'e first un bon moment

plenty of other places available other than this!

good location right on the beach

I need of a serious renovation. extremely poor value for money. receptionists were hide and seek champions. carried cases up two flights of stairs. no lifts working

for location and for a couple of nights if your travelling it’s great value for money

the location was brilliant right on the beach front and just down the road from the shops and restaurants. pool was clean and cared for

only problem was with the rooms as they have no view they just face straight at another building. no lifts so have to climb 5 flights to get to your room. also the shower has no pressure so you can’t have a wash very well.

Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Nice beach.

A very quiet area. I would have preferred less of a walk to bars etc

The lady at reception was so friendly! The close proximity to the beach was amazing.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our room didn’t get cleaned twice and when it did the one time we had to ask. There is no lift, which isn’t an issue for us but may be for some. Overall the property was run down and not very clean. The location is ok if you have a scooter but about a 30 minute walk to the main area in Chaweng with all of the restaurants and bars.

Disappointing

Staff were really friendly and pleasant. Couldn't fault them Air con worked really well, easy to use and control the temp Decent size room and bathroom

Location wasn't great, many places around the hotel closed. Far away from town. Mattress on bed very hard so uncomfortable, stain on sheets, No view just the balcony opposite. Shower attachment broken, shower very poor,

Good

The family room was not a room but a palace that was super super good

The breakfast was super super bad, no coffee no buffet, food was just not enough. The beach was unlocked every time and the way back had to be a kilometer detour. Even when told to leave the gate open, it wasn't done. This hotel is not recommended under these circumstances.

Had a lovely time

The location brilliant,the pool good ,beds comfortable ,we enjoyed our stay , we have been to this hotel a few times now ,it needs updating it’s a bit tired, needs painting ect

The hotel is just a bit dated needs a refurbished
