Casa Ritual was a sweet oasis in PV located close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. The staff was great and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including storing a suitcase while we ventured inland for 3 weeks and printing documents for us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed afternoon happy hour by the pool. Rooms were simple, but comfortable and clean.

What a gem! Hotel Ritual was a fabulous find - located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it was away from the hustle & bustle of PV, but a short uber ride away. No children was a frankly a plus for an older couple looking to unwind with a margarita by the pool. The pool was spotless and refreshing after a hot afternoon taking in the sights. Rooms were basic - clean and comfortable. And the food! We started each day here with a lovely breakfast- no need to go anywhere else. The hotel staff was absolutely lovely. Friendly and extremely helpful. And finally, Casa Ritual is very affordable. We will definitely be staying here again next visit to PV.

Spent a night here in transit through Puerto Vallarta. A charming and quiet spa hotel close to the airport. Service was pleasant and prompt, my room, public rooms and pool area clean. Room appointments simple and adequate, but a couple things could have used a bit of refurbishing.

Nice area, close to everything walking distance. Excellent food, staff service. Loved it. I did not like the massage room comfort. Did not enjoy it. Might work if they had some nice pillows and sheets thats my thought. That was my only concern.

I very much enjoyed my 3-night stay at the Casa Ritual Hotel. My room was super clean and comfortable and I loved that the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes away from the airport arrival terminal by taxi or Uber. The neighborhood around the hotel is safe and a great place to take a morning stroll. It's about a 10 minute walk from a shopping area. As for the hotel itself, the staff are unfailingly courteous and professional. I had breakfast at the restaurant on two mornings and I really enjoyed the French Toast, which was delicious and filling. I plan to book a room at this beautiful hotel again for my next visit to Puerto Vallarta!

I loved everything about this stay. Staff were wonderful, the pool, rooms and restrooms very clean. This is a great stay if you want something chill and relaxing (no kids). You can walk to the Marina it’s about 10/15 min walk. They have great restaurants. Uber is your best friend for transportation. Taxis over charge by a lot!!. The most expensive Uber ride was about $12. If you are wanting night life/more day activities best bet would be more downtown area hotel. Overall definitely coming back!

I have see so many positive reviews about this property, however this “ hotel” has nothing to offer . Room comes with a bed and tv that’s all you get. Staff has limited work hours, the pretentious restaurant is open from 8am to 8pm, if you are a morning person as I am good luck having to walk 10 minutes to get a coffee, and better don’t get hungry after 8pm cause you are on you own. I try to switch or cancel but Expedia wasn’t an able to communicate with the place . And wait for the best they sent a huge texts with their rules. The staff don’t even try at all to even make you feel comfortable… and by the way it’s a beautiful old house turn in to “hotel boutique “ .. never again.

This boutique hotel is a wonderful place to spend time if you enjoy peace and quiet. The staff are wonderful (especially Alida). they are exceptionally helpful and it is in such a lovely neighbourhood

We booked the superior room and it looked exactly like the picture. It was a pool facing room. But the front door and the wall are made of transparent glass and we need to be extremely conscious to keep the curtains sticking to one another otherwise anyone can see us from ourside. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so we had to open the small ventilator. Overall it was a nice and quiet place to stay but it is a bit far from the beach.

The staff was excellent. So nice and accomodating. English was spoken, so it made it easier for me as my Spanish is very bad. Great pool, clean and beautiful grounds. Very safe area, and quiet. In a nice residential area. Will be back for sure.

This property was clean, the staff went above and beyond (room upgrade), the guacamole, the extremely long happy hour (2x1 drinks), location was next to the quiet/family oriented beach which we liked. Probably the only place I will stay when I visit PV next.

Very sad to report that the hotel has deteriorated badly since we first came here four years ago. Half of the chaise lounges by the pool have seriously torn covers, revealing foam beneath. How could the staff not see this or not care? There is trash all over the ground looking down from the front balcony outside our room. Chipped paint, tiles and pottery everywhere. Our bed sheets had a black stain. The front gates are rarely securely locked. Badly peeling paint on some of the walls around the pool. They no longer offer wash clothes in the bathrooms. Etc. Etc.

If you are looking to stay at a boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta, I must say this is the place. The stay here is definitely for a relaxing and quiet getaway…. It is very Zen. It’s definitely not your resort hotel. However, all the amenities that you need are there, the hotel Very well-maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and very sweet. Unfortunately, we did not try the restaurant downstairs. Keep in mind that they do not have that 24 hour reception If you are in need of something. We certainly did not miss that. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Casa Ritual is the perfect relaxing getaway. Everything is exceptional; great ambiance and relaxing atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, wonderful food, perfect location. It looks exactly the same in person as it does in photos! We ate breakfast every day at Casa Ritual and it was wonderful to start our day with the relaxing vibe and incredible food. The house itself is beautiful with so much interesting architecture and styling. And I cannot say enough good things about the staff! The service we received at the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping were top tier. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a quick trip 3 nights only but it was perfect. Clean rooms, quiet pool, we walked to the marina for our fav eatery’s and that was simple and safe and lovely. The staff were wonderful and attentive to us. We will be back.
