Cockroaches and very rude front desk woman at checkout. Not good.

The shuttle to downtown is excellent. The breakfast was good. Room is well sized. Front desk person at Check IN was pleasant.

Killed a cockroach in the room. Water leaked from the ac unit. No shelf or hook in the bathroom. Front desk woman at checkOUT was about as rude as a person can be.

Location, staff & room was quite pleasant.

The room overall was nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was awesome.

Pool room was unbearably hot. Occasional big roaches throughout property but didn’t see any in our room.

NOT worth the money

Close to the stadium

EXTREMELY overpriced, staff wasn’t the friendliest and turned us away at 3pm to check in saying they were busy and we had to wait, noticed some bugs under the desk area. Price gouging for an event should be illegal, we paid triple the normal price for one night because it was the only thing available.

Pleasant stay, clean and friendly staff

The free shuttle, the location and proximity to downtown, the helpful reception staff who works Wednesday to Sunday. The cleanliness of the rooms and service.

The indoor pool , it was far too hot inside that room. The room we had didn’t have a view at all, the motorway was super loud and our window was almost non existent. The bed was super squeaky and the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent.

The young lady with the glasses who checked me in very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions with kindness and was a great customer service person.

When I went to purchase a bag of chips, the lady behind the counter was too busy talking to her friends. Plus too much construction.

great value for money base to explore Nashville

A great base to explore Nashville if you do not want to be based in the hurly burly of downtown. There is a regular free shuttle to and from downtown which takes about ten minutes. Rooms are quiet and very comfotable and spacious. breakfast is basic but as it is included in the room rate it is a good start to the day as "top-ups" in town are plentiful.

Some items at breakfast could temporarily run out if it is busy.

Excelente localização. Quarto Amplo. Estacionamento.

Excelente localização. Os quartos me surpreenderam no quesito tamanho e qualidade. Cama grande e bem confortável. Não tinha carpete o que para mim e um ponto positivo. Quarto espaçoso. Possui estacionamento no local gratuito. Eles tem uma van que parte para o centrinho da cidade a cada hora, e você também pode retornar na van para o hotel e muito interessante esse serviço. Café da manhã bem americano.

o café da manhã para o meu gosto pessoal não foi muito bom. Muitas variedades, mas bem americanas, não tanto como um café continental. Mas a comida era boa. outro ponto, caso queria pegar a van, cuidado quando eles dizem que sai a cada hora, pois fui tentar pegar a de 14 hrs. cheguei na recepção as 14:00 em ponto e tinha 5 min que tinha saído.

Very comfortable beds!

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There were several good choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk over the bridge to downtown Nashville.

Bien situé à 15 mn à pieds du centre névralgique !!! Navette gratuite à disposition chaque heure qui vous accompagne en plein centre Chambre bien équipée , super douche DEMANDER UNE CHAMBRE COTE PARKING !! car les chambres sur autoroutes sont infernales !!avons demandé de changer !! PDJ correct WIFI aussi

Should consider people straying the night there to be able to park.

Room breakfast and location was great.

My son and I travelled 4-1/2 hours to watch the Tennessee Titans play and could not get into the hotel parking lot to check in. Had to pay the hotel next door to park. Not good considering I was only staying for a certain amount of time.

Convenient but tired

The location close to the pedestrian bridge was good. We are quite used to walking so the trek to downtown was fine for us. The shuttle bus was never an option as it seemed to never be available when we were ready to go. The breakfast was good. There are very few options to grab a meal other than breakfast in the vicinity

Wifi was weak, property was dated. The pool was clean but very run down and off putting. Our room phone didn’t work, we reported and still was never fixed.

Exceptional

Assistant General Manager Teri was so friendly, helpful, and kind, she made our stay in Nashville remarkable. The shuttle driver was just the sweetest gentleman!

All other front desk personnel, breakfast attendant, and housekeepers were exceptionally rude in every interaction we had with them.

Great location very friendly staff and also provided a courtesy shuttle bus to and from downtown on the hour which was great convenience ☺️ definitely worth checking out

Our window was leaking water however when mentioned at the desk it was dealt with straight away by the maintenance guy. Room was a little noisy also as there was a busy highway behind it

Floor was very dirty. Employees were selling parking spaces to people for venue across the street. Made for tough parking conditions for us who actually stayed at the hotel!

In general it was a nice stay and we were accommodated when we asked for a ground level room.

We liked the size of the room and the breakfast offerings. Also the shuttle van that took us to the main drag every day.

I didn't like that housekeeping did not clean our room or replace towels unless we asked them to. We were not made aware of this policy when we checked in so we could not understand why no one came to clean or empty waste baskets etc.
