Nice pool. Warm. Clean. Crazy golf was fun but only 5 putters available. We had 6 in our group so had to share. Not a major issue but some caravans are for 8 ppl.
Accommodation was ok, but could do with more items as it sleps 8 and there was not enough for 8 ppl.
We were a group of 6.
Only 4 dinner plates, a few side plates, 4 mugs, a few mismatched glasses.
No proper knives to cut veg or other things. 1 big bread knife only.
Beds need fitted sheets as flat sheets came off very easily on the narrow single beds.
Curtain rail in 1 room needs fixing.
Blinds in bathroom and kitchen need cleaning.
Not much happening at park.
Building work and trucks were noisy from early morning. No mention of the work when booking or after booking.
Could do with a few hooks in each room and bathroom to hang wet towels up.
No curfew? Loud adults and kids on every night of stay until 10.30pm, 11.15pm and one night until 12.30am. Unacceptable.

The entertainment in the evening was great with Jack. The pool was good for the kids, and it had a lovely view. Jodie went above and beyond to try and resolve any issues we had, but god love her she is one person dealing with a whole caravan site and seems to be the only management member that cares about their guests needs.
The site is majorly under staffed, queries took days to be resolved if at all due to this. The site needs more investment in staffing levels and somewhere to eat or order food or even a shop available to access on-site. Gold * caravans are very basic for the cost and TV didn't work, oven had no tray and the new one provided hours later was too big so we just gave up with it as it took hours to cook basic food, oven definitely needs replacing all settings have worn off so good luck trying to cook there,.overall, the caravan was tired and worn in need of furnishings . The curtains fell apart when you tried to close them, and the toilet ran all the time we were there due to a plumbing issue.

It was a good base for what we were doing. Was glad not to have to pay for the swimming pool & also glad to have it there. Kids activities were a good bonus even though we didn't fully.utilise them. Kids were able to feed the fish in reception & were offered lollies. Friendly.staff.
Funny smell in the caravan. No outside furniture. Old run down caravan & very close to other caravans. No real walks around unless driving or crossing roads. Pool was cold and water felt murky.

Miserable staff the 2 women on reception acting like you were bothering them if you dared enter reception, weather conditions made acces to and from.the Park impossible and dangerous yet the park cashed in.on. this charging us 3 time original price for one more night or would kick me and child out into the snow and blamed hoseasons yet upon speaking to hoseasons they confirmed that they received none of the money and it was pocketed by beacon fell veiw
