About this apartment rental
This property is centrally located, close to Providenciales’ most important services. It sits on a hill just 1,700 ft (0.32 miles…or an approximately eight-minute walk) off Grace Bay beach, which is regularly ranked as the world’s best beach. The accommodations
There are exceptional ocean views from the master bedroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, and the very large balcony. Two of the bedrooms are in a 'loft', which can be closed off for privacy. It is newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained to five star standards, with air-conditioning and fans throughout, including a 3-ton system in the living area (a necessity in the summer).
This villa is more private than a resort (the site is enclosed by a four to five-foot wall), but there are multiple properties adjacent to each other. There is a caretaker and concierge generally on site, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm, to provide guidance with household operation, advice on shopping or restaurant selection, provide optional amenities, and to curate experiences hand tailored each guest, an unheard-of amenity at this price range. The presence of onsite staff during the day also makes this property safer. The property is also well lit at night, with motion sensor lighting at strategic locations, and with easy-to-use security systems. This property punches well above its price range.
.
Pricing for accommodation, groups, and long-term stays:
The price for this property varies depending on the time of year and the number of guests. The standard price for full occupancy is $4,650.00 a week (ie just $61 per day, per person), but for groups of less than 11 the price is discounted by $50 per night, per person. Our lowest Winter rate is $2,550.00 a week (5 persons), and our lowest Summer rate is $1,250.00 a week (two persons). This scaled pricing model takes into account the reduced energy, cleaning, and depreciation costs of smaller groups, and it makes it feasible for small and large groups to rent this spectacular property.
Our calendars and pricing are always current, so guests can rely on our online rates to calculate the price for travel on their desired dates. We have enabled and encourage automatic booking, but should you have a question we are happy to respond, and we are always quick. If guests are staying four weeks or more outside of the high season (ie Christmas and all major U.S. holidays), we offer discounts, with the amount of the discount depending on the length of the stay and the date of the proposed travel.
This listing is for a four-bedroom villa. It has two King beds, one Queen, three singles, and a Queen sleeper sofa. It can accommodate up to eleven with the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
We aim to provide a tailor-made experience for each group, and it assists us in doing so, and in determining the optimum configuration and amenities for each group, if you advise us of the number of adults, children, and couples.

The price for a villa varies depending on the time of year and the number of guests in a villa, which we are able to confirm through video doorbells at entrances. The pricing on our listings is always current, so guests should rely on it to calculate the price to travel on their desired dates. If guests are staying three weeks or more outside of the high season (ie Christmas to April and all major U.S. holidays), we offer discounts on our standard rates, the amount of the discount depending on the length of the stay and the date of the proposed travel. Here’s what we do not excel at:
If you want a property within walking distance of the greatest number of restaurants and stores, and have no interest in exploring, or renting a vehicle, this is not the best location. You would be better off booking one of the resorts on the Eastern end of the Island. Similarly, if you want a property directly on the beach, this is also not the location, and if you need a pool this property is also not right for you.

We had great communication with the host from the start. Everything was as described. The house was nice and spacious with beautiful views. Quick walk or bike ride to the The Bight beach. Beds were comfortable. It was really nice having a washer and dryer in unit and right across the street from the grocery store. The caretaker was helpful and around during the day. We had a great experience and would definitely come back to stay!

Excellent. We had 9 family members and after we booked they contacted us to let us know that it might crowded with 9 but we had 4 small children and decided to proceed and it was fine. Nice of them to point it before our trip though! The first day we discovered a couple of the air conditioners were not working right and they sent someone to fix them the next day.

We had a couple of maintenance issues, and check-in issues. But the host took care of our needs immediately. The on site care caretaker was so friendly and helpful. We would come back to this lovely setting again and again!

When we 1st arrived it was good code worked on the door everything looked all tidy , then we started seeing these little worms all over the place ?? Went upstairs one of the a/c units was not working called the property manager Benjamin he sent someone out he came out but when he arrived everyone in the house was getting dressed so we asked if he could come back. He did not . And did not follow up either when asked about the worms he said pretty much there was nothing he could do as hurricane season was approaching there was no spray or anything that could keep the little worms away. But they were literally everywhere all on the wall. Next day woke up to no water , and we had excursions planned but he did not know when the water was going to be on I had to call him back an hour later because there was no follow up , I got the email after I called to check to see what was going on for the 2nd time through email instead of a quick call . The internet was not working it was going in and out . And the furniture is all patio furniture in the living room . In the 1st bathroom there was a big cockroach on the floor and blue contacts stuck to the wall in the bathroom, they clearly did not clean well before we arrived . Overall I had a great time in Turks but will not be rent from the paradise villa I will take my funds else where. I also have pics to show the manager as well.

