I paid for the Jacuzzi room in the Jacuzzi tub did not work and I told the receptionist to know if she said what she was sorry and when I went to try to get my refund the other managers like where we had maintenance gonna win and it worked just fine and it did not

Altho I informed them during check out, we got kicked out because of my son's disability. They also screwed us out of our payment for that night. The manager lied, and even told the police we would get a refund. We were out by 4 pm. Dishonest judgmental place!

Nothing
We reserved a jacuzzi suite, called the property first to confirm there was indeed jacuzzi suites available because it was getting late, close to midnight, we are reassured there is jacuzzi suites. Got to the hotel, and now are told that there are not any jacuzzi suites available -- reservation is not cancellable either & so we ask for a different type of suite if those are avaulable-- wind up getting stuck in a trashed, tiny, ghetto room in the very back in a separate building that REEKS of cigarettes. I call to complain & ask for a room in the main building & am told there is nothing she can do about it & that the only rooms available to check into are all in the back building & that "any of those back rooms will probably smell like cigarette smoke.." This didn't even make sense as the whole place seemed dead. There are hundreds of rooms & nearly empty parking lot. As I am walking to my car across the courtyard minutes later-- I can see directly into empty, clean, presumably available rooms in the main building, on both the top & bottom floors-- Many of them!
I call her again, she still refuses to move us!!
To top it off-- the next morning upon check out, when we try to collect the deposit, the staff tells us it smells like freaking cigarettes & that "this time we will let it slide, but next time it'll be a 100$ fee" !!!!!!!!
NEVER STAY HERE-- DON'T EXPECT TO GET THE ROOM YOU RESERVED

Awesome location! Dining,Airport, 10 min from Downtown Grand Junction. There are huge banquet rooms for meetings or parties, and a bar
The beds....beds were comfy:)
Not a lot of lighting in the courtyard. Lights were burned out in the walkway to our room

I was close to family
Rude staff when checked in bed was hard . The room was not what I thought I was getting . Again the pictures they post are deceiving. That is was get I hot tub room that was not the case . When showering 🚿 the water would go cold then super hot not comfortable sheet on bes looked soiled so I went to Wal mate and bought my Owen planet and sheet to put on the bed .

Leaving
Management and the huge puddles of water on my doorstep from sprinklers that were simply watering granite and gravel no plants offered to adjust and fix the sprinkler for free and was told no that maintenance would get it which they did not also was told on third day at 11:00 which is check out time that I needed to hurry and decide if I was going to stay another day or go somewhere else because they had 47 rooms to clean and only two housekeepers as though this is my fault

The person checking us in was dressed sloppy and did not look professional.
The room has a couple of broken things including the refrigerator. Additionally, the facility charged a deposit which it did not return for more than 2 weeks after the stay.

In walking distance to a nice restaurant
This place is in ill repair. They charge more than any other luxury hotel for pets ($20 each) What is advertised is not what you're getting. Many of the units are rented out for people to live in. We were not at all comfortable here.

Good location, loved the jacuzzi tub.
The lounge and pool was closed due to renovations and it was not on the website. There was stains above the jacuzzi and splattered material on the ceiling, and the bed frame was broken. We were supposed to have a grill and patio outside our room and weren't told when we booked the grill, pool and lounge were not available amenities.
We liked the room and would appreciate a comped stay to get the experience we paid for and give the Travelodge another shot.

I liked the location and the staff
I didn't like the fact that it was pretty much a motel with hotel prices. No breakfast included, no pool, even though I looked up hotels with pools specifically. Wasn't labeled as the old travel lodge online so when I was trying to find the place at 11:30 pm I had to call in order to find out I had indeed been circling the "hotel." And to top it off I had to slam my door in order to shut it.(Not very nice in the middle of the night.) So I honestly don't understand why I was charged almost 200 for 2 nights at a place that was worse than the motel 6 down the street. (Atleast they got a pool.)
