This hotel is wonderful! Prior to our stay, they asked if we needed anything in our room, we requested 2 extra pillows and they were in our room upon arrival. The room was immaculate, very comfortable bed and seating was fine. The lights in the bathroom turned off by themselves and then on when you walked in. Bathroom was large with stall shower. There is not daily room service, instead they place a cloth bag outside your door with fresh towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, coffee etc. if you stay 4 nights or longer they do clean your room every 3rd day. What could be better? A restaurant for breakfast. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

I think the only reason to stay here is if you need the casino. The Mortons restaurant is open Weds - Sun we couldn't find other dining options on site. No VIP benefits offered for Expedia. Just an average hotel.

Amazing hotel, very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff at front desk. Have dispensers in bathroom, very practical. Great location near State Park and SPAC. Quiet. Loved the hotel shuttle bus to the SPAC concert venue and downtown. Would definitely stay again at this property and highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Saratoga Springs Casino Hotel. Check-in was courteous and efficient. The hotel is in pristine condition, airy and spacious, so are the rooms. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We used the shuttle service to the SPAC concert venue - very convenient. The location of the hotel is nice too, close to the park and downtown. We also loved the pool area. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel and would stay there again and also highly recommend it.

This property was very convenient due to its proximity to the Saratoga horse races. The hotel provides a shuttle to the track making getting back and forth easy. Martons Steak House is on premise for convenient dining. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and spa were clean and quiet. Would stay here again. Thank you.

The only negative is dining options. Have to leave hotel to get Breakfast and besides Morton’s there really isn’t another restaurant option.

This was a wonderful stay! The Hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to put a microwave in the room. We had left overs and would have heated them up if we had one! Also, somewhere in the hotel for breakfast would have been great!

All was well. Only issue, which was a large one, was they lost power during storm and don’t have generator back-up to power all room and casino amenities. They did refund our stay which is commendable. We will return when back in town.

Well-appointed room; felt larger than a "normal" room. One of the highlights for us was the shuttle availability from 4-9p each day. We made use of this to access downtown with ease. Special shout out to Art, the shuttle driver! Art went out of his way to provide information and pointed out landmarks and sights on each ride. Art was the face of Saratoga Casino Hotel that we will remember!

The room was comfortable, clean, and although there was no housekeeping services, they did leave a care package at our door each morning with clean towels, and all the other necessities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing we were disappointed was that there is no food service especially for breakfast. For the price that you pay for the room and the clientele, you’re attracting, we should have access to a venue at least. It would’ve been nice to have a coffee/tea station and other hospitality amenities that you would expect for a hotel of this caliber.

Morton's Restaurant was below expectations. Despite having reservations (set up 2 weeks prior) was told a 20 minute wait. Was finally seated next to open air kitchen. Dining room was too crowded (too many tables for this class restaurant) and when I handed my Landry's card they wouldn't accept it saying they would apply the expected discount (which wasn't on the bill). Definitely not like the Morton's we had in Rochester! Food was OK but not exceptional. Hotel room was OK but the alternate day maid service arranged with the front desk did not happen. Casino was fun but was limited by over-priced food (sub par) choices. Actually went off property to a fast food restaurant after a $63 salad and sandwich the first day. Thank God for GPS or we would definitely be lost finding our way around. Not all streets were named properly at designated turns but we believed the GPS and found our way. Overall we rate this stay average.

Aside from a fire drill in the middle of the night and not winning big in the casino, we had a wonderful time. The hotel was immaculate, the food at Morton’s was mouth watering and the staff were all extremely helpful. They made our anniversary get away feel really special