A great affordable location with plenty of amenities
The place was pretty solid for our friend group of 5. We each had a bedroom and split two bathrooms which was perfect for our group size. Shante and the team were pretty responsive over text message and delivered on any items we wanted to rent out once we arrived to the place. It wasn’t as great when we tried to communicate over the Vrbo app even prior to the trip starting, but I’ll chalk that up to the Vrbo app not being great. This place is not beachside, but for the price you pay you get some incredible views and a very short drive to it. We loved driving down to the beach for the day taking a short ride back to wash up relax on the outdoor porch to enjoy the views with a few drinks. The place was very close to places of interests and more importantly groceries, but do be warned it is relatively expensive compared to the states. So we definitely recommend the rental car, but choose your poison save some money with overpriced groceries or splurge with great food within reasonable distance. Thanks Shante and the paradise villa team it was a pretty solid stay for the great price we paid!

Excellent 4 br villa with grill!
We really had a great time! The check in process was so easy! The place was clean, and spacious and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone else! Easy to get to the the beach and honestly centrally located so easy to get everywhere!

This house is amazing, the location is perfect, Shante is better than a super host!
This was my first time ever using AirBnB. We were a larger group of 9 family members traveling and worried about us having enough room. We had more than enough room. It really is a beautiful home in a great location with amazing views. Shante was easily accessible when the router for the internet stopped working and sent someone within the hour to fix it.

Great centralize location
We really enjoyed this stay. We came in on Thursday were we enjoyed the fish fry which was an 8min walk away. Everything was available at paradise villas. The grounds keeper was available if we needed anything. The grocery was Walking distance if you travel behind the property. Absolutely not complaints. Thank you for a nice stay.

Perfect for our group of 8!
The Paradise Villa was conveniently located just off a not very populated beach on Grace Bay. We all had comfortable living arrangements and it the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The deck off the back was so great! The only thing that could be improved is the admin staff could have been more attentive. We never received the code to get in and weren't very helpful with scheduling activities, etc. However, the staff working at the villas were very friendly and helpful.

GREAT!!
The house is connected to two other rental houses and has a patio and a grill. The house is about a 10 minute downhill walk to the beach, the house is not near many restaurants but is a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, it's over a dangerous highway and the grocery store is super pricey. house is great

Provo...
Property was clean and very welcoming. A few more kitchen utensils....pots and storage would be appropriate.
Quite personal space...except for 1 night...of loud music in community parking lot.
Laundry facilities and BBQ ...welcome appliances.
We were impressed with 'no bugs'...

Loved It! Family of 6 with four older children (17- 24 years old)
To give some background, we stayed in villa #2, with our four older children (24,20,19,17). We loved it!!! While not beach front, it's a quick walk (8-10 minutes) down Pratt's Rd to the Bight Park beach, which is stunningly beautiful, and not crowded in that area (compared to the resort area on Grace Bay). There is also plenty of parking at the Bight Park for those that would prefer to drive down with towels, chairs, etc... The villa seems close to everything on Provo - 10 minutes to "downtown", very close to the supermarket, and only about 10-15 minutes from the airport. Amenities are great - Shante and the staff are fantastic.

This property was much more than we expected and we were pleased with the experience. We have not hesitation in recommending it.

Beautiful view, comfortable property, and exceptional hosts
We visited this property with a group, all girls, five in total. It was everything and more than we had expected. The property was super clean, all the appliances were modern, and everything was well kept. There were two caretakers that were around during the day to assist with our needs and that kept the grounds perfect, which made us feel safe, particularly when we went out for a few hours each day. All the people on the Island that we met were friendly, and our experience was amazing. We will be back, and we highly recommend this property and its caretakers.

Perfect for our group!
We stayed at Paradise Villas for my best friend's bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group of seven! The location was great, and we spent quite a bit of time hanging out at the beach at Bight Park, just a short walk away. The villa was well stocked with what we needed -- towels, dinnerware, smart TV, etc. The alarm was a bit sensitive to motion outside, as we were woken a few mornings by the alarm going off, but it's better to be safe than sorry and we just turned it off as needed. The villa was clean and ready to go upon our arrival, and we were able to navigate around the island with ease from our villa. Having IGA across the way was also very helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful villa with an excellent location!
We truly enjoyed our week-long stay in Villa #2. Our porch had a great view of the ocean. The Villa had a ton of room and was fully stocked. Roger (the caretaker) was very kind whenever we needed something. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable (we didn't use the others). The only recommendations I would make would be for real blackout curtains in the master bedroom (it got very bright very early every morning), and some type of shade on the back patio would be helpful. We would definitely stay here again (and hope to)!

