The building has character. The interior is very clean. The room had a massage chair. Very comfortable with a doona, pillow and towels. Hand sink in room. Lots of light. Kettle. And a vertical fan/heater. The location is convenient and quiet and nestled on a back street.

I loved the massage chair in the room and the bath oils. Unfortunantly we had a power out which meant our heater stopped working over night. Also lost power to fridge, chargers, kettle and massage chair. It was very cold but the doona was still cosy enough to be comfortable.

This is a retreat hotel for treating people with cancer. I didn’t know that until after I arrived. I didn’t see anyone who was unwell. We I researched the property I realised it’s history. I thought wow, a massage chair in my room, cool European shower with jets etc, a gym and a chapel where I could light incense and candles. Filtered water is available, a fireplace in the eating area and very clean bedding. Whilst the room was small with no wardrobe, I only had an overnight bag and could cope. With a kettle, and a large basin in the room I could make endless cups of tea. It was secure with a lockable front door and coded room key. Cameras were in the corridors. The only draw back is no lift to get up the stairs. It’s on a quiet back street and 10 minutes walk from Woolworths. The staff were helpful and when I arrived the fan heater was on and my room was warm. And, you get to check out at 11am. Ticks so many boxes.

The room was very small, no tv and no air conditioning, on my first night I got bitten by bed bugs and on my last day woken up by a cockroach in n my bed . Terrible experience

Great accomodation when you’re looking just for an overnight we The rooms have these amazing massage chairs — so good We had a shared bathroom but it right outside our door , so it was perfect As we checked in late , The staff had sent a very clear message about checkin and keys Thank you

I was the only guest at the property. After check-in I didn't see anyone, including staff. The center was advertised as having a restaurant but it had clearly not been staffed for a long time. The center was also advertised as being disabled accessible but there are no rooms without stairs.

The accommodation I stayed at was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The hot water supply ran out around 8 o'clock, and when I went to the reception for assistance, there was no one available. The heating in the room was completely inadequate for the harsh winter conditions of the Blue Mountains. On top of that, the strong winds outside made matters worse. The entire building appeared rundown and lacked proper noise insulation. I struggled to sleep due to the wind seeping through the window gap. I have serious doubts about the hotel's compliance with legal requirements in numerous aspects. Shockingly, there were no emergency doors or instructions provided. Additionally, it seemed that no staff members actually stayed at the hotel, which raised concerns about its legitimacy. Overall, the entire experience was extremely unreliable and questionable.

Stayed for one night for UTA. Service was great and the condition is decent. Just watch out that the toilets and showers are outside the rooms and shared.

Very pleasant experience with this hotel. Clean and tidy. Parking easy. Rate is fair. Very close to everything...shops, sites....very delicious hotpot. Highly recommended. Love the massage chair in the room. Plus destress water therapy showers.

Room was good value for money and was exactly what I needed. I wasn't looking to hang out in the room (although it did have its own very good electric massage chair). Shared bathroom. Very clean.The person on reception was very helpful after I left my phone on the train, and he assisted me in getting it back. It is more of a health centre than a hotel or motel.

Really nice staff, but the "private bathroom" listed on the add is actually a shared bathroom. Also, there is no TV in the room, so if you plan on staying a while you might need to consider a laptop for entertainment.

This was not what was expected for a getaway..No TV, NO fridge, Rock hard bed, Poor breakfast choice, freshly painted so our eyes were stinging. Totally minimalistic The staff were friendly and it seems that they have only recently taken over the facility, but there is a way to go if they want regular customers. It is more like a backpackers! Pity that it spoiled what was to be a "weekend away"

I paid more than 350 for one night. No facility in the room very poor. I left centre with in 2 hour and staff didn’t ask what’s reason for leaving. Very bad experience

I have stayed in Katoomba a few times before, tho never heard about this place. Once it showed on Expedia, Ive planned another hiking overnight trip as I wanted to try this place. Yes, the massage chair is in the room and free of charge. Nice new place, clean, bed comfy, shared bathroom was not busy. I would definitely stay again!

I was let down by the bathroom, toilet was not cleaned properly urine all over the rim of bowl. Also the photos of the rooms appear be bigger than they are. No tv,kettle or glasses for drinking water.
