Like many hotels in Tokyo, this one is also tiny. But for the price, it’s not so bad. Also the free soda and ice cream machine in the lobby is a nice plus, who doesn’t like free things am I right!

What at a great hotel. Very nice staff and you are a 5 minute taxi ride or 10 minute train to the shopping and night life. This is the only hotel we stayed at that offers free self serve ice cream and fountain drinks. Location is excellent. One thing to keep in mind the rooms are VERY VERY SMALL GET A DOUBLE ROOM.

Very clean and customer service very professional and helpful. Recommended.

I really liked Wander Tokyo Shibuya. It’s located one subway to the west of Shibuya station, which means you are close to one of the main attractions in Tokyo - the Shibuya Scramble! It’s about a block from the subway entrance, which makes getting around easy. And the hotel itself is great! The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful, the onsite laundry is super convenient, they offer free fountain drinks during your stay, and they have a pretty large collection of mangas that you can read in your downtime. Would recommend if you’re staying in Tokyo!

Great hotel, would stay again.

Very clean, good size room for Tokyo. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free drinks and ice cream until midnight if you so wish

The hotel is definitely geared towards business folk, as the area kinda seems to have more locals around and less tourists. However, it's only 1 train ride away from Shibuya (and sometimes you don't even have to transfer-just stay on board). The rooms were TINY (could barely fit 2 carry-on sized luggage in the room) but very clean. It's nice getting free ice cream and pop in the lobby and the staff is very friendly.

This place is walking distance to Shibuya crossing and all the shopping places. The room was average but clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient because there are food places around the area. They have free coffee, drinks and ice cream.

Great location next to trains and convenience stores . Quiet and perfect for a short stay or business , couples
or family trip. Nice and helpful staff . Small but weak appointed clean and neet.
Coming back for our last night before we head out to home

The room was just big enough for me traveling solo. The showerhead water pressure was excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. I liked that the convenience store and supermarket were just a one-minute walk away.

Hotel was good, service was good, love the lobby with manga, free ice cream and drinks. Clean and neat hotel. Location is good, places to eat, supermarket closeby, 15 min walk to Shibuya centre, quick taxi to Airport limosine bus, LCB.
Laundry, only 2 combination washer dryer machines so sometimes there is a wait to use but you can see if they are vacant from your room TV which is very handy.
Rooms are smaller but ok if you are just there to rest when you are not exploring the area. There are slightly bigger rooms though.
We would 100% stay here again when we return to Shibuya area😁😁

We stayed for 1 night while in Shibuya. Hotel is closed to train station. Very reasonably sized room for a city in Tokyo. Much better stay when compared to other chain hotels. Great selections of drinks in lobby. Highly recommended. Cleanliness is top notch as well.

Convenient location and clean property, but the room was tiny. It was a double-room apparently, but was awkwardly small for just 2 people. Not worth the price. We asked for early check-in but apparently they forgot. It was a 1000 yen charge per hour, which we didn't mind. As my girlfriend sat there waiting for them, they checked in others and when she finally asked they said yes, they had a room ready. The staff were the least friendly people we encountered our entire trip and they weren't very informative or particularly helpful. And yes, they could speak English. Would not recommend.

Right by a metro stop, with a few dining options around. If you want to walk to Shibuya it’s a 20-25 min walk, great walk if it’s a beautiful day out.
Staff are very accommodating and helped me out with luggage transfer service.
Free drinks/coffee machine was great for a quick pick me up.

Rooms are really small but great location and friendly staff

The property location is good. The accommodations are terrible, very small area, no outside view (no windows) in the rooms, not enough space for 2 people, no closet in the room.

This hotel is ok. The main issue is that the rooms are as small as closets. Was unable to open up my big suitcase in the room. Kept the do not disturb sign up in order for the room not to be serviced because it was impossible to store our three suitcases such that the maid could attend to the room because it was just so small. Also, this is to be expected, but the subway station is very crowded since it's the station next to Shibuya station. We got packed in like sardines multiple times. Just very uncomfortable. I would rather stay further away from the action and have a bigger hotel room and a more comfortable experience. Also, they will charge you for storing your luggage and will only let you store one item per person. So my wife and I would not have been able to store our luggage with them since we had 3 pieces of luggage. Thankfully we arrived in Tokyo right when checkin was so we didn't run into that problem. The hotel was clean and nice though, so if you don't mind staying in a very small room in a very crowded place, then it would be a good, affordable option. Just wasn't for me I guess.