Great experience!
Staff was very attentive! I appreciate the quick response to issues or questions we had. The grocery store was about a minute away on foot..beaches and fish fry was down the hill..everything else was less than 10m by far. We had a great experience on the island and the villa made it even better. We appreciate how much you care for your villa and the work you put into everything being perfect. Very happy about our experience! Thank you Roger Emal and Shante!! ❤️❤️

Great location and service...and the price is definitely right
Provo is very nice but is wildly overpriced for pretty much everything (food, lodging, transportation, activities, you name it) compared to other Caribbean destinations we’ve been to. So, this house came as a very welcome surprise to us. We comfortably slept 4 adults, 3 teens and a child here for 7 nights and really can’t complain about anything. The place is well-stocked and the on-site caretaker (Roger) is terrific. He got us beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling gear and a DVD player and a bunch of movies for the kids to watch in the evenings...all of which is part of the nice shared storage facility that he manages for the three villas on the property. The house is a short drive to all of the best beaches (and a very short walk to the Thursday night Fish Fry at Bight Park). It’s also right across the street from the Graceway IGA which was super convenient. We made lunch and packed a cooler every day for the beach (way, way cheaper than paying for lunch on the beach which can easily run $300-400 for our group) and having the grocery store across the street made it easy to pick up stuff for lunch, beer and water, etc. Also, great (and large) modern washer/dryer meant we only needed to pack small bags with a few outfits.
A few things to be aware of before you book: The bunk room is very small (no real floor space for bags, so we had to slide them under the lower bunk), two of the bedrooms are in a loft (which is comfortable and well-air conditioned but has a sloped ceiling that you are guaranteed to hit your head on at least once) and the one bathroom has a tiny but functional shower.
On the flip side, the master bedroom is very spacious and has a large bathroom so we ended up having some of the kids shower there during our stay and the outside patio is awesome...we spent most mornings and evenings out there.
All in all, we were very happy with our stay here and would gladly recommend it to others. Again, the price is right and it takes a bit of the sting out of paying a small fortune for dinners and excursions knowing that you didn’t overpay for your lodging.

Incredible villa, location
This place is awesome. Great location, super friendly staff and workers. The grounds are kept impeccably clean. The upstairs bedrooms are warm, but not unbearable. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best place in the Island
This is going to be by far the best review ever.
My husband and i together with my sister brother in law and nephew arrived at TCI the day before Hurricane IRMA Sept 6, 2017 to be exact, prior to our departure we heard that the hurricane was going to possibly hit TCI, we immediately contacted Sherina to see if we could reschedule our trip or if she felt that the place was safe enough for us to stay, she did not try to convince us to come it was totally up to us. When we left Fort Lauderdale it was a cat 3 by the time we got to TCI it was a cat 5 well we immediately started making preparation, we had never experienced a hurricane let alone a cat 5. Well at about 3-4 hours prior to the hurricane Norman came by to kind of walk us thru what they were doing to make sure that we were going to be as safe as possible, not only did he give us a very descriptive idea of what it was going to feel like and sound like, he told us that it was going to sound like a monster was trying to coming into the villa, he also told us that they had made provision for us to move into a safer villa probably the best place to be in the whole entire island, all 4 walls and ceiling were concrete. We moved right away into that villa and we are so glad we did . To say the least we could not have been in a better place then Paradise Villa. We cant forget to mention how Inal and Raja staff members worked so hard before and after the hurricane to keep us safe and comfortable during our stay. My sister and brother in law were able to leave on Tuesday as scheduled but due to flights cancellation we were scheduled to leave a week later, they allowed us to stay at the villa free of charge until we were able to fly back home.
I am grateful to the detailed description that Norman gave us because quite honestly I never met the monster it turned out that it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
The bottom line is we stayed in the best place at the right time PARADISE VILLA. We plan on going back to TCI to Paradise Villa not during hurricane season. Another highlight of our trip was that we even got a chance to help out our friends with the repairs of their roofs.
This is definitely the place I want to stay when we go back. If there was room for a 6 stars I would definitely rate it a 6.
Thank you to, Sherina, Norman, Inal, Raja for providing us with the best spot in Provo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We are a family of 6 and we stayed in the 2-bedroom unit. It was clean when we arrived and well-stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and tons of extra linens. There is also a very nice washer/dryer unit which came in handy. We stayed in June and it was very hot (90 degrees) during many of the days we were there. The a/c in the bedrooms was wonderfully cool, but we tended to avoid the main living area during the day due to the heat. Another perk we enjoyed was the very nice grill on the patio. They even provided a couple of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler which made our time there so much more comfortable.
Roger was available on the property during normal business hours M-F which added to a feeling of security as well as giving us help or answering questions right when we needed him. Sherina was also extremely responsive and replied to any emails I sent usually within the hour.
We would recommend this property whole-heartedly! It is a great price and even the yard and decks are beautifully manicured.

