I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Homestead Florida City and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself is modern, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The options were quite limited and not up to the standard I was expecting. My only real complaint is regarding a $10 charge that was added to my card without any prior notice. I later found out it was a parking fee, but the receptionist didn’t inform me about this at check-in. What made it frustrating is that there was free parking available nearby, and I would have gladly taken that option if I had known. This lack of transparency about parking fees left a bad impression.

Staff was wonderful,especially Gia. Gia was welcoming, helpful and professional. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and clean. Great stay while we escaped hurricane Milton.

The hotel charges for parking. They dont have cameras in parking lot. Our truck tool box was broken into and all our tools were stolen. The hotel didnt seem to care at all when we contacted them. Definitely do not recommend unsafe and over priced

Very modern and upscale rooms. They seem to be recently renovated. The pool and the gym was quite nice. Breakfast was also decent. The staff was nice and the hotel is maintained very well. Overall it was a great stay.

Don’t hesitate to stay here. Over the last few years I’ve stayed at multiple different hotels/motels in this area, Fairfield Inn is by far the best one. Clean and very quiet. We stayed on the 6th floor right by the elevator on a holiday weekend and never heard anything. No elevator, no people, no doors, nothing. Staff was great. Breakfast was ok.

My room had a dirty smell. It did not look like the carpet had been swept. Then I found a dirty men’s sock on the floor near my bed. I went out to the pool the guests in there had filthy mouths listening to offensive music and the pool was nasty. Pool was dirty dirty. Also the game remained unlocked at night to the pool. There also was no other furniture to sit on outside than at the pool. Then the breakfast was not even sub par. They had toppings for oatmeal but no oatmeal. Canadian bacon was cold and nasty eggs. Definitely not work the money stay next door at best western or holiday inn express I have stayed at both and both are superior to this more expensive property. When I checked out I could not find a front desk person or manager around to talk with them about my stay. Nasty only good thing was second shift FD person named Victor

Nice property. The breakfast is lacking. There is a nightly charge for parking, which I have not seen at other properties in the area. In addition, there is a $50 pre-authorization at check-in. I was told it is for incidentals; however, there is nothing at the hotel to buy.

Disappointed-our room did not get made up after the first day. Shower drain did not drain so water went all over bathroom floor, there was no body wash in the shower, no conditioner in the shower. Very disappointed in the room.

Excellent new hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Hot and cold selections. Nice shower and products. Lots of fee parking. The only issue was that the hotel had no WiFi, a problem with the internet, which was rectified in the morning. Recommend.

The hotel itself was very nice, the only complaint I have was the breakfast. We cam down with well over 1hrs of breakfast time left and the eggs had run out and were replaced with meat. I asked if they will be making more eggs (we are vegetarian) and they said no. The other options were eggo style waffles that were soggy for me and hard when my husband got some a bit later, kids cereals and bread. For coffee you only had the choice between decaf and dark roast. Overall, the breakfast was very disappointing and not what we are used to from this chain.
