We had to make an emergency trip over as my best friend was dying at the hospital and this place looked good. We got into our room to find garbage on the floor, hair in the sink and tub, and the sheets hadnt been changed in what looked like awhile! There was Coffe and blood stains on them. Never again!!!

Road tripping through Idaho, was a reasonably nice stay.
Not much to comment as we stayed for ~8 hours before hitting the road again.

The room was clean, the service adequate, but the room was void of some common conveniences to hotel rooms. There were no hand towels, no towel racks either. There was no hair dryer. The toiletry supplies were very limited for any extended stay beyond one night. The kitchen was void of anything so it made its use of no value unless we went out and purchased all of the cutlery for any food we would bring in. I would prefer not having a kitchen and have a small breakfast available downstairs.

It was ok

I did not realize this was an extended stay hotels. The metal bed frame made so much noise, the sheets was clean, I think but it had stains as well as the towels. The rooms smelled bad, probably because you can cook in The room. The shower flow was terrible. The shower curtain smells so bad!!! We were only in the room to sleep after visiting our friend in the hospital. So we were exhausted enough to tolerate our two night stay.
The staff are nice and friendly is the only plus.

Worst part was the bed. It was like sleeping on a pullout bed in an old RV.
It was flimsy and noisy, woke myself up just moving in my sleep. It was wire mesh under a worn out mattress.
Wifi didn't work, but I was excited to see the planned ahead and had Ethernet jacks, but they weren't active either.
My back is still hurting.

I was bit by bed bugs in the night, which made me bleed. It was so horrible, that I left in the middle of the night.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels across the globe and have never been unable to get ice. They said that their rates were low by cutting things out, no breakfast, no ice machines because they are expensive. They told me that there were two plastic ice cube trays in the freezer. Two plastic cups and nothing else. I will never stay at this property again.

Too much noise and smell to bad

The pillows were so small that they were uncomfortable.

Right by the freeway and very loud and the bed was like the kind that a pull out couch would have. No continental coffee or breakfast! For the cost I would not recommend.

It seemed bare bones. Still for $150 a night i expected a bit more. reminded me of Hotel 6 when Tom Bodet would leave the light on for you. I guess i am getting old.

I’ve visited Meridian a lot for work, and this hotel is always convenient, clean, and staff is always so pleasant.

Good pleasant hassle-free experience. Property manager was very courteous & helpful. Arianna was bubbly, warm and suggested to go drive up to the Bogus Basin Resort… which turned out to be a great experience. So, thank you for that.

Room was not serviced at all during three day stay, had to request clean towels, no toiletries provided, no amenities coffee, tea, breakfast or snacks. Fire alarm went off at 1 am several nights without explanation or compensation for the disruptions. Staff appeared to be lacking in number, knowledge and authority.

Attractive new hotel intended for longer stays. Has 2 burner cooktop, frig & microwave but no utensils or pots, glasses, etc. Have to ask for coffee pot but no coffee supplies in the room. Coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Bedstand is coil and raised- be careful when you sit down as it moves pretty easy. Slept ok. Has faux wood flooring. My window was on the north side, and nearby freeway sound was hardly noticeable. Strictly nonsmoking- a plus for me.

Not the cleanest

Room was exceptionally dirty. Floors had not been cleaned in a while. Had a boot print on the wall of where a previous guest had smooshed a bug. The bug and footprint remained on the wall and were obviously never cleaned. Bathroom bathtub had hair in it. Tried to leave a day early to go to another hotel but management denied request. Overall it was just a terrible experience, will never use this brand of hotel ever again.

Let’s start with what I like about the hotel. It was newer, looked clean and the surrounding area was safe.
What I did not like. First of all adults must be present and be accounted for and provide a legal identification card. Ok annoying but per the desk clerk it’s policy. She proceeded to check in other guests because my whole party was not with me. Since I was traveling I needed to use the restroom but it is in a contained area with no access to the hallway unless you have a key. Ok!
The room is ok for sleeping two queen beds pretty standard room. It was clean and pretty large. Around 1am the fire alarm goes off, we make it out; no fire I can see. 20 minutes in the fire department shows up to clear the building. That takes another 30 or so.
I walked around the hotel and a young stops and says is that fire alarm going off again? I said yes. He tells me that happened last night too. I’m not mad about things like this happening.
We get up the next morning and I go down stairs to checkout. I set the cards down on the counter because the clerk has her back to me and I say we are checkout. She turns around does not say one word to me. Not one word!
I say thanks and have a great day because I’m assuming she has already had an ear full.
While I want to understand how someone else may be feeling it is unexcused to have such poor customer service.
I would never recommend this hotel.