We had been to Providenciales before and had stayed at a vacation home rental, and had a great time, so we wanted to do the same on this trip. We found this property after looking at dozens of others, and we were surprised by the price for what was being offered, so booked it.
We could not have been happier with the choice. The views from the balcony and master bedroom were exceptional, the property was spacious and well equipped, it is within walking distance to Grace Bay beach and the IGA supermarket, and Roger (the onsite caretaker) was very helpful. Almost everything is new, modern, and the property is very clean.
There is a very popular beach party every Thursday evening (they call it a Fish Fry) that is on Grace Bay beach, just a few minutes’ walk from the property. There are a few restaurants within walking, and there are complimentary bikes, but we would recommend a car to get around and see all the sites. There is a car rental company about a five minute walk from the property, which is convenient, but it is more economical to pick up a rental at the airport and drive to the property. The instructions and map the manager gave us was clear, and it only took ten minutes to drive there from the airport.
We would definitely come back here and we would recommend this property to friends. We had a fantastic time and could not have been happier with our choice.

When I booked our family trip to Provo in August, a lot of hotels were filled already during the winter holidays. I was so surprised to come across Paradise Villas. As compared to what our hotel options are, Paradise Villa stood out as a better option, in terms of price and quality.
We had some initial set backs. The hot water broke the same day as we arrived, then the wifi was having problems. All both happened within the first few days, over new years. But the property management was very prompt to respond and resolve the problems, again despite it happening over a holiday weekend. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
A few things to note: we didnt rent a car until the second half of our vacation, since it's very expensive to rent a van to accommodate our family of 6. So we walked everywhere during the first few days. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Bight park (the beach). That could get tiring if you are walking and carrying beach chair, umbrella, etc. And in our case, a 3-month old infant. The restaurants are at least 30 min walk away. The IGA grocery store is just across the highway - so that was fine.
I'd definitely recommend the villa!

We had one of the best family vacations at this villa.
The location is ideal: right next to one of the less touristy and most beautiful parts of Grace Bay, grocery store a few minutes walk away, and a very short drive from the airport. The villa is spacious, well designed, and offers privacy for a family getaway. The price is very affordable for what you get.
Thank you for an amazing vacation in Paradise!!

Very spacious, clean, well maintained and well equipped property. Photos do not do it justice! Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and half hour walk to Grace Bay shopping area. Huge, covered terrace area with BBQ which we made great use of. Definitely recommend this property to others who prefer a home from home holiday.
Recommendations for improvement, generally excellent however, simple things like a washing line (seems a waste to use a dryer when the weather is so nice). Also, there are slight holes in the mosquito nets in the loft area (I get bit easily) that need repairing.
Would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return ourselves :-)

The house, bedding, etc. was perfectly comfortable and well equipped. Very easy access to the beach, snorkeling, weekly fish fry party and grocery store. However, the fans are not enough to make the living area cool in the afternoon. Obviously it's cooler in the two downstairs bedrooms where the air conditioning works perfectly. A car is necessary to really discover the island.

We (4 of us) stayed in the 2 bed room, 2 bath villa with a loft for 10 days. It was all we expected and more. It was an 8 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the world and a 3 minute walk from a large supermarket/ shopping plaza. The villa was clean, well stocked with all your needs including air conditioning and a BBQ. A big plus was the tiled patio where we could sit in the morning over coffee or in the evening over drinks and watch the turquois blue ocean.
We rented a car and explored this island paradise and found many deserted beaches with great snorkeling reefs right offshore.
The villa was centrally located and only a short drive to some of the greatest eateries in T&C.
The property manager, site manager and grounds keeper were readily accessable and always willing to give advice or directions to make our stay most enjoyable.
We would recommend these villas for a quiet relaxing vacation and a base to explore TCI. We are already planning a return trip next year

The rental was very comfortable for us to stay and I would come back.
Rich & I came for a week of scuba diving.
A rental car allowed us to travel and do what we wanted to do.
