Won't be back!

Fabulous location!

Valet parking was a nightmare! Took forever to drop off and retrieve the car. Mobile ap for parking never worked... except for the tip portion.Plus our room was horrible... the air conditioning unit was so loud it kept us up.

The comfort of the bed was wonderful. The room was clean. We only stayed one night, but it was good. We had to pay for parking in a parking garage because the only parking is valet parking. I wish there had been a makeup mirror. I have to have a magnified mirror to see to put my makeup on.

The only thing I didn't like was the paying to park in the parking garage, but there is no parking on the street

Overall positive. I got the feeling this room might not have been used in a while. The tv remotes batteries were corrode

Location.

Coffee pot is on a counter top with no electrical plug. Tried to put by sink but the plug was so high it wouldn’t sit Had to move to other room. No cream or sugar.

You're paying for the location—the quality of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

The location was solid—close to basically everything we wanted. The staff was also very friendly.

There were specks of blood on all of our bedding. We had to call the front desk and request they change out all of the bedding. The room was also in lower than average condition. There were poor paint matches on the wall and overall felt dingy.

Superb location to walk your way around Nashville!

Superb location. Most everything within walking distance: Broadway St., Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, hop on hop off tours and excellent restaurants. You can confidently just arrive at BNA, take an Über and walk your way around.

Wonderful and comfortable stay

Everything was so clean, the beds were so comfortable. Short walking distance to Broadway. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The Starbucks attached was an added bonus!

Would not recommend staying there, haven’t heard back about our insurance clam, nothing. A refund

We paid to have 2 cars valet parking, we had all her college stuff in the cars. we were on our way to taking our daughter to college and stayed in Nashville to 2 nights. Paid $50 a night for 2 nights, over $200 for the hotel to valet park our cars, and the car was broken into and had things stolen. You would think that paying that much to park your cars would be safe.

We had a nice time and enjoyed ourselves!

How close it was to downtown Nashville! But it was far enough away that you didn’t hear the noise from the bars and people.

Passable

The location was perfect for so many things. It was nice to walk and not have to worry about parking because we did Valet parking through Courtyard. A huge plus, there is a Starbucks on the first floor.

First and foremost, when booking our room I was under the impression we would automatically have a parking spot especially paying almost $600 a night to stay here. We were in town for a concert. Upon arriving at our hotel, we called early 3:30 to see if we could check in and also asked about parking. While in conversation with the guy on the phone, he hangs up on us. I literally would have went somewhere else if there would have been somewhere to go. After checking into our room, we noticed after an hour the temperature in our room wouldn't change. Called the front desk and informed them of this issue (keep in mind...it's July and 98 outside). After an hour still no difference, they finally gave us a small discount. Nothing to brag about. About 3 hours later, the temperature finally reached 75. I later looked at the reviews and there were several where people had problems with their air in their rooms.

Perfect location

Great location from the Nissan Stadium. The staff was great. Louis was very personal and helpful. Room is large and clean. Great place to stay for the weekend.

Overall good place with the staff being as friendly as one could be.

The people inside were very polite. I was aggravated over the parking situation and they handled it perfectly

The desk staff were helpful & courteous; however, I would choose another hotel next time.

Starbucks was available within hotel, but we ate breakfast elsewhere.

The $49 valet only parking for a one night stay.

Had a wonderful stay

The location is excellent for anyone looking to walk to Bridgestone arena about 2-3 blocks also parking garage is just across the street,, valet parking is available.

It is pricey, but very nice and comfortable.
