the key, u just can’t get a better spot at that price, beach across the street, perfect!

The junior suite was very comfortable. But it was facing the road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Most of the small trucks that serve as local taxis have big stereo speakers and when those guys park nearby late at night to turn up the music it is hard to get a peaceful rest. Not much the hotel can do about that. The bed was cozy, the A/C worked great (in both rooms) and the bathroom was great. The balcony overlooking the street was nice and its possible to see a bit of the ocean through the trees on the beach. Other than the traffic noise Karon is pretty quiet. Hotel is well-located for an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Not a bad place to stay if you get a good price on the room.

We booked 4 nights at this hotel, but tried to check out within the first hour, they place moth balls in their rooms and the smell becomes unbearable given some rooms have no windows, we tried to cancel but the person in charge refused to refund us all nights, he offered a “better” room which had several moth balls as well, after going for a 2 hour walk and leaving the window open, the smell went away, the next morning when I tried to take a shower I had to do it sitting down bc the handle was broken, maintenance repaired it in the afternoon, must add that we stayed on the older building, breakfast was included but was a true disappointment....extremely poor selection, ended up eating cereal the last 2 days..... having said this the hotel’s location is unbeaten!

Most hotels in Phuket will help you book excursions and tours to other locations, but this hotel was reluctant to say the least. After trying to confer with the front desk clerk, who did not speak any English, he said he was not allowed to help us book anything (even just calling and helping us translate.. we had a translator app to talk to him) because it was disallowed by his manager. We had him call the manager who was more helpful on the surface, and he said that he couldnt book trips for Russians, but could for us. He said he would help us book a tour, but nothing ever came of it after saying that he would call back at a later time because he couldnt get a hold of the people. We ended up booking all of our tours on our own. Overall this wasnt a huge deal, and the hotel was mostly nice but its just something to keep in mind when booking this hotel. Youre going to be on your own.

The room is very nice and has a modern look. Very comfy bed. I have a bad back so if the bed is crappy I will feel it in the morning. Free water bottles everyday. Big plus!! Only thing I wish there weren't ants in the room, but other than that a must stay.

I had a pile of sim cards from my travels on the desk. I had left the room and they came to clean as I left. I unexpectedly came back 10 mins later and found a housekeeper sitting on the bed with his phone open, card in hand. It didnt click until later when I saw my sims had been moved that he was trying my sims in his phone.My pile of change also disappeared at the same time.The front desk guy needs to lift his game. Surly at best. The girl is mostly ok.No staff at the pool. Towels unavailable.Breakfast. If you are set on booking this place, dont have the breakfast. I have never seen worse looking eggs, on a daily basis. Better, cheaper, food all around the hotel.The hotel could be cleaner. There was rubbish in the lift that was there for at least 2 days.Pics. Ok, we get used to hotels taking pics from the best angles etc but this is a whole new level.Who designs a building with balconies inside, that go nowhere? Not like an atrium. This hotel with traffic is an hour away. I stayed in room 344. Be cautious of 344. The toilet was constantly backed up from the moment I arrived. No toilet paper was flushed, but it wouldnt go down after the second use and the water would start to rise. Yikes. I went upstairs to the pool bathroom, and the lobby bathroom and no problem. Theres something wrong with this rooms piping system. I had to ask for a plunger which was used every other time I used the bathroom. The tv connection was horrible. There was static on each channel, and I called to see what could be done. They came up and switched the cable, but no improvement. The guy, who was nice, said he couldnt fix it and didnt know why. The Bed is on the extreme firm side. Which worked fine for me. My room faced more hotels, but was still relaxing. I had 2 twin beds and the room was decent. Pool was nice. They have an outdoor lounge area on the 4th floor, and you can see down to the street, and through the trees you see the beach. Its very pretty. Did a lot of walking and if you walk left of the hotel theres volleyball, and there are also less crowded areas. The breakfast was good and filling. Around the corner where Karon jewelry is theres a coffee shop, restaurants, and a outdoor bar. Theres another hotel next to Anda which serves good Indian and Thai food. Feel free to walk right in, and not get stopped. The hotel shuttle to the airport was 900 baht. Customer service was great, and helpful.

Seaview rooms are great with a balcony to sit and relax whilst listening to the waves crash on the beach. The location to bars,restaurants and shopping is ideal. The only negative comment was the breakfast was terrible, the staff constantly let things run out which considering there were very few choices anyway seemed strange. The rest of the staff in the hotel were great, just let down by the breakfast staff who just couldn't be bothered. I would recommend staying here but get your breakfast close by.

Hotel is directly opposite beach - as are all the other hotels along the beach front. Hotel facilities are reasonable for the price paid, room is basic as expected due to price however bathroom is very dated and not overly clean. Power of water flow in Shower is also very weak, which is disaapointing considering beach front hotel.

Hotel location couldn't be better, across the street from the beach, shopping and dinning just around the corner, taxi service just outside the door, and many Thai massage parlors within walking distance.
The rooms were recently renovated and clean, a little on the small size but they do the job. Hotel staff wasn't very fluent in English but they were very friendly and tried to help.
Only two draw backs are the city drainage system in front of the hotel was pretty smelly, but the smell didn't make it to the rooms, and the attached restaurant was not so great. Aside from that the room was a great price and location!
