The owner/manager is phenomenal. Communication was TOP NOTCH. This is a small self-service property, if you’re looking for luxury amenities, look elsewhere. Location was convenient to everything! The Dyson fan and noise machine were a GREAT touch. Thank you!
2.5
Nice place. Very quiet. There is no staff. You check in remotely, use a keypad for entry, never saw another soul why’ll I stayed there.

This property is so quirky and fun! It was close to the concert venue I needed and had safe off-street parking and I felt very safe. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! I would absolutely stay here again!

The property is very nice and clean! Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. Very nice neighborhood.

Multiple large stains on the carpet and the hallways smelled and felt like a dorm. Aside from these two things, everything else was clean and efficient. We got what we paid for

Very quiet, close to dining and conveniences inclusive of grocery and pharmacy.

Great - exactly what we needed for a short overnight in Nashville. It’s not fancy but great basics.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet and convenient to shopping.

I liked the contactless service. It was straightforward what to do and well communicated how to get in and use the hotel. I took one star off the overall rating just due to not having control over the air conditioning unit in the room. There is a fan but it was a little noisy.

Hidden gem! Wow. Took a shot with this property and glad we did. The whole experience was great. Wish there was an option to check in early but other than that nothing I’d change. Great communication and clear instructions made it simple!

Cutest little boutique hotel EVER!! The rooms were spacious and very modernly decorated. The entire church turned hotel was so enticing. It was also amazing that their proceeds go to helping the homeless with shelter

Being a family of 8, it’s often hard to find hotel rooms that suit us without having to split up. The Gallatin bunk rooms worked perfectly. The kids loved the bright colors and it was just a short drive to all the activity of downtown Nashville

Instructions to get in and out were clear and easy to understand

It was our first experience with a no front desk hotel and it was a pleasant experience. All details were well shared with messages and email.

Beautiful contactless facility, clean and quiet. Parking was made super easy. Will be booking again in the future.

This property was so cool. The owners were very responsive and I felt totally safe staying there.

This was a nice property that was simple to check into. The room was small, but I didn’t need much but I bet in the bathroom so it doesn’t make a difference to me. The first floor window does not let much light in. One bonus is that they provided a bottle of champagne with my reservation

Quirky property with no human contact. The tiny room, almost feels like a prison cell. The give complementary snacks, water and a cheap bottle of wine. It misses a wardrobe. The neighborhood looks dodgy. Bookened by a CVS and a Walgreens, skip the CVS (you're welcome).

We LOVED this place! the room was super comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff is super responsive and we enjoyed all the cool amenities. We will be back!

So cute and easy checkin and check out. Lovely neighborhood once of the busy street. Interesting chops and great places to eat. Would stay here again! Comfortable bed and quiet.

The property was very clean and original

The art decor throughout the building was awesome. The room was very trendy and unique. The fact that this is a former church that’s been renovated to a hotel is impressive. I was informed thoroughly about entry codes via texts and email. The gift basket with goodies from local businesses was so nice. The beds were comfortable and so fresh. The towels were plentiful and very soft. It was so quiet and peaceful. The charity that is supported via the hotel is inspiring. I definitely will not hesitate to book again for my next visit to Nashville

I loved my stay at The Gallatin! I stayed in the cozy full and it was small, but exactly what I needed for one person. I was impressed by the in-room amenities The hotel was very quiet and clean. I was worried about a contactless check-in but the staff was very attentive over text and email with questions leading up to my trip and check-in was smooth and no trouble even with arriving late. The area surrounding isn't too far from downtown and while not super walkable, still has a good amount near by to check out. My favorite part of my stay was the coffee bar plus tea and seltzer on tap.

Very unique and comfortable spot to stay in Nashville. Cute area!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It had a fridge, coffee pot, fan, snacks and ear plugs. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a large shower. The decor is a little different but we liked it. There is no front desk, everything is done online or through text but it is great communication and never worried about a thing. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back again.

We stayed in a bunk room. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Room is a bit small but it’s all we needed for the one night stay. The outdoor seating areas and courtyard are splendid. Be sure to visit nearby Elegy Cafe. Yum! On site hotel parking and check in were easy and communication from hotel via text and email was convenient and flawless. Will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Gallatin was superb! We'll be staying there again the next time we're in Nashville. It was clean, quiet, stylish, and spacious. Service was excellent -- the staff was friendly, helpful, and detail-oriented. We loved the location in East Nashville and we couldn't be happier with the hotel mission of "rooms for rooms" (a portion of each stay is donated to accommodations for the homeless). Don't hesitate -- book with Hotel Gallatin!

Easy check in and check out. Great communication. Clean.

This hotel was amazing! We stayed in the Deluxe King Room. The cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in ever! Beds were super comfy! The Dyson fan and hair dryer were a great addition to the room. My favorite was the soaking tub!!! Amazing after being out and about all day! Super quiet stay but close enough to all the action. To make it 100 times better is that some of the profits go to helping the homeless in Nashville. I will recommend to everyone!
