Your Parking Lot was very unsafe and unacceptable for a person driving a ADA equipped van… your front desk man told me I could unload my handicapped daughter in the street then had the nerve to tell me there was a charge for parking at the hotel. The taller gentleman at front desk should take a class on understanding the issue of a handicapped person, very unprofessional!! The only good thing about the situation was an another man at the front desk a least showed some respect and compassion for the unpleasant experience. Holiday inn needs to take a closer look at the property’s for a handicapped person.

1) Advertised shuttle, no shuttle available. Had to pay to get to hotel. 2) Automatic phone service kept hanging up...only 1 number available. Kept trying, to no avail. 3) Manager seemed disinterested when I told him about the problems. Not our fault attitude. 4) Went to take a shower the next AM... discovered dirty/used towels in the washroom. Disgusting.

Tony at the front desk very nice and super helpful! Loved the choice of having soft lighting in my room at night very relaxing. Nice breakfeast atmosphere. Good coffee.

We were put in a non ADA room and the GM was rude. We also got charged by them and Expedia when they promised me the charge wouldn’t stay on my card.

While the only purpose of our stay was to have a bed and bathroom as we were busy exploring, the amenities were less than desirable. The pool was freezing cold and the breakfast was less than desirable. The location was very convenient as it was less than 10 minutes from every where we went. The room was very clean and comfortable. I did love that they had Dove products in the bathroom rather than the usual cheap hotel stuff.

We wearing attending a wedding in town. Hotel was holding Gift from bride & groom when we checked in. The pkg was destroyed (obviously been opened and stuff removed). Went to breakfast Sunday morning and there was no food left and drinks were empty. Line up of guests behind us went without also. Staff were notified & they said there was nothing they could do about it. How about refund us some of the cost of the room.

So overall it wasn't the worst experience I ever had but it was far from great. I had at least twelve options to choose from in our price range. However only two that could accommodate exactly what we wanted. Three must haves were a free breakfast, allowed dogs and an indoor pool. I went with Holiday Inn solely on the pet deposit amount $25 compared to $75. It's clear to say you get what you pay for. The food was terrible. Wasn't enough being put out to accommodate all of the hungry guests. The photos and descriptions were extremely overstated. But that wasn't the worst thing we experienced. The heater on the indoor "heated pool" wasn't working. It was like an ice bath. After bringing it to the staff's attention I was surprised to learn he was fully aware of the situation and proceeded to let me know if we would like to swim in a warmer pool we could go to their sister property on the next block! I was shocked and frustrated with the whole situation. We did go swim briefly at the other hotel but it may have been a few degrees warmer is all. Terrible stay, no, would I stay there again, no!

Upon check-in they said there was a water issue in the hotel and our room was downgraded from a two queen room to a king with pull out couch. When asked if there would be any price differential the front desk said they could not help us as a manager was not on the floor and would not be back until 9am the next morning. When we got into our room, there was no pullout couch and when we called to ask about it, they said there was nothing they could do….

We did not like that we didn’t have any housekeeping the 3 nights we were there. We had to ask for more towels & to have the trash emptied. On Saturday morning we went down for breakfast & there was no food. There was talk of more food coming but it didn’t come. We also didn’t like having to pay $15 a night to park our cars. We didn’t find out until we checked in.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Loved that there was a microwave and refrigerator!!! Parking was a bit inconvenient but overall we didn't have any problems.

The hotel overall was okay. It could be more upkept and the room/hallways had a very weird smell like mildew. The biggest issue we had was that they had no extra towels.. I was washing my 4-6 year olds with full sized towels. No extra blankets for the pull out couch either we had to double up on sheets. For breakfast we stood around waiting along with 10 other guests because there was no food and it was only 9am (breakfast didn't end until 10) Beds were super comfortable though and the pool is nice. Overall I wouldn't stay here again unless it were my only option.

Not only do you need to pay for parking, it doesn’t even guarantee you a spot, definitely not enough parking for a full hotel. They required a $50 deposit incase you smoke in the room? Probably won’t get that back because our room already smelled like weed when we walked in, barely covered up by a strong cologne smell. Room was never cleaned during our stay and we never got fresh towels and had to keep using the 2 they had originally provided. Multiple people had checked out early and we did the same. Terrible location with no security that has crazy people running around outside of it, we almost hit one trying to pull out of the parking lot because he was dancing in the road. Do not stay here.

Room key cards dont work multiple times a day for every guest...clearly a system problem. Hotel staff calling me asking me what room did they check us in? Free continental breakfast that was rarely re-stocked and cleaned. Large amounts of water on tile floor from pool to elevator never mopped up despite guests constantly complaining about it. Parking that you pay for but cannot accomidate all staying at hotel. It is a newer hotel but staff clearly has not been trained well and GM doesnt spend a lot of time there to see what is occuring. Will NEVER stay here again.

We had a TERRIBLE experience. This hotel is NOT at Old Market. It is more than a mile away from the closest point of Old Market. Parking was horrible. The neighborhood is at best transitional. No security at the hotel. There was a fight in the hallway outside of our rooms. A PHYSICAL FIGHT. When my daughter called the desk they said the police are on their way. I booked two rooms, 4 people parents and children. Our rooms had three towels. Three. They were understaffed. This hotel experience was horrible. I will never stay there again. I paid almost $1,000 for two nights, two rooms for a family zoo trip and. They say there is shuttle service. We tried to utilize the shuttle and even that was a mess. There was confusion about our pick up. Three times. We kept hearing ‘they’re in the way - they’ll be there in 10-15 minutes’. 45 minutes later we were ordering Ubers. The shuttle drivers blamed each other, the clerk blamed the drivers. Meanwhile we had FOUR tired children waiting in the sun for 45 minutes. There seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance at the property. The outlets in our rooms didn’t even work. Top to bottom, do not recommend.

Lovely hotel, with a spacious room. Check-in was almost instantaneous. Staff very kindly put our cooler freezer packs in their freezer. overnight. There is plenty of grass within a block for walking dogs. We got one of the 4 parking spaces in front of the hotel that are free on weekends (only Sundays?) and until 9am weekdays. There are several additional free spots on the adjacent street and plenty of paid parking in the lot behind the building.

Hotel was clean and our room as well. All was the way it should be. Breakfast was as good as any hôte type breakfast. The price was well worth it. We save $12 as we parked on the street directly in front of hotel. Parking in their lot there is tight and $15 per day. We paid the $3 for 3 hrs before the 9 pm free night parking. All was good.

We got very little sleep at this hotel as there seems to be little to no insulation between the floors/ceilings. We could hear the people above us stomping and running non-stop until about 2:00am and then it would start up again at 5:00am. A call was made to the front desk each time, but nothing was done about it. As for the cleanliness, the common areas were clean, but it was obvious that the floors in our room had never been cleaned and there was hair in the showers.

The property says "old market" but its about a mile from the actual old market. Their shuttle service isn't working but they use Even Hotel's shuttle service which is right beside property. On Friday night, no issue at all, I arrived at 10pm and the shuttle picked me up no problem. But on Saturday morning, a shuttle wasnt available until 9:30pm so I had to uber to the airport.
