Terrible! When you arrive, you will find a closed door with a paper stating that you have to call to a phone to request to enter, so you need to have roaming or a local sim card. I called 6 times during 30min, at the end, I started to look for another hostel and when I found another one then Castle Inn people called me. I went back to that hostel and the guy requested me to wait because he was needing to find my booking, I waited at least 15 minutes and then another employee from the hostel, who was sleeping in a room got off from that room and told me this is your room you can enter. When I got in the room I found: blankets had spots, the toilet was dirty, the TV didn't work, the pillows were having spots... I don't know spots of what but for sure I didn't want to use them they were not clean for sure.. It was terrible but the service was already charged to my credit card. Another terrible thing is that Hotels.com, after I booked the hostel sent an email staying that for contacting the hostel I can call to a.... they didn't put any number, when I called Hotels.com they gave a number of the hostel. When I used that number to call the hostel, the number didn't exist; hence, what can I say about Hotels.com, seems they don't check whether the information is updated or correct regarding the hotels they offer in their webpage. Overall, totally disappointed of hotels.com because when I called them It took me also like 6 times to get a reply and at the end gave me wrong information.

Good for one person, not for family. So convenient.

Not sure where to start, very hard to find in middle of lower class market, lineup for max 5 person lift, mostly used by others as a service lift, one time lift arrived full to ceiling of cardboard and no person. Receptionist seemed to have no idea about booking with 'office' being a phone on a wall in a very cramped corridor, had to move out of corridor to let another person past. Receptionist had huge language issues. Given room which nothing like photo in one booked, thankfully only 2 of expected 3 of us used room as only room for 2 to stand at once in only free floor space. Room was right beside hallway security door so 247 heard door banging and security pinging. Directly opposite our room door was an open space used by unknown persons for laundering of rooms linen and other stuff so 24/7 had washing machins/dryers operating banging/doors opening and closing/humming and so on. Chuck in there was the communal fridge, hot water machine and 24/7 you had people coming and going making noise including other room doors banging open and closed. The room was a shoe box, you sat on the toilet and any others in room could basically see through the frosted glass sliding doors but definitely hear your business. Clearly heard next doors business, inluding vomiting thru pencil thin walls. Towels were threadbare and stained by poo. So much more. We left after 2 of 5 nites booked. Expedia, this place is an embarrassment, remove from your accom lists. DON'T STAY HERE.........

It is cheap but the situation is very poor. There were two people sleeping at the upper bed and they were not tourists but hotel workers. The upper bed has many cracks that made me worry very much that they would fall upon me. Thus, I slept only a few hours per day.

Good Internet access
Helpful staffs
But it's more better if there's available bottled water in the room especially at night.
