Good stay. Convenient to airport and I-70

Flight was 3 hours late so their shuttle service was done for the night so they sent a taxi for us and paid for it. I liked having a bar/entertainment/restaurant on site.

Bed was a little too firm for my liking, but ok. I didn't like finding out there was a $14 a night parking fee. Didn't see this anywhere while booking on Booking.com.

Over priced for what you get. Too many other hotels nearby for less money(after fees).

The staff was friendly.

Did not disclose pet fee or parking fee when reserved. Show up and then was told about the $50 & $14 fees. The room smelled like smoke. Over all disappointed. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Better alternatives are available.

The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the SURPRISE $14 parking fee. I also didn't like the total absence of any lobby coffee or tea in the morning. You had to pay $15 for breakfast or nothing was available. Only one elevator was working so with six floors to service the wait was too long.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff actually cleaned and replenished items in the room along with making the bed and emptying the trash cans!!

$14 per day/night parking fee. This is just an added upcharge for appearing to be a lower overall price to their competition.

Couples mini vacation.

The location is in a great spot for almost all of our needs.

A new charge of $10 per night for parking. We've stayed here many times (prior to 2020) and the parking was free. I wouldn't have noticed it except you initial next to the charge when checking in. Too late to cancel and go elsewhere.

Nice room, comfortable beds, good location, boo on the parking charge.

It’s located in an excellent spot for our activities and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Started charging for parking and I missed that little tidbit when I booked. Ridiculous to charge when few other hotels/motels in the area do. I won’t book here again because of that.

It’s usually amazing but this time was a bit iffy.

Very clean and nice environment

Usually this is my favorite hotel! But , The pool wasn’t open, the room I reserved, I didn’t get. Our heater/AC had a terrible banging noise, could barley sleep. The hair dryer didn’t work. The check and took like 20 minutes asking us questions we had never got asked before.

My stay was fine. It's affordable and the staff was friendly.

The staff was very nice and the room was fine.

The window unit wasn't blowing cold air, like I had it set to do. And I wasn't aware of the $12 fee to park overnight.

Other than the noise it was a fine place to stay.

My room was located next to the janitor closet and elevators. Throughout the night you would hear people coming in and out of the elevators. You would also hear employees bringing their carts in and out of the facility closet. Made for a noisy night and somewhat difficult to sleep.

love the grand vista !

this is our go to hotel, every time we are in grand junction this is where we stay. we love the pool, restaurant and location of the hotel.

that the rooms with two beds are only full size. i have two kids who share a bed and it works for them but my husband and I barely fit in one. it makes it hard to get a full, comfortable night of rest.

There was a lounge and a restaurant in the hotel! The pool and the hot tub! We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night.

Very good

Clean, comfortable and close to shopping, and restaurants. The pool and hot tub is larger than the average area of any hotel that I have been to, giving it my favorite place to be. I really liked Bailey's in the evenings.

Paying for parking. If it weren't for the pool and Bailey's I would have not accepted the stay, as it raised the cost unacceptably.

Deceitful charges added after full payment was made

Clean hotel,

I hit "pay in full" on booking .coms app and paid. Upon arrival they said they were going to charge me an additional 48 dollars for parking. There is no parking garage, valet, or anything special about the parking lot. The hotel is not within walking distance of anything worthwhile, so there is absolutely no reason to charge for parking. When I went back on the app the part where it talks about parking is in a drop down you have to click on, essentially hidden. This is very deceitful and is the reason I won't be returning. I spoke with two other guests that both said they were blindsided by the charge, as I was. I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past with a good experience everytime, but will not be returning due to this deception. If you want an additional 12 dollars per night, charge an additional 12 dollars per night. Sneaking in some absurd charge is going to make you lose more money than you will gain in the long run.
