Cant wait to come back

Had a wonderful greeting from the lovely Janet on reception who was kind enough to give us information on the town and where to visit etc. Lovely clean, spacious room. Restaurant and bar on site and pool table free parking. We enjoyed an evening meal, dessert and also breakfast everything was amazing and extremely good quality. All staff were lovely chatty but always professional 7min drive from barry Island

5* Hotel.

We stayed in a family room. The beds were very comfortable and. the bedding and towels were immaculate. We have stayed before but had a different family room, the layout of this one was perfect. There was a lovely amount of beverages for us.

A chain on the door would have made my Grandson feel better. Could do with more toilet roll in the room.

Excellent hotel for a stay when you have to catch an early flight.

Located very close to the airport, which makes it ideal for a stay before an early flight. The staff was very helpfull and friendly, really taking the time to help you and check if everything is good.

The room interiour is dated and the bathroom looked a bit run down. But everything was kept very clean and everything was funcitoning well.

Good location. Had everything we needed for our stay - we had all day and evening plans so only needed a place to shower and sleep

Everything was fine. If you want 5 -star accommodation then you probably need to look for a more expensive hotel!!

Mooie ligging tov het vliegveld.

Ruime kamer. Op loopafstand (1 km) van het vliegveld, maar geen overlast van de vliegtuigen.

Afstand naar Cardiff nog best groot. Met de bus (3 pond pp naar Cardiff) ruim 90 minuten onderweg.

It was a nice basic hotel staffed by helpful and friendly local people. We had a short but comfortable stay.

Close to rail station to access Cardiff City Centre Quiet location The staff at reception, bar and restaurant where we had breakfast were all very good. The breakfast was enjoyable and good value even if room was basic at the price which may or may not be related to the Springsteen concert in town. Bar was reasonably priced too We enjoyed the hot bath we were able to take.

Very dated Curtains did not fit the window Cleanliness could have been a lot better especially the bathroom There was only 2 plug sockets (none near bed) Beds were not comfy

The staff were excellent although the facilities were tired

Breakfast was lovely. We both enjoyed the Full Welsh Breakfast and there was both decaf tea and coffee available. We were able to check in much earlier than expected which really helped with our plans for the rest of the day. The hotel was easy to find using Sat nav. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We were able to park the car on site despite the early check in

There was no hair dryer in the room although I am sure I could have requested from reception. The decor was looking tired. The mattress felt weak on the right side of the bed and probably needs replacing. There was no decaf drinks in the room and no decaf filter coffee available in the restaurant

Very poor room appeal, and archaic facilities!

The breakfast was the only thing ok, and which extra for it had to be paid for.

The room was the most old fashion room I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were not comfortable, the facilities were extremely basic and very worn. Damaged carpets, walls, skirting boards and old fashion mirrors and bed frames, uncomfortable mattresses! Only one plug in the whole room!

A well recommended hotel for anyone using the airport

Helpful and friendly staff. Close to airport and easy transfers available. Excellent breakfast bag provided for early starts.

Some guests were heard arriving or leaving during the night. Only thing missing was soap in the bathroom. We had to use the shower gel provided instead.

Would definitely go back!

The staff were absolutely amazing...nothing was too much bother! Janet and a young girl (didn't get her name) were brilliant!

The breakfast time finished a little early. One of the mattresses in the room was really uncomfortable.

Lovely staff. Hotel very basic and bit dated but comfortable. Served us well for our trip.