It’s a place to sleep and that is about it. Bed is uncomfortable, pillows are tiny, bathroom supplies are almost non existent.
None of the front doors are automatic, which is super fun when bringing luggage in and out, the “gym” is laughable, no pool, need a snack? Hit up a random vending machine with not much of a selection.
Coffee in the lobby wasn’t even free and from a machine.

It's very basic and smells starchy

For the most part, this hotel was clean. There were large amounts of children running around and riding their bikes in the road, not watching for vehicles. I have seen quite a few reviews referring to similar experiences with these "refugee's". There were also so many bikes at one entrance it almost blocked the door. We stayed for seven nights, and the fire alarm went off four times during our stay. The first time was around 11:30 to midnight, which took a while for it to shut off as we waited for the fire department. The second was around 1:00 or 2:00 am which was shut off quickly. Maybe 5 minutes or less. The third time was again, at 1:45 am and took almost 30 minutes of waiting for the alarm to be disarmed. The final time, was around 10:30 am on our final day, which was the perfect excuse to get me out the door 30 minutes before checkout. We had a great stay our first time here, which is why we chose to stay again for a longer period. After this experience, we most likely will not be returning.

It had a lot of shady characters hanging around it. People were smoking marijuana outside of the building and just sitting on the curbs by the doors. Staff was great and the room was clean and close to Top Golf.

I reserved a King bed room and when i was at the check in desk i was told my room was unavailable now and had to get a room with 2 Queen size beds. The entire hotel had a nursing home smell, which was horrible. The beds were so uncomfortable, cheap, and the bed frame was so light weight the bed was easy to kick with your foot and slide all over the floor. I wouldn’t ever stay here again

When booking website told us there was a pool and complimentary breakfast, there was neither. Hotel was out of the way from town and not a lot within walking distance

Very user unfriendly. Didn’t clean rooms while we stayed and I had to take towels down to front desk to exchange them. They wouldn't give me a towel without an exchange. The bathroom near the excercise room was locked and you had to go to the front desk for the key. Why?
Floors so sticky our shoes would stick.
Dogs allowed and we could hear them late at night.
One bed had crumbs or something between the bottom sheet and mattress pad that we could feel crunching all night.
For a new hotel it seems run down.
Bad choice. Do not recommend.

Excellence staff great stay up the woodspring motel would recommend them without regard.

Paper thins flooring. Very easy to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around or moving furniture. Could have also had some conditioner on hand, all they give you is a small bar of soap and shampoo. Pillows were also very small, they weren't proper pillows for the bed. I would not recommend this hotel, there are plenty of better neighboring options.

A for the staff very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Highly recommended.

the room we stayed in was very clean! the stove/ fridge had no stains or anything left in them. the bed was comfortable and sheets were spotless. there are a handful of people living there short term it seemed like, hallways weren’t very clean but everything else was great! it’s semi close to the freeway so you can hear it but that didn’t bother us, would definitely stay here again

This property is a long term rental hotel. Extremely noisy…it didn’t quiet down until after midnight & was roaring again by 6.

Modern, clean, nice, big rooms.

Blood on the floor and wall in the bathroom. That says it all

Room was clean as was what I saw of the hotel. Blinds were broken in my room. The hotel was built without attention to detail as there were gaps around my door. Okay for a quick stay.
10.0
Super clean and new. Full fridge, stovetop, oven, large sink.
Perfect for families on a budget. Staff was awesome, very friendly, and eager to serve.
Only complaint was the bedframe. It was more like a hideaway frame-super cheap, unsturdy, and loudly squeaked with every move.
Overall, great room. We would gladly stay again!
