We had a great time in Saratoga Springs. A short walk to shops/restaurants. Very beautiful and meticulously clean apartment. We will return.

We couldn’t have been happier when we arrived at our destination. Easy parking, easy entrance into the house, clean, very homie , beautiful laundry facilities, we cooked big meals and enjoyed being in walking distance to downtown Saratoga. My highest recommendation for this home as it was a perfect stay.

The location of the home was great. Right off of Broadway, shops, coffee, restaurants all walking distance. However, if you are a light sleeper, try to stay in the upstairs of the home. All of the steps and sounds carried through the ceiling, so it was a bit noisy at times. Aside from that, our stay was terrific !

I don't typically leave reviews for my stays, but when a place finds me not wanting to leave, I feel it's warranted. This is a cozy little charming home walkable to the main street of Saratoga Springs!
The other apartment was not rented during our stay, so it was very quiet for us!

Great rental. The house was spotless, great location to walk to town, and beautiful porch. The house is well appointed and has everything you need. The laundry is located in the basement which is no big deal but worth mentioning that you need to go outside to access. Check in was a breeze and parking was easy.

Great little place and close enough yet far to everything that you’re not in the bustle of the main strip. Very attentive management.

The apartment is lovely -an old Victorian House made into three units. We were in the one bedroom, one bath. It has basic functional furnishings which worked for us. It's not fancy but it is clean, perfect size for a couple, allowed us to have our cat with us and a quick easy walk to Broadway for restaurants and bars. Parking space provided, nice porch to sit out side and enjoy a glass of wine. We really enjoyed it. My only real suggestion is updating the mattress. It was old and shot and the bed seemed smaller than I expected for a queen but maybe it was just because the mattress was old and bad. Christina was very responsive and seemed to appreciate the feedback and indicated she would be looking into that. We had an internet issue while we were there and she did everything she could to assist in getting it fixed asap. We found her responsiveness to be quick and helpful. We hope to stay again next summer ! Rates are fair and all in all it was a good experience. (except we had a lot of rain but that's no one's fault!!!). Thank you Christina!

The apartment on Church Street was just what we were looking for.
Although long time visitors to the Saratoga area this is the first time
we actually stayed in town. It was perfect for walking to restaurants
and stores. Also loved sitting on the porch every morning for coffee and Mrs. London’s croissants. We will certainly be looking to do this
again next summer!

Well outfitted, comfortable, large one bedroom apartment within short walking distance to Broadway, markets, shopping, and Congress Park. Christine (owner) was very helpful for check in process and if I needed anything. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore Sarataga Springs!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property has very thoughtful amenities for short or long stays. Especially loved sitting outside on the porch and that we could use the basement for our bikes. It is a very short walk to Broadway (main street in the town). Christina and her family were super responsive to everything we needed.

My boyfriend and I lived and worked from this lovely apartment for about 2 weeks. It had all that we needed and was a great distance to downtown so we could walk to most of what we needed day to day. Got some good hiking in as well by driving up to Lake George and the High Peaks region. Highly recommend this apartment for 1 or 2.
