Good location, needs fan for the heat!

Great location for it being so close to transport and the centre. Along with media city. Good facilities in the apartment, good coffee machine.

Being close to the tram it was very noisy. It was extremely warm in the apartment so we had to have the windows open as no fans were provided. When you close the windows the noise isn't bad at all!

Has potential, but work needs to be done

The property in it self is nice, nice aesthetic

The furniture isn’t good quality, it almost feels like traps are set to take away your deposit, upon arrival the coffee table was damaged as it was swaying on its loose hinges, the sofa is the same as it rocks also, and the bed too. We didn’t really want to spend much time there as it left us on edge and felt that we could be blamed. I reported the table straight away to cover our backs. Separately, Really annoyed with the comms from the property. They hound you to pay for the deposit, which states they will return your funds 3 days after checkout, however i had to chase 4 days later (and they give you a vibe that you annoy them) for them to only do it that day as if they forgot. (Which then says it can take up to 10 days) Very unethical, I’ve never experienced this at one of my stays

Loved it. I will definitely be staying there again. Great staff and easy check in and out. My boyfriend loved it too

I loved how modern the apartment was. Especially the bathroom. It was so cosy.

The noise from the cars outside was a little annoying, but once the windows were closed it was okay.

Exceptional

I liked how modern it was and lovely decor. Very clean

The sofa was a bit too small and quite unsteady. Also the bed seemed very small even for a double. I think it was a 3/4. It was very warm and the windows wouldn't open. I'm glad I brought my fan as well as using the one at the property. Overall. Perfect location, city centre 10 mins away and quayside was 5 mins away.

Perfect flat 1 minute from Metrolink

Everything was perfect, we got a separate ground floor townhouse flat. It is quite large, has all the essentials and even more. The location is really nice too, you can find most of the amenities nearby.

It was forgotten to clean the grill bars in the oven, they were covered in fat. Also, the oven itself only heats from the top (with a fan). Without a backing stone or other hack it is quite hard to cook a frozen pizza or a pie.

Excellent Location. Customer Service was great!

Location is excellent, parking is less than 5 mins walk away. However, the location itself is great in terms of going into Manchester City because there is a tram station. All the basic facilities there, it's fairly quiet. Supermarket was only 5 mins drive away.

Instructions to access could have been clearer, that the keypad was on the handle. Took us a while to realise and not everyone is familiar with this.
