We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel during a two night girls trip to NYC. We loved it! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and the bar was fantastic. From the design to the offerings, we loved it. We were a bit concerned that we would not enjoy being so far south (we had theater tickets and meal reservations closer to midtown) but we actually really enjoyed exploring this neighborhood (highly recommend drinks or dinner at the Bar Room at the Beekman) and we were just a short uber ride from the more northern points we wanted to visit. We absolutely recommend this hotel!

Lovely discreet hotel, with good front of house and concierge services. Good location for Downtown Manhattan. The room was a tad small with no view to speak of (1102). It also did not have any table or chair from which to do any work. Slightly surprising for a hotel in a business area.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay, as staff made us very welcome. The in-room dining was good as was the lounge and rooftop bar.

I recently stayed at **The Wall Street Hotel** for over 10 days, and while the location is ideal for those wanting to stay in the Financial District—everything is within walking distance—the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
Unfortunately, the **reception** was below expectations. The concierge was unprepared and, at times, quite rude, which did not make for a welcoming experience. Additionally, the hotel lacks a parking garage. They charge $90 per night to valet your car, and you need to request your vehicle at least an hour in advance, which is highly inconvenient.
On the positive side, the **cleanliness of the hotel** was excellent, and the **rooms**, while cozy, were a bit on the small and dark side. That said, they were comfortable enough for a short stay, but the size and lighting could be improved, especially for those staying longer.
Another issue I encountered was when I decided to extend my stay by three nights. Despite being there for over 10 days, the hotel was unable to accommodate me in the same room, which made the process a bit complicated and disruptive.
Overall, while the location is great if you're looking to explore the Financial District on foot, the service and logistical challenges left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t rush to return based on this experience.

Unfortunately, the **reception** was below expectations. The concierge was outright **rude and unhelpful**, which did not set a welcoming tone from the start. Adding to that, the general staff, including the waitstaff and other attendants, had a consistently **sarcastic and ironic demeanor**. Simple requests or questions were often met with a dismissive attitude or subtle condescension, which felt unprofessional and detracted from the overall service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wall Street hotel. The property is so beautiful and clean! We had a later check in than expected and the hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room for free, which was such a nice treat! Super friendly staff too! No complaints on our end, we will definitely be back!

We loved everything about the property. We would highly recommend it and are planning to stay there again. The only complaint was in a room service order for one of our rooms where repeated calls had to be made about bringing syrup for an order of French toast. It never arrived so was not consumed.
Thank you to The Wall Street Hotel.

Electric outlet didn’t work in the restroom. The light in the shower is automatic and turns off by itself every 5 minutes. Not letting you to take a shower normally.Other than that, very nice stuff and beautiful hotel, dispute the fact the space is limited for this price.

Excellent hotel, beautifully decorated, staff are incredibly helpful. Left a delicious chocolate cake for my 50th birthday in our room. Allowed us late check out which really saved the day as our flight wasn’t until 7pm. Definitely recommend, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in around the world.

Beautiful hotel, the esthetic , the art, the service (not at the terrace, terrible ) great bar at the the lobby, great location , nice people everywhere , except at the terrace. Clean, nice smell, beautiful lobby, Love it ❤️ highly recommended, not the terrace. We as a family had a great time there. Except you know… at the terrace/bar. I will be back for sure. Thank you 😊

Great hotel. Comfortable. Rooms are very nice. Room service food was poor and had an unfortunate interaction with a particular front desk person but everyone else was exceptional.

The Wall Street Hotel was a delightfully luxe hotel. Everything was perfect and better than anticipated. The staff was friendly and attentive- ready to accommodate any request very quickly. Our deluxe king room was sizable and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom shower had great water pressure and heated marble floors. The slippers, robes, and nightly turndown service was a welcome treat after a long day exploring. We took advantage of the onsite bicycles to ride across the Brooklyn Bridge and explore DUMBO. The hotel lounge was swank. I enjoyed a classic Manhattan. The location was exactly what we were looking for. For John Wick fans, the WSH is right across the street from “The Intercontinental”, which was the main hotel in the movie. The neighborhood was quiet yet near many bars/restaurants and points of interest. We enjoyed Stone Street for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The Wall Street Station subway stop is a few blocks away. And, there are many historic places within a few blocks. If you wish to visit NYC but want to stay away from the chaos of some of the other neighborhoods, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!!!

Great location; great bar; great service. My only complaint is that it took too long for the valet service to fetch our car. But otherwise, it was an A+ experience.
