It is a beautiful property.

It was exactly what we needed. Arrived late and was easy to check in. Just made a quick stop.

Very adorable and nice staff. Property needs some updating. The landscaping is very nice. Pool needs some updates. No refrigerator in your room. No air conditioning however it cools off the evening. Over charged for breakfast.

They downgraded my room and overcharged me.

Beautiful unique hotel room with a really nice ambience in a cute location. The breakfast was great and service was very good. There were some issues with the room hot tub it seemed to flood when we tried to drain it there was a warning sign but we still didn’t expect it to flood so quickly we gave up on draining it . Tv worked ok but had something wrong with picture on edges. Also there was very loud talking outside room over night possibly from a guard on premises.

This is a very beautiful hotel, I was very comfortable, and had a wonderful time The tico breakfast was outstanding, my check in was very smooth and easy and the staff at the front desk impeccable and very helpful. The lady that cleaned my room each day was extremely nice and the room was very clean. I also had a massage from Tiffany it was the best massage that I have ever had and I have had many my compliments. Overall on a one out of 10 scale I would say this is 100,000 rating a very nice place to stay I would recommend it to everyone bar none this is one of the best hotels I have been in during my stay in Costa Rica I would definitely come again. I would like to thank the entire staff for their helpfulness, their kindness and especially the smiles on their face I think they all truly enjoy being here thank you so much

I normally stay at Cibeles when I visit Heredia. The staff is very friendly and very often allows early check-in. The gardens on the property are beautiful to enjoy in the morning.

overall hotel is great, good location. Beds are old and mattress are hard and thin, the towels are paper thin, recommend to bring your own. I did. I stayed before in this hotel. Good service, housekepping is good, super clean.

Asked for room service breakfast but instead was asked to have breakfast in a large conference room, where no one was. Room service would have been better. Nice breakfast though!

It was a large facility, clean and mostly well maintained. Rooms were very basic. Very convenient location for us, as we were going to do a coffee tour at Britt first thing the next day.

The photos look nice and a local friend thought it was a good hotel, but I ended up having an unenjoyable stay because the hotel seems to really specialise in events rather than in putting up travellers, perhaps because Heredia isnt really a tourism destination. The problem is that when the hotel hosts a salsa dancing dinner, a drum ensemble rehearsal, a church and a bingo night during your stay, you can hear every bit of it. You cant sleep because of the salsa music. You cant sleep in because of the songs of worship. You pretty much just want to be out of the hotel and away from the constant noise. The hotel is also very thinly staffed, and only one of them (that I met) could speak English.

The hot tub was being fixed when we were there, but the pool was nice. The breakfast was very good...a lot of food for $6.
Our plane was delayed and we had issues with our rental car so we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight, but the security guy got us checked in and situated in our room. The 24 hour security is nice.

This is a huge hotel which apparently is used as a day spa as well. The grounds were nice with a huge grassy area for children to run around, a basketball court, a swimming pool and jacuzzi (not working and not clean), and meeting rooms. Our room was adequate with a double bed which was not anchored. There were mosquitoes in the room and the internet did not work. The room was clean and updated. Because we appeared to be the only guests and no staff was around, it was a bit unnerving.

It was the scariest hotel I have ever been in. It was dirty and had so many bugs. There were mosquitoes everywhere and it will bite you dry. There were bugs in the bathroom, in the kitchen and even on our bed. It was so scary too. It was run down and super dark and just scary. The staff speaks no English

Spartan furnishing. Limited or no hot water in shower. Typical hard bed. No AC, got a fan. Clean room with 2 wood chairs. Nice pool but too cool for us. Office closed in evening and Sunday morning for checkout. Had to pay gate guards for previous breakfast and left keys with them. Staff had limited English. Sent us to Matice's restaurant in San Rafael. Very good.

Hotel and facilities are wonderful. Beautiful resort with well maintained grounds, many in- house services, gate for security and very nice rooms. Only 3 bad things to say about this place, for one at night dogs can be heard barking around location. 2nd bad thing is no English speaking staff and last bad thing is that it is not ideally located. But the 'bad' location is not a big deal since taxi services are really cheap In Costa Rica. I would highly recommend this place for families, since the cabins I stayed in had 3 beds in total. Also the room is a good size and comes with kitchenette. Overall, awesome hotel for a very low price!