Love this hotel! As a first timer in Japan this hotel was perfect. Walkable to train station and easy access to 7-11, two markets and Shibuya.
There’s also a selection of free drinks and ice cream that we utilized every day. Literally right next door to 711 which was awesome. Will stay here again if visiting in Japan!

The room we stayed in was really really small. It’s was almost impossible to open the two luggages.
However the staff is super nice and welcoming

Did not love this hotel. Probably our least favorite during the trip. The hotel is a little digny and needs a renovation. Staff was absolutely lovely though. 10am is too early of a check out time as well

Had such a nice stay here!! It’s really close to both the bus stop and ikejiri ohashi station, the staff are so helpful and nice, and it was always so clean and quiet. The free drinks and ice cream were also really nice. The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but still a great stay!

3 minute walk to a train and 1 stop from Shibuya. Very convenient location and a nice area. You can walk to Don Quijote and the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. You could even walk to Shibuya Crossing if you desire (or missed the last train lol) in about 30 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. The rooms are average size for a Japanese hotel room but my wife and I (Larger Americans) had no trouble fitting in the space with our stuff. The room and bed was plenty big enough. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Responsive and professional customer service. Very clean and convenient location. Although our room was small, it is equipped with all the things we need. The size of the room reminds us of the hotels in New York and Paris :). We love the free coffee, soft drinks, and ice-cream this hotel offers! We had our luggages checked in early (one luggage per person max) for 500 yen each. Also, the late check out option at 1000 yen per hour (up until 2pm) was very helpful as our flight was later in the evening.

Free drinks and ice cream in the bright and stylish lobby (although the coffee wasn’t necessarily to our taste), super quick walk to the train station, just one stop from Shibuya, was able to walk to a few places of interest (Tokyo Romantic antique market, Folk Crafts Museum) and just next door to convenience stores, cafe/restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Extremely convenient and no complaints!

The room was too tiny for two human beings. There was a jutted in section taking away space from the room and we could barely open our suitcases.

The reception staff does not acknowledge you coming or going. Check out time 10:00 am, a bit early. They only allow 1bag per person storage if needed. Wanted an extra fee for extra towels.

Great location close to Shibuya Crossing and the train station, walkable all kinds of great food .

The property was easy to identify and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were significantly smaller than anticipated and for two people with baggage it was quite cramped.

The location was 10/10. We couldnt have asked for a better location, nice new hotel.
The only thing we really disliked were all the charges. 10£ for rent of a hairdryer, 10£ for luggage storage and so on- things that are always free at hotels. And its not because its cheap, we paid 231£ pr. Night.

In a quieter part of Shibuya about a 20-minute walk to Shibuya station. The hotel seems new and clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms are always small in Tokyo, though this was among the smaller rooms I've stayed in. They have complimentary coffee, tea, sodas, and even ice cream in the lobby which was really nice. I find it's rare to have a hotel lobby in Tokyo with tables for lounging, and they have a big communal table and smaller tables. There's a metro stop nearby which is just one stop from Shibuya station. Would stay here again.

One of my favorite hotel I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. I went during thanksgiving week, which doesn't help with the cost. But even compared to other hotel, this one is reasonably priced.
The hotel is reasonably clean, I got nothing to complain about here.
Even though we didn't request for cleaning for the day, the cleaning lady still left fresh towel and mat in front of the door, which is really great because now I don't have to ask for one.
Location wise, this hotel is one stop away from Shibuya station, which is great for our trip since we mainly wants to go to Shibuya, so it's really convenient. 7-11 is about 2 building away, family mart maybe 6 building away, and mcdonald 3 building away. This is pretty much our staple breakfast everyday, trying different stuff. Train station is also 2-3 minutes walk away.
The hotel also come with free soda / coffee/latte / ice cream machine on the lobby which is really convenient.
All of the staff member are very friendly and accommodating too. Most of them speak good English, that I'm able to converse with them without any problem.
And last but not least, one of my favorite thing is the bed and pillow. I forgot that I wanted to ask them what is the brand of that beddings because I want to get one for my home. I like that it's firm, but not hard, but it's not too soft either that your body sink into it. Despite my jet lag, this is one of the best sleep I've had.

An excellent place and well worth the money in Tokyo. Next to a metro station. Free soft drinks and minimal for beer. No check in before 3pm and checkout at 10pm. Sine facilities nearby but you have to cab or metro to most tourist attractions. Shibuya is walkable.

Near train station, 7-11, family mart, market and restaurants.
About 15 minute walking from Shibuya station or 3 minute by local train.
Near Nakameguro, a hip cool area.
Near Meguro river, great for walking.
