Fantastic double suite on the 20th floor. Great views of Manchester centre and the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard.

Excellent stay Very disappointed with check in as the hotel double charged me for my 3 night stay and didn’t even apologise. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Great location, but hotel not as we expected - very basic and badly designed. For example no cleaning service and no linen change unless staying over 6 nights. They wont even empty the bins / recycling. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but you need to bring your own Nespresso capsules as they are not supplied (although teabags are). There is a small round table but it’s in the darkest corner of the room so you can’t work / write / read there. Bed is against the wall so one person needs to climb over the to get in and out, and there is nowhere to put a glass of water. Bathroom is TINY and should have been built with a sliding door but they took the cheaper option so you need to be a size zero to squeeze inside past the door.

Hotel is in a great location. Very pleasant team, rooms are clean and comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. Having enough space to work was a bonus.

I love this place, the apartment, the view the location! It’s my second time staying here and for sure I will be back! Staff is overall nice and helpful. I travel on my own and this feels like a safe and cozy place, easy and close to everything you need and for leisure. Would like to give special thanks to both reception men working on 25AUG24 night shift for being so kind and professional. (The only downside is that I forgot something in my room and they said they did not find it and felt a bit ignored about it.. I would have appreciated if they showed more interest and to have it back as I’m sure it was left there, which is obviously my fault)

Great stay! Rooms were spotless and smartly designed with everything you'd expect from an apartment hotel. I was only there for a quick overnight so didn't really get to check out the amenities. The only small challenge was long waits for elevators (only 2 for the whole building), but it was Pride week and therefore probably busier than usual. Definitely somewhere I'd stay again!

A very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lots of ‘freebies’ in the room (snacks, drinks, etc). Well equipped kitchenette. Two very minor down sides: 1) The bathroom (especially the shower) was very small. 2) There was only one double socket in the kitchen area so you couldn’t boil the kettle, use the coffee machine and make toast all at once. First world problem I know!

The check in was easy and the girl on reception was amazing and very helpfull. However when getting out of the show and opening the curtains at 7am. what i didnt expect, nor did the full office block opposite was myself in nothing but a towel. There mustve been 15 people on shift with all 3 levels with a full on view into the room. Just a warning or heads up may have helped. 😳 room 1102

Excellent little studio apartment, modern, clean and well presented with a good size bathroom and kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, hob and Nespresso coffee maker. Bonus of having a recycle bin and a recycle bot that you can have take rubbish away from your door.

My sister and I came here after having a overnight stay here in April. We absolutely love the place. We were in Manchester for a theatre trip so very convenient location. Everything about the place is top notch. Lovely comfortable beds bright and airy rooms fantastic views of the city. Loved the breakfast as well. Really helpful friendly staff. Hope to visit again soon

It was a lovely property, front door & reception were friendly. We had an issue with the safe which was dealt with straight away. Everything was clean, including the floor but when you walk barefoot, you can tell it just needed a bit more of a clean. All the utilities were modern. Lights were all using electronic pads. No issues with noise. We utilised the bar & pantry when needed. It is literally 2 mins walk to St Peter Square & the trams. 15min walk from Manchester Picadilly station. Amazing food recommendations by the person at the front door. Only issue we had was the property taking our money again after we'd already paid at booking as they hadn't received the money from Hotels.com . They looked into & refunded the money.

The rooms are super modern and spacious with a little kitchenette to make you feel at home. The staff are very friendly and accomadating. I would higly recommend staying here, i have returned to the property several times now and each stay has been perfect.

Hotel charged my card for my stay after I had already paid through Hotels.com, check in was a bit hectic at night time as the reception had set up in the middle of the hotel bar, they also seemed to think we had already checked in. Also tried to charge me the tax twice, spoke to managment the next day but they didnt seem to care to much. Hotel was really nice and in a good location though, shame about the issues.

Spotless and well fitted out. Good quality fixtures etc. Very hady for trams in st peters square. Went to drip bags off and they let us check in early as room was ready. Very helpdul staff.

Stayed in Manchester for the Foo Fighters Concert. Excellent Location, close to St. Peter’s Square for the tram, Friendly staff and no issue checking in slightly earlier than 3pm. Room was very clean and had everything you needed from an apart hotel. Only Minor Negatives - I thought the bathroom was a little small and the lifts were slow on request
