Very chill and relaxing part of the island. So great to walk out you door to start or end your day on a peaceful beach. Having the beach restaurant next door was super convenient. Seeing all the starfish while kayaking was special too.

What a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile beach. The unit is clean, well appointed, and well cared for. What a treat to be steps away from the water! The snorkeling at Rum Point can't be beat, and we had fun at the beach club next door. If you're looking for a peaceful, wonderful place to stay, look no further!

Exactly as listed. And exactly what we were looking for. Cottagey vibe. Right on the beach. Right next to Kaibo (so you can stumble home on the beach). Clean. Great stock of dishes, pots, pans. All the basic spices are there. Everything worked. Would stay again. Thanks for a good trip!

Everything listed in the posting was accurate and the property manager and hosts were communicative and very helpful for local guidance. The Kaibo resort location made for easy access to a restaurant/bar as well as the condo being close to the Rum Point restaurant and bar. The water access was awesome for a family for wading and snorkeling as well as the proximity to Starfish Point. We’d recommend this property for adults or families who want to be a bit more secluded than Seven Mile beach. The ferry shuttle and rental car we had made everything accessible while being able to return to a quieter setting. The provided amenities and kitchen supplies also made it easy to cook for the week. We look forward to returning soon!

My wife and I stayed at the villa celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed! Walking out on the beach in almost complete tranquility was the medicine we needed to relax. Even being awakened each morning by the local rooster was simply an addition to an already amazing place. Walking distance to starfish point was also a plus. If you want lots of people then stay on Seven Mile. If you want time to relax, reflect and reset then this is the place to be. We still drove over to Seven Mile and Georgetown; but only when we wanted to go. Kaibo made it easy for the Crystal Caves, the East End, the Botanical Gardens with virtually no traffic. The Kaibo marina made it easy to jump on board for boats heading out ot Stingray City, snorkeling and more. I cannot say enough about the location. The villa was perfect, well stocked for our stay and lastly Chloe is absolutely the best. We are already planning to come back later this year.

If you are looking for a tranquil island vacation this is the place. A quiet private beach right outside our door, a fabulous restaurant next door, a dock nearby to access various boat tours…it was perfection!!
