Great spot in a great locaion

Location and vibe are amazing. The lobby is super cool! It’s definitely the best location in town

The rooms are really simple and small but the rest of the hotel spaces make up for it

Can’t beat the location—just steps to best bars on Broadway! Kinda like a European hostel.

Overbooked the hotel - couldn't check into our stay! Awful.

Location

After booking 2 rooms for multiple nights - we get there to check in and they tell us they overbooked so we have to stay at their sister hotel (NOT in a good location) for 1 night, then checkout at 11, and then check back into their hotel at 4pm the next day for the next night. Both hotels seemed clueless on what to do. They could not get us in either hotel for both nights. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and stayed at another hotel that did have availability for both nights.

Would highly recommend and would book a future stay.

Location, small stage in bar, seating areas in lobby, rooftop bar area

My bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed ~ front desk arranged for maintenance to fix the door. They did while we were gone, but it only lasted one use…. Then would just roll open again. No shampoo~ but 2 conditioners, no backup TP. But front desk sent items needed right away.

Valet staff need to be out on the street to meet guests as they pull up to try to the hotel. No valet offered to help with bags. Unacceptable

WAY…WAY to expensive for valet. When a property does not have parking valet should be complimentary. That was the main reason I didn’t give a full 100% review. Also, the staff should be a bit more welcoming.

Great location but no sleep.

Excellent location

No maid service at all. Garbage never emptied, fresh towels only if you ask for them, dirty towels left in room. Worst was that our room was directly above the bar so we had the band playing EVERY night until the wee hours of the morning.

In liked that the property was clean and secure.

Lack of storage and impracticality designed bathroom. Also not the adequate amount of luggage carts. Water bottles from the lobby were very overpriced.

The location; and the decor was awesome!

No parking; and valet didn’t know how to drive a stick! After telling me he could drive a stick and he knew what he was doing; he stalled my car 3 times before bunny hopping away. And then same at the stoplight (and chirping tires).

Disappointing

The roll window treatment didn't work, the roll bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Tried talking to maintenance guy, he ignored us. No real front desk only people working at the bar that are the front desk.

Rooms were nice. Liked that there was live music in lobby.

We paid for valet and one evening when we returned there wasn't a valet to be found. We waited nearly an hour for someone to return. Meanwhile the valet parking area at the front of the hotel was full with other people searching for valet as well and we had to either block the road or keep circling the block which took over 30 minutes to do because of the backed up traffic mainly in front of this hotel. A police officer arrived and spoke with Moxy guard about traffic situation. He just continued to stand at door. If I pay for valet I don't feel I should have to wait an hour for someone to come to my car and park it.

convenient to everything downtown, modern aesthetic, fun atmosphere, clean rooms, excellent restaurant!

location is the best for venturing downtown! our room was clean, bed was comfortable, I requested extra pillows at booking and was pleased to find them in our room when we checked in. We really loved the communal space that the lobby offers as well as the bar and live music. we also had an excellent meal and service at the rooftop restaurant. the fact that you have to use your key card to access your floor on the elevator (for safety reasons)was an added bonus.

I found it was hard to hear when checking in because the check in is at the bar where there’s live music and a lot of commotion going on. there was also an overwhelming smell of marijuana when we entered the lobby that could be smelled throughout the property. the soap/shampoo containers in our shower were less than half full and the dispensers didn’t work (also didn’t like using the same shampoo/body wash as previous guests-felt unsanitary) it was impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere. our handicap accessible shower had a curtain but no liner so water gets everywhere in the floor
