Beautiful views of the ocean from our room. Only big issue was WiFi didn't work during our stay, nor did Directv, so my husband wound up watching the football game on his cell phone using cellular data. If you plan on getting a room with a pullout sofa, know it's extremely uncomfortable. My daughter who never complains about a pullout at a hotel said this one was "very uncomfortable". The staff was extremely friendly no matter who was on shift.

Stayed at this property on September 12-13, 2024. The shower floor was dirty and the grout between the shower tiles was black in a large area. Bathroom fixtures showed rust. Bathroom faucet was missing a part. Mattress made a noise whenever you laid down or moved during the night. I saw hair in the dresser drawers. My room was on the pool side & I paid $200 for the night if that helps any fellow travelers.

Loved the hotel and grounds. Pool was right in between a lake and ocean. Restaurant and service was great. This place is gem! The less expensive room are small and very run down, but still worth it for the location of the Motel. Newer rooms are very expensive and much nicer.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mom and aunt, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering our room, we were shocked to find vomit both outside and inside the door. The shower curtains were moldy, and we had to immediately request that they be cleaned and replaced. While the pool itself was decent, the surrounding area was unattractive and poorly maintained. The fence and pool lounges were old and in dire need of replacement, and the umbrellas were so shabby it was clear no investment had been made in maintaining the property. When we arrived, we asked the front desk for a restroom outside of our room, and were directed to one near the pool. This restroom was in terrible condition, with boxes and paper towel rolls scattered around, and the facilities themselves were old and unappealing. We were never informed that coffee and muffins were available in the morning, nor were we told that housekeeping had to be requested before 11 AM. It wasn’t until our last day that another front desk attendant mentioned a much nicer restroom in the lobby, as well as coffee being available behind a curtain in the same area. To add to our disappointment, the pool towels we received on the first day smelled terrible. Although the hotel boasts beach access, the beach itself appeared neglected. The stairs leading to the beach were old and unattractive compared to those at other properties nearby.

Great location. Very clean. Rusty shower area but useable, instructions for using the TV needed, great AC to cool the room, nice amenities, need hangers in the closet. I stayed at the older part in the back facing the pool

Staff was very good. Pool can get crowded. 5 min drive to many dinning locations. They have a nice bar /lunch facility. Fish TACOS are amazing. We did not bring kids but a good number of families having a good time. The views are unbeatable.

We were given a room with large windows overlooking both the ocean and the bay! It was awesome! That alone is 5 stars! Free beach access across the street to a rather secluded beach, mainly just this hotels patrons go there. Some things we noticed but didn’t affect our stay: a kitchen sink, the coffee pot was small and lame, you are a mile or so away from town, would need to drive to shops and restaurants. Definitely will return for more than one night next time!

Horrible weather conditions not properties fault. No insurance on trip, valuable lesson learned. We arrived as the storm approached, into water pouring from the lobby ceiling, no electricity, original reserved ocean view room on third floor was inhabitable, we were downgraded to second floor sea wall ocean view. No pool, No restaurant, no facilities. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

The room was not cleaned during our stay, and the hotel's communication was not adequate. For example, we were not informed about the pool towels, even though we asked for them. We were not informed when the lift stopped working, and we were not given any information about the programming of the in-room television. There was little shade in the swimming pool. Otherwise, the hotel was adequate for our purposes.

Kenny was amazing! The same price on Expedia for the older hotel two full beds was the same price on beach walks website for the newer hotel king room so I suggest going through there website instead. Kenny was able to switch me to the newer hotel cause Expedia wouldn’t let me cancel with a refund even after I bought protection for my stay which thankfully I was able to cancel and get my 38 dollars back for cause it doesn’t protect anything . The private beach area at beach walk was it was full of trash so thankfully they had the pool we stayed at instead but if u wanna go to the beach go down to the public area one. The pool is a plus they have live music good drinks and normal bar food! This is my second time staying at sea bright! Def stay in the newer rooms there beautiful!

Perfect location and accommodations for our needs this past weekend. The new rooms are beautiful but lack a few small touches you come to expect for that price. No real coffee service in the am. A few things were broken in the room that I didn’t report however,, wasn’t critical. The pool and beach access is worth the price alone. The restaurant was great for lunch and drinks. Highly recommend as there are very few choices in the area.. but wld love to stay again.

The view was really nice from the river view to the beach view. Love that my family had a option to go walking distance to the beach or the pool or just simply look at the view at the river. Is family friendly. Hotel Staffs were super nice and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious I have no complaints. The only thing I do wish it had more dining options and breakfast options ,there’s no breakfast in this hotel but overall My family and I enjoyed our stay, kids are already asking to go back. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

We were unlucky and got hit with hurricane Debbie. However, their restaurant was also close. So now we had no place to eat. We either had to drive 5-10mim in a storm to get food or call Uber and wait 2 hours for a delivery. Even the bar was close. No room service either for 3 days. We had to keep calling for towels and toilet paper. It was the worst experience ever.

I hate leaving bad reviews of a place but unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay from beginning. Room was not ready till 415 pm even though they were in no way busy prior to my arrival. Was later told staffing issues and workers don’t care. Then next problem for key didn’t work, bathroom shower leaked a pool onto the floor after every shower, the on site bar closed early, didn’t serve food bc they said not busy enough. There is some newer parts of the property but the back part where we stayed, the wood was all rotted, paint chipped everywhere, looked soo old and uncared for. The pool would have been beautiful but was filthy, never cleaned once during our stay and full of sand/ bugs. Will unfortunately not be back to this location and wouldn’t recommend

The photos for this place are so off. Our room looked nothing like we were expecting. We stayed 20 minutes and asked for a full refund. Our beds had sand in them which tells me the sheets were not changed. The shower was disgusting.

We liked being right in SeaBright, able to go from the beach to the pool. Park at the hotel without looking for parking. The outside eating space was a B ,however all the rest was an F. The room especially the bathroom was disgusting, flies, dirty shower base, etc. Essentially a rundown motel at an expensive price. The sign for breakfast advertised few items like fruit but, there was only muffins and coffee. The other guest wanted coffee but the pots were empty. No one to man the breakfast bar. The pool had what looked like vomit floating in the 7ft end. 3 people came to take a look & decided that it wasn't vomit but a drink & left. Didn't attempt to clean it or shut down the pool, just walked away. We all decided not to go in after that. we were all surprised. My daughter put it best. If I was in management, I would fix this mess I wouldn't want any other family to experience this subpar getaway. The good news is that this place is loaded with potential with the right people.

Outside of the restaurant, this place is a dump. Hair on pillow cases, sand in sheets, tv did not work, no place to set your bathroom bag, floors need a mop, the floor of the dresser drawers were falling out, and the over all room needs a deep cleaning.

The setting near the ocean was lovely but the state of the room was abysmal. Condition of bed and pillows was awful. No coffee maker. Counter covered with ants in am. Told person at counter and she said she would get manager but nobody came. I asked for some money off and they Said to contact Hotels. Com.
