Clean, comfortable, nice lobby area (plenty of varied seating areas, pool table). GOod breakfast with some hot options. Checkout at noon. Only downside was near highway so that noise, but I simply had the fan run all night, which covered up the noise.

Great location for easy access to the airport. Good options for breakfast. Breakfast area was well-monitored so it was kept clean and food replenished. Room was clean and comfortable. Minimalistic furnisihings but had everything needed for a short stay.

I travelled with my 12 years old son, we booked a two queen beds room, when we checked in, we have been told there is only king bed rooms left, since we didn’t book it through their site directly instead of a third party (like Expedia), so they cannot guarantee we would get what we booked! We didn’t have any other choice so we accepted it! When we got to the room, we had internet login issue, my son tried to call the front desk, no one picked up the phone with many times trying! This was a terrible experience I had with this hotel and an unpleasant excuse I never heard before from the hotel! I highly recommend staying away with this hotel!

This is a very nice property, conveniently located near the airport. There are no food options in the immediate vicinity but you can DoorDash to the hotel. Great breakfast options, and a very comfortable lobby to hang out in.

The only downside is there are few dining options around. We got in at 7:00 pm and was sent to a Perkins down the street who closed at 8:00, but would not serve us at 7:30. The staff was already cleaning and had all the chairs up on the table. So, we got in the car and drove for pizza 15 minutes away

I wanted to like this place but the walls are so thin and our neighbors had kids jumping and making noise. We asked to be moved but they said they would contact the other guest to keep it down.

This hotel is very close to the airport. The rental was located about five minutes from the location of this hotel. It was very easy to drop off my rental vehicle at the airport. The service at this hotel was top-notch second to none.

The facility looked new. I liked the flooring in the room; it looks much nicer than the carpet. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned properly. A washcloth with a yellow stain and hair was on top of the shampoo bottle attached to the shower wall. There were a few other hairs on the shower wall/ glass, too. I got to the hotel fairly late, as my flight kept getting delayed. All I wanted was a nice, refreshing shower once I got to the hotel. The rest of the room looked clean, but seeing hairs on the shower wall made my stay unpleasant.

I’ve stayed at several Tru hotels and this one wasn’t up to par. The walls in the rooms were incredible dirty and gave the whole room a dirty feel. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice, but I was surprised at the condition of the room.

Good things - clean, beds okay, bathroom okay. Airport shuttle great and both drivers very nice. Dislikes - front desk help was terrible, she is not a people person at all. The place is like it's for little kids, colors and themes for kids.. . The price and airport shuttle were the selling point otherwise there were many better choices in the area

Although convenient and understandably an 'airport hotel', my room had clearly been or was a smoking room or has cross ventilation with smoking rooms (likely the former). Use of masking chemicals only adds to issue. Otherwise, front desk was very pleasant.

The walls were very thin, no carpet so you hear everything! All 3 nights of our stay - the people directly above us began to “have a party or an aerobics class at 3 am” this went on until 5 or 6am when it was time for my family to get up! My daughter plays club volleyball and didn’t get the appropriate rest she needed! Very exhausting! When I alerted the staff they didn’t offer to give us other accommodations or offer any discounts, very disappointed and unsatisfactory, esp for the amount of money I paid to stay

modern upgrades to the property made it feel contemporary and clean. Woman who checked me in was extremely helpful and cheerful, polite. My only issues really were I wish the bathroom had a good exhaust fan. It was very steamy and humid during shower. Also the elevator was sluggish or something. It stopped and the lights on the button panel went out. It was a few minutes before the car started to descend again. It made me nervous but fortunately I didn't have to figure out how to call for help. It may have been effected by the recent solar storm and flares. who knows?
