Have a suite allowed one to stay and watch TV while the other could go to bed (or watch a different TV)
Having to move rooms was slightly inconvenient. As it was on the first full day it did not matter much

Good location and not too pricey.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No cleaning rule for a five day stay doesn’t work at all.

Lawrence at the front desk and all the staff were great!

The hotel was amazing so close to everything! The staff were so sweet and amazing. Two of the gentalmen I really wish I knew their names, always so sweet greeting, and they always were aware and attentive watching the door. The amount of time I came back with my hand super full and they were able to buzz me in, or open the door for me. So professional and respectful!
I was located near the pool, and sometimes late at night and early in the moring you could hear everytime someone talked or moved a chair. (Which is 100% understandable. The toilets were very very loud, haha I didn’t really mind but I felt bad in the middle of the night.
The only this that was really bother some was the Wi-Fi was very spotty, half the time it didn’t really work for me.

Dark, dated rooms, hardly any daylight, and the few windows either face a huge parking structure on the other side of a narrow street or a small courtyard. I had to change rooms one day prior to departure (as informed prior to my trip) but this resulted in over 4 hours without a room (with the contents of my fridge next to my suitcase as staff would move things to my new room), and unfriendly personnel who didn't care and couldn't inform me how long I needed to wait. In addition: signs highlighting fines for lost keys or "$50 charge for first hour of late checkout, $100 for every next hour" don't make guests feel welcome.

Location & price.
Property was very dated and not in a good way. Hotel initiated a room change on a 3 night stay the first night which meant you couldn't unpack (I wasnt the only one). Second "queen bed" was a worn out sleeper sofa- the kind with a thread bare mattress - like sleeping on monkey bars. Main bed was soft and bouncy like sleeping on a trampoline. Staff was by the book and borderline rude the first day but became friendlier as time passed. Recent new ownership has real opportunity to make this place great. Location is great. Guess you get what you pay for cause the best thing was the price for the room. Unlikely to go back though unless property improves.

It was good to have the lounge area. The rooms had a lot of character and reflected the French Quarter. The kitchen & bathroom were very clean.
The bathroom was tiny. The bedspreads needed to be dry cleaned & carpets steamed cleaned. The pool was more of a plunge pool.

Ciekawy hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Mimo lokalizacji w centrum życia Nowego Orleanu - w środku cisza i spokój.
Brak własnego parkingu - trzeba jechać dwie ulice dalej do parkingu współpracującego z hotelem. Brak śniadania.

Sunday continental brunch was very nice. Staff was very nice. Location is key, and layout of room very good this year.
Water being fixed first morning we're there after arriving late the night before.... we planned for no water after 10:30 as the memo read. When arose to get a shower at 8 before water to be turned off, no water ! They decided to do it early ! So, no showers after a long day of airline delays, etc... bummer.

The staff that checked us in was terrific. Had great customer service skills.
The hotel is infested with rats that we saw in the patio, heard at night and one was in our condo.

The location was perfect for our four days in April for the French Quarter Festival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always available. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to leave our luggage check free of charge until 3pm on the day we checked out.
When we arrived late at night our first room was very musty and we asked to change which the staff accommodated. Our next room was great looking into the courtyard so quiet without street traffic. We had to move again after two nights to accommodate the weekly timeshare changes. Our third room was very nice but was on the street. It had a balcony which was nice for morning coffee but the street noise continued very loud until after 3am.

Much more space than indicated in the photos. The air conditioning worked great, the hotel was very secure and ideally located. It was super clean and affordable - we were most comfortable! (And they have a special 'Fat Tuesday' night every Tuesday with free wine and cheese for the guests!)
Windows were very dirty on the outside, which affected the light. And the bedrooms are in the internal part of the building, which means they do not have windows - this made it a very odd experience not knowing what time of day it was! (But this, of course, is not something the hotel can change so it's really no big deal!!)

Love the location, with in walking distance of bourbon street. Also this was a great option if traveling with family. We brought our teenage kids who both were able to have their own space and not feel crowded as you might in a typical hotel.
After reserving my room, I was informed by the property and agin by the staff that I would have to change rooms in the middle of our stay. This was terribly inconvenient after traveling the day before and enjoying the night out, having to get you and your families up and bags packed early in order to check out of our room by 10 am in order to be checked into another room which wasn’t available to us until 4 pm

The staff was friendly and very helpful- morning, noon, and night.
Even though it was in the middle of the French Quarter, it was very quiet in our room.
So spacious, clean, and the bed was awesome! I cannot wait to return.
It was easy to get lost the first couple times, but then it was fine.

Felt like we were coming home. Close enough to everything we were enjoying that we could bring home stuff or just come and rest for awhile. Plenty of room and really comfortable.
Nothing. It was great

I liked the proximity to the French Market and other attractions like WWII museum.
The third floor room where we got moved too was a life saver. It was quieter and did not have a musty odor.
The first room we stayed in smelled musty. There were no windows at all so there was no way to get rid of the smell. Probably old carpeting. It was also very loud on our second night coming from the back street .

Great location, cute courtyard
Noisy (I mean, it IS in the French Quarter) - people in the courtyard were kind of obnoxious.
