LOCATION WAS GREAT, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO BOURBON STREET
FAMILY MEMBERS ROOMS ON 4TH FLOOR HAD ISSUES WITH PLUMBING
4.1
Great location, close to the center. The furnishings are nicely done.
Our room had no windows. If we would have stayed longer, I would have asked for a different room.

If there isn’t any free parking while staying at the hotel, people need to have full disclosure on added parking expenses. $46/day isn’t cool at all.

Location
Smells very old and musty. Had to buy spray for the room which smelled like old urine and swap booty.

Some of the staff not all.
One lady at the front desk. The room smelled extremely stuffy so did the elevators
4.1
Amazing staff, we felt like they knew us. Very safe with keyed entry to the hotel itself, not just the rooms.
Water pressure was a little low, but it is an older building and that may not be something they can control.. honestly that's the only negative I can think of

the staff made our stay great and it was in a good location. walking distance to literally everything. needed a Uber from the airport then used our legs for the entire time!
the hotel is older and more vintage which is completely fine. but, we did have to plunge our toilet at like 10-11pm. staff stated that the would do it but, that’s a pretty personal thing ya know lol. so better maintenance with the plumbing. Our room also had alot of moisture in the air. definitely could’ve used a dehumidifier.

lack of compassion for customers and poor poor customer service will never return and will make sure others know not to book with property
Didn’t even get a chance to access the property when I called they receptionist told me that i could park my car nearly three to four blocks from the hotel and walk with my luggage or sit in the car til 11 pm when I arrived to New Orleans at 5pm I understand that the streets are blocked off due to Mardi gras but to tell a customer this was just unacceptable and refused to refund me so no I will never stay there EVER

the staff were so helpful and friendly! Anthony in maintenance was so helpful! He gave us the best tips and hidden gems to visit around the city! The rooms were clean and the shower had great water pressure!
I was not used to the humidity of the area so, sometimes it seemed like the room felt damp. I noticed that was usually during the hottest parts of the day and the AC worked well!

location
no windows in our room. The room felt like a cave and I think it would be a fire hazard. Poor lighting and almost no water pressure.

The hotel's location is good and a short walk to the French Quarter and Harrah's Casino. The hotel was well-decorated, trendy, and very clean. The front desk and support staff were friendly and did accommodate a room change at our request.
The first night we stayed there, they put us in a room on the first floor on the street side. Naturally, it was very noisy late at night and during the day as you could hear people talking loudly as they passed the hotel. We had paid for a larger room, but it was very cramped and didn't fit the description of what we thought we had reserved. At 5:00 am the next morning, a garbage truck or street cleaner passed outside our room. It was extremely noisy, and the disruption lasted at least 30 minutes. Later in the morning a man set up a microphone and amplifier on the street corner across from the hotel and began singing and playing music very loudly for hours.
We asked and were allowed to move to a room on the second floor the next day. This one was much larger and did match the description of the room we reserved online. It was also much quieter. However, after using the shower in the room, we realized it would only run extremely hot water. The water pressure was also terrible. My husband had to wash his hair in the sink because it was too hot to use the shower water.
Although we complained about the water to the front desk, the issue was not fixed during our stay. When we reported that the issue was not fixed, the front desk person simply said she was sorry to hear about the issue.

Nice and quiet. Easy to reach and still very central. Room was huge, bathroom too with new fixtures. Loved the toiletries. Next door to a ruby slipper (breakfast/ brunch spot)
We had a view of a brick wall 12 inches from our window so it was quite dark. And the room was sparsely furnished, not exactly cozy. I'd still stay there again though just for the location and large room.

location, interior, service stuff
toilet and shower are not working, we had to move in smaller room

The only 2 things good about this place was the location and the bed.
The lighting was terrible, even one side of the bed the light bulb was burnt out!! We were totally surprised that there was no window in this room. To us that room was a fire hazzard with no escape except the door!!

I loved the whole ambiance of the hotel. Room was very nice.
I didn't like that it advertised a mini fridge and the room I got the fridge was taken out and not replaced. Also the hair left in the tub and on the bathroom floor. . They came and cleaned that up, though.
