Appalled by service. Not even offered a bottle of wine despite all the problems.

Location, comfortable beds

We didn’t get access email. Fortunately met cleaners who gave us access code. Tried to contact owners, no reply. Dishwasher not working, carbon monoxide alarm bleeping & out of date, dirty shower, missing light bulb in landing. Called owner, not interested!

Lovely location, quirky house and value for money

Location was great and it’s a lovely building. Like the quirky layout.

No curtain in one of the rooms and flashing lights in car park made the room illuminate all night. Upstairs en suite shower didn’t have a door so there was only one shower for 6 of us to use. One of the small beds upstairs hadn’t been changed, nor had the upstairs sink.

We had a lovely family weekend, the property was ideal, v well equipped and maintained

The property was pretty much perfect for our needs and location was ideal, close to a car park, attractions, parks and amenities.

A blind or curtain in the smaller double room would have been appreciated.

Great location but property would be better suited to a couple rather than a group.

Lovely historic house in a great location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. The main bedroom was very comfortable and there was a good large TV and comfortable seating downstairs.

The decor and furnishings were disappointing compared to the photos on the website. Two of the bedrooms each had one window with no curtains or blinds, just frosted glass, making it very hard for people using these rooms to sleep at night. The shower room upstairs was out of order.

the property for perfect for a group of friends. it was great to walk out of the door and be in central Salisbury in 2 m

perfect location for exploring Salisbury. for our group of 5 adults the 4bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was excellent. the large kitchen. washing machine, dishwasher..utensils provided..all excellent.

Stylish, spacious, comfortable property with restaurants and attractions on doorstep.

Property was very stylish and spacious. Big kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable. Location excellent - restaurants on doorstep and attractions just a few mins walk away. Hosts very helpful about leaving bags early and picking up later. Very pleased with property and had enjoyable stay in Salisbury.

We suggest a few little details to make it even better although it was great. An information folder about heating, TV, wfi etc would have been useful. Provide wine glasses as well as tumblers. Add table in bathroom to put things on, somewhere for toothbrushes and cosmetics. But otherwise everything we needed.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay in central Salisbury

Very central and easy access to Salisbury. Went to see Old Sarum which is an interesting site. Perfect for our needs. Thank you so much.

A very comfortable well positioned property in Salisbury, which I am happy to recommend!

I loved staying here with my guests. One of my most favourite places of our two week trip. The property could not be better positioned to explore Salisbury! A huge choice of restaurants and shops - all within walking distance as well as a few notable places of interest such as the Salisbury Cathedral. The quality of the decor and finishings make this property feel comfortable and welcoming from the minute you step into the living room. The kitchen is just off the living room and contains most of what you'll need for your stay. The ground floor also features a cloak, which houses a very handy washing machine and washing detergent pods. The first floor contains two spacious bedrooms with super comfortable king size beds. Very effective double glazing blocked any street or traffic noise and music from the surrounding restaurants and pubs. The stairs to the first (main bedrooms) level is manageable, but the staircase to the top level would be more of a challenge for anyone with mobility problems. The top floor of the property is a delightful loft area, which features a newly renovated shower and toilet and two smaller bedrooms, the bigger of which leads out onto a rooftop terrace with festive lighting to set the mood for evening sundowners. Sadly the weather did not cooperate.

The fake fire in the fireplace when we arrived on a rather cold and frustrating afternoon! The property became more cold as the sun set and we couldn't work out how to turn the heating on, let alone turning it up. There is no dedicated parking for the property, which is understandable as there is only metered parking on the street. We used a reasonably close by public parking area.
