The reception and room are very nice. I was on the top floor. Unfortunately a lot of external noise as the hotel is located along a very busy street right off the Interstate.

My room was about 50ft from a freeway. offramp and over looked a parking lot. It was so loud I had to sleep with ear buds to cancel out the noise. The manager, Tony was very receptive but the hotel was fully booked. In short, I wouldn't stay there again

This hotel was super unique and reminded me of the nice hotels in Europe! I took my two teenage girls to stay there for a night so we could go shopping and to a play together. The lobby is fun and has a lot of varied seating options as well as games to play. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was good. This hotel is also very close to a lot of things in Meridian and Boise. We enjoyed our stay here!

Michael was excellent checking us in.

Great place! Rooms and staff were nice. Just a bit noisy from outside traffic nearby.

Property was newer and so it was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. That's the good. The rooms are small and the walls are paper thin (Yes - we could hear our neighbors doing "it"). There's no couch to relax and watch TV. There was no desk, either! The mattress and pillows felt cheap and the AC was loud.

Cute hotel, but terrible location! So noisy! Right on a freeway interchange. Traffic noise was horrible!!!

This hotel is well decorated and has a fun vibe. The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby and dining area is large with plenty of seating. The breakfast had good options. I look forward to staying in Tru hotels.

Very hip hotel with a good vibe! Will at Tru's regularly!

We did not care for the breakfast. It was a bit loud with kids upstairs, but other wise good.

The staff was not very happy on that day

Do not stay on the side of the building next to the road.
Motorcycles and cars race up and down that road until about 1.00 am.
They have no exhaust, are very loud and we left feeling exhausted.

It was ok for a 1 night stay. Liked 24hr fitness room. Hotel is pretty bare bones. Towels were quite thin.

There was a on ramp to a road. Outside of our room. And a road race went on most of the night. It was a very LOUD room.

No wi-fi unless you sign up for Hilton Honors kinda sucks. Sticky and slow elevators..
Quiet area and conveniently located

Very modern hipster-styled hotel (love it or hate it!). Has lots of places to sit in the lobby, and lots of nice seating outside to enjoy a quiet evening. Has some limited alcoholic beverage options - nice. Great to have a pool table and various games in the lobby. The rooms are smallish yet nice and everything is setup for space-consciousness. Room flooring is vinyl, which can be good or bad. Water pressure at the Meridian ID location is bad with the shower at least, sink and toilet are fine. Breakfast is pretty decent with many offerings. Coffee is so hot the McDonald's lawsuit comes to mind. It's like they use 212F water in it...I know a few like that, but it's abnormal. Pool is nice but smaller, hot tub is excellent and large with long run times on the jets. Overall a good experience here and would recommend.

Clean hotel, I recommend this location!

Even on the fourth floor highway noise was high.
They had squeeze soap and lotion dispensers hard to use due to our arthritis.
Every other toes and trash service didn’t always work out.
No microwave in room.
Staff was friendly and helpful, location convenient.
Room was comfortable.

It was lovely and affordable, a real find for your money. You also seem to have the NICEST, most professionsl staff. If I'm looking for lodging, whenever a TRU shows up, I book it. Thank you.

Extremely noisy all night. Motorcycles doing drag races out our window, noisy children down the hall until 3 am. Staff was nice but go maybe 3-4 hours of sleep. Won't stay here again!

It was a short stay, the rooms are simple and have all basic needs. Property was clean and staff greeted you everytime you came in and left. This was a business trip, it was perfect.

Rooms were great - very minimal but nicely appointed. The lobby, gaming area, & breakfast were awesome!! The staff was very helpful in recommending places to visit & eat.

The kids loved the unique amenities in the lobby. Staff were kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

The amenities were very nice. Lots of family fun stuff to do in lobby. Very friendly staff. Room was clean with a few nice features. Only issue was storage in the room. No drawers for clothes, just a few hangers & hooks. Most of your clothes will need to stay in suitcases. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. Close to shopping & freeway.
2.0
Poor customer service and housekeeping! For a 4 night stay the housekeeper only removed trash and changed towels once and only after we made several trips to the reception. They did not clean the room at all! We were without a hand soap for two days until my wife went to the reception and requested a bottle of soap. And, we have to install it ourselves. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
