Handy to Bourbon Street. Everything is very expensive. 25 dollars a day to park the car

The most incredible staff and sweet comforting room right in the middle of the French Quarter. Debbie and Rex were incredibly wonderful with their service!

An absolutely charming hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Be sure to ask for a room in the interior courtyard on the second floor - it's quiet as a church even though Bourbon Street madness is only a block away.

Valet was very difficult due to no place to pull over. Room was large and well appointed, but smelled musty. There was a lot of street noise and also people hanging out in the atrium late talking loudly. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect spot to enjoy the French Quarter. Stumbling distance from Bourbon. 😄

Great old hotel in the French quarter.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy ourselves. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful making checking in and out a breeze. If our room is not ready or we have to check out earlier than our flight they securely hold our luggage and remember you when you return for it. The bars tied to the hotel are great and we absolutely love the courtyards to gather in when traveling with friends. We appreciate the security after dark where you must scan your room key to access the hotel keeping out unwanted visitors and keeping us safe. The location could not be better easy to walk around anywhere in the quarter and business district. We will for sure continue to stay here on future trips.

It is in a great location, very close to Bourbon Street and Canal. Also walking distance to Jackson Square. The rooms were larger than I thought they'd be. The floors are very slippery if at all wet and the shower doesn't have a door that closes all the way. That was bit nerve racking trying not to slip. And the couple of rugs that you can get to looked dated and not the cleanest. I felt better walking in socks in the room. The rooms open to a nice courtyard and fountain that actually has a calming white noise effect. The television had only a few channels which was a little frustrating, several just didn't work. We didn't spend a ton of time in our room but it would have been nice to have more options. The towels, bed linens and shower were nice. Bed was a little hard but not bad either. Shower had great water pressure. I am also thankful for the bottled waters they provide to us in the lobby. That was sweet.

We were on the 4th floor and elevator wasn't working. Staff was very kind so this helped the situation. The room needed some updates. Doors were dingy and our phone wasn't working. We reported it, but never fixed. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Amazing 2 day stay , half a block to Bourbon Street. Debbie at the front desk gave us a 5++ stay.

It was an okay hotel. Elevator did not work. Had to carry up luggage to the second floor. Rooms were okay. Has rats in the courtyard you see in the morning early hours.

This hotel is awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The parking is tricky but there's a garage across the street to park free. Excellent location to the Bourbon Street fun.
4.5 stars from me.

Great place and location, and the staff is wonderful! William checked us in, and he is a true hospitality professional. He took the time to answer questions, give us good advice, and he was very kind and considerate.

Great location. But the bathroom was very dark, very difficult to shave as a female. Room smelled musty, we were only there one night. It met our needs for the one night.

Complimentary wine was nice. Early check in very much appreciated

From the beginning, amazing and welcoming staff! We came in a bit early and they were able to accommodate us- would definitely come again as it is just a walk from everything and overall great place

hotel staff is very friendly, and location is great. Nevertheless, I did not get the perks that I was suppposed to receive as Hotels.com gold member. I do not know if this is on the hotel or on Hotels.com

Excellent location.
No microwave - front desk staff graciously heats up food in their kitchen microwave.
Mini fridge is VERY mini. A six pack of soda will fit.

Great place to stay!

Walkable to all parts of the French Quarter, staff was friendly and helpful. It will be noisy at night due to it's proximity to Bourbon Street, but if you want quiet, don't stay in the Quarter! Tons of great dining within walking distance.

Every staff member we encountered was above and beyond courteous and accommodating. The property is on the fringe of the Quarter, so it’s still close to the action but quiet. Room was clean and daily housekeeping is enjoyable since it’s becoming a thing of the past.

Friendly staff, the hotel felt safe and relaxing in a very chaotic and busy area.

No coffee maker in room or lobby.

Great Hotel, outstanding staff, amazing location, clean and comfortable room and a gem of the French Quarters. You are within walking distance to so many city attractions including a short walk to the water and literally steps away from Bourbon Street. We could not have picked a better location and overall hotel. If you like the room to be cleaned/refreshed, you have to ask as it is not a consistent service. However, Staff at the Desk went out of their way when we asked for fresh towels and restock items. We would stay here again without hesitation, it really made for the perfect accommodation.

I've traveled all over the world and stayed at many hotels. Mazarin is the only place which made us feel almost like home. Very warm and hospitable.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating: Love that the hotel provided bottled water and the rooms were very spacious. It was in a great area where everything is walking distance. It was also very safe and quiet.

It’s a cute and neat place in French quarter. It is close to everything by walk. It’s basically right next to bourbon st so it’s noisy at night if u r a light sleeper. If u need to catch an Uber or Lyft, you would need to walk to another block nearby so that the service is available. Those r very minor things to keep in mind which I think It happens everywhere in tourist downtown area. The room is nice and clean!

Very nice hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Hotel staff are great and my room was clean and comfortable. It can be a little noise on a weekend night but it’s the French Quarter.
