This is a pretty run down, low budget, semi-clean facility.

The front desk and management were friendly and helpful. Our one issue with our stay was received with grace and promised to be rectified.

It took an hour, and finally a call to the manager to get the room we reserved (w/a roll-in shower for my husband's disability). The restaurant would not deliver a meal to the room for my husband while I was away at an event. Once we got established in the room, we were satisfied, but the hotel needs to train its staff better.

We stayed 8 nights got no bath matt or extra towels even after requesting them. The beds was okay but i had to clean the room before we could stay there. There was dog feces everywhere outside. The outside on the backside always had overflowing trash and smelled bad. They advertise onsite laundry but it doesnt work. I cleaned it when we left as well and for some reason they kept part of our deposit.

It was fine. The bed was sub-par. It was fairly clean inside. The electrical outlets in bathroom and near sink didn’t work. The fan was nice.

Room was in bad repair. Floorboards falling off, showercurtian rod was falling away from the wall, 2 lights in the bathroom did not work or wewe burned out. Three of the shower stool feet were dry rotted and falling off. The bed was lumpy and a spiders nest was visable in the main room ar the edge of the celing

I would not recommend this hotel. I told them that the TV did not work for two days. We had no television. And the phone line to the phone was cut so you couldn’t call the main office

Not really happy that the reserved price of $109 went up to $150 when we checked in? They did not honor the hotel.com price. Could have stayed at a nicer place.
Makes it hard to travel on a budget when there are surprise expenses. Would not stay again.

The room is the only reason for the rating. Property was not in a great area, cigarette butts on the stairs, someone had plants in the window almost as if they moved in. Ice bucket in the room and had to walk the property only to find out from the front desk they have no ice machine. TV remote didn’t work so went to the front desk and they handed me another one. What if that one didn’t work, am I fixing the TV too. It’s not a destination hotel, just a place to rest your head while traveling.

Booked two rooms. One was ok. One ended up having a non-functional AC unit and a bunch of dirt and debris was blown in under the door from a leaf blower. No other rooms available.
Front desk indicated to contact hotels.com and they would refund the room. Hotels.com now states management there is not authorizing the refund.
Hotel is incompetently staffed and dishonest. Not worth staying here.

Room is fine but the toilet squeaks all the time. I called for maintenance to repair it but nobody has come yet to do so. Outside trash cans and parking lot is always dirty

Tried to put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Wife is handicapped and could not climb steps. Wanted double beds, but motel had none left on 1st floor. Toilet seat interfered with bathroom door closure.

First room they gave me had guests in the room. "System screwed up". Next room did not have a fridge or microwave as advertised. Moved to another room, with same results. Moved to another room upstairs. Mattress was way past it's useful life. Disappointed to say the least.

Overall a good experience.
Compared to the Hometown studios in Lakewood, this motel felt much cleaner and secure.
This property was attached to a restaurant and was across from a gas station, making the location convenient.
Unfortunately, the room did not have anything to prepare or store food such as microwave, stove or fridge. The security latch also seemed to be broken off or removed. However, the handle lock seemed to work fine. I was also reluctant to pay for a security deposit, as I hadn’t been expecting that. However, they did return it to me a couple days later.
Overall, a better hotel experience than in Lakewood. Good price for 2 queens, WiFi and a TV which would have been perfect but I was really hoping for methods of food prep and storage, but I would trade this for greater security any day.

Hotel is located very close to I-70 off ramp. The room itself was fine, lots of space. Bed was comfortable. Shower was pretty good, too. The property from the outside doesn’t look too inviting. Dogs in other rooms nearby barked a lot and I heard it due to thin walls. Did not visit the Mexican restaurant which is attached.

Derelict RV parked in front of building. Toilet squealed after flushing when refilling, like the sound of a bomb dropping. Not enough wash cloths and hand towels. No complimentary breakfast. Door hard to open and close. Broken down mattresses. No dining nearby. Good A/C.

I arrived a the designated check in time of 3pm on June 30th 2024. Got a first level room as I requested.
Then all went wrong.
1. piles up dirt at the doors entrance
2. Ice machine was located on the 2nd floor but was in the process of cleaning itself so the clerk told me that took 3 hours to clean. So i got up early only to find the ice machine was NOT working at all.
3. The rooms airconditioner quit working around 6pm so i sweated in a hot room all night with the AC blowing almost warm air
4. I checked out at the front desk on 6am Sunday morning asking for a refund. The clerk gave me the managers number (Itzel @ 970-241-3020) and said Itzel would arrive around 9:30am.
I waited until Monday morning and attempted to get a LIVE person at the hotel and ALL VOICE mail WERE FULL SO I could not even LEAVE A MESSAGE. i TRIED ALL 4 NUMBERS GOOGLE GAVE ME FOR THIS PLACE AND ALL GO RIGHT TO VOICEMAILS THAT ARE FULL.

This is a very dated property with repairs needed. The ice machine was not working. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. The floors were filthy grimy. The Mexican cuisine restaurant attached was very good.

Red Roof Inn has been in better condition than now, the dog areas are unsafe because of contamination & unsanitary because of the feces & dead dove, there is no pool (advertised) they hide the coffee creamer & the coffee pots are always empty. Front desk staff during the daytime is on their phones not working & the housekeeping staff is not paid enough & overworked. The laundress is lazy, sitting around telling housekeepers to do her work. They advertise pets stay free then charge for pets. whatever company bought this location is lazy. They desperately need recycling on premises in addition to regular trash collection as the trash is regularly overflowing & then blown all over the property by even a little wind. Short story it’s disgusting.

The motel definitely needed a complete update.There were cobwebs around the window sill. The bed and pillows were horrible. The ice machine, if you were lucky enough to find it on the second floor, was not working most of the time.

No breakfast option was definitely a downside. Overall not too terrible for a one night quick rest on the road but the price appeared to be on the high side for the standard offered.

I was there for four days and five nights and never once saw a housekeeper. One certainly never visited my room. Light over the lavatory was out and never fixed (although repeatedly reported). Parking was horrible. No working ice machine.

Booked late for a Memorial Day getaway to see family. Many parts of the property and the rooms were in poor repair or falling apart. The mattress was ridiculous… the kind where you roll over and can hear the springs. My back will hurt for weeks. The tv was a glorious 32” and the door sweep was torn. Thankfully the extremely loud A/C drown out the freeway and neighbors.

They only have us one towel for each room. They promised me connecting rooms and not only did I not get connecting rooms there was a walkway between us so we couldn’t hear them but everything else we could. They didn’t offer breakfast as told and they thought it was good to just offer coffee.

Lady at check in was a bit short, double charged for room and then had trouble getting morning staff to understand problem. No breakfast, no refrigerator or coffee and property well past it’s prime.
