Close to restaurants.

Beds were uncomfortable and small. Bathtub was dirty and cracked held together with duct tape. T.v. didn't work the first night we were there. Stains on the carpet. Will never stay there again!!!!

Some Major Hiccups

Location was good and the air conditioning worked well. Plus it was quiet.

The room needs to be detailed...dirty walls, dirty doors, bathroom faucet loose, missing vanity lightbulb, Hotel Info book needs to be updated with clean untorn pages, new bathtub with tightened faucet that works and toilet that does not need to be flushed multiple times. The outside trash receptacle was never emptied during the stay. The free breakfast was lacking...no fresh food at all and no plastic utensils were available because no staff had refilled the empty box. Finally, the ice machines were out of order.

VERY VERY VERY POOR

Rude staff. Asked for 1st floor room and quickly denied. Holes found in pillow case, dirty sheets and bedspread. Unable to work TV with all the remotes and "converter". Desk person was rude. What are you going to do for us?

It’s a dump. Stay away.

I like the young man behind the counter, who is very helpful. He was always very polite and kind. He moved me from the first room. I was in when I had concerns about it.

The first room I was in was absolutely filthy. I was not even sure that the bed had been changed. The second room that the young man put me in looks like it had been taken really good care of. Upon closer inspection I found out I was completely wrong. The bedspreads were dirty, the blankets were dirty, there was make up on the pillowcases… I ended up sleeping in my clothes. The bottom of my socks turn brown from the filthy floor tile. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower fan was hanging from the ceiling. The walls are dirty, the floors are dirty, and the carpets are dirty. I will never go back to this property again. In fact, I will be contacting corporate because I think that this property is dangerous to stay at.

We made the best of the unpleasant circumstances

Price

Room was not clean. Guests above our room were noisy from 1:00 am to 4:00am. When I reached out to the front desk staff asking if we could move for our second night I was told when the manager came on site in the morning the guests were removed from the premises because they were fighting which is what caused the noise disturbance.

I am not picky, and normally do not complain, how lucky am I to get to travel. Unfortunately the place was very dirty, the shower had mold in it, so many things. Just not a comfortable place to stay.

the beds were ok

asked for handicap accessible. the only things that were was that it was on the first floor and there was one bar in the tub. No bars for the toilet. the breakfast was just continental instead of what was in the picture (hot breakfast with waffles meat and eggs etc). definitely not worth the money I paid for one night.

The hotel sucked!!!! Scummy people all over outside and the place was filthy.

Nothing went well. They did NOT have a room for us and tried to stick us in a filthy room. The staff were terrible. LAZY and were flirting with construction workers who they gave our room too.

I pretty much like the property. Clean rooms, free parking, good WiFi, solid breakfast (juice, granola, milk, yogurt, fruit, frozen egg sandwich).That frozen egg sandwich should replace for regular bread and eggs and would amazing.

The only minus is that have arround 70 TV programs, but in reality it worked 2 programs, so it is like without TV.

Customer relations needs improvement.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Staff was very unprofessional. They mismanaged airport pickup, leaving us stranded. Made excuses, but didn’t even apologize. Temporary manager (Carla) was very poor at customer relations and made one feel very unappreciated. Will not return under this management.

Great value for money and a decent place to stay while in the area

We were so positively surprised by the cleanliness of rooms and facility in general. The lady at the check in counter was super welcoming, and check in was fast and easy. The room itself was clean and looks like it was recently renovated, all the faucets brand new and the water pressure was perfect. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Parked right in front of the room.Also, I got to mention breakfast: my husband and I made several cross-country trips and seldom found a nice and filling breakfast included in the price. Here there were some tasty croissant sausage sandwiches (frozen, but there are several microwave ovens in the breakfast room), crispy juice apples, yogurt, pastries, cereal, 2 types of juice, cocoa and coffee. No tea, but we brought our own teabags. Hot water is provided as well. Our AC acted a little during the night, so we called the frontdesk and got a heater. No noise during the night, idk if thats because of the walls or we just didnt have any neighbors. Check out process was also easy and fast. Overall a great value for the price, and i repeat - we stayed in a lot of different motels, but this one gets to our top list. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Well, the AC wasn't working properly as i mentioned, but front desk solved this issue very quickly.

PISSED!!!

The location was close to our job!!!

They LIED about simple things from the time of our arrival we was without TV for 2 days!!! Then they took $95 off my card in the middle of our stay & can't tell me why only that it will be sent back that was LAST WEDNESDAY & I have yet to receive my money back!!! I've called they want answer!!!

The price.

Lots of noise. People in & out all night. Lots of talking & doors slamming etc. People driving in parking lot with music loud. Carpet looked gross & the couch in the room had stains.
