Horrible was my wedding was treated horribly and so sad nothing worked in the room bed sucks

Not happy

The air conditioning smelled really bad and the other thing is that the parking fee is too much. Every time you leave they charge you, it's more expensive than the room. If you're staying, you should consider the fee.

We upgraded for a better view and bigger room, and would stay here again, BUT the windows were really dirty and there were no chairs in our room! There was plenty of room for a table and two chairs, so why wasnt there any?

The hotel treated us very well. The front desk called us on day 1 to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel was amazing with plenty of activities and hustle and bustle. We enjoyed a magnificent evening at the Tower of the World Restaurant and we enjoyed the show Illuminate which is a live dance cinema. The rooms were comfortable and a lot of them have a great view.

We stayed only one night. Shelf check in service, needed help, friendly staff. After check in was led to another desk and propositioned to do a time share tour! Ugh. After walking down a long hallway finally to the room, we see we got the old, not updated room. It’s fine but the air was not good, stuffy and the windows don’t open. Overall not bad. Yeh i would stay again for a good price. Top of the world restaurant was disappointing food wise, the view was great.

Excellent and clean rooms.

There was a stinky sock that didn’t belong to us, and we found nail clippers behind the desk. Just needs a more through cleaning.

The rooms are great, but the other guest were extremely loud, played music, loud all the rest of the night
1.5
Not great, not awful. As someone with access/mobility needs, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance offered to me (none), no in room dining options, and extremely limited restaurant dining hours and options. Although I stayed in a “newly renovated” room, it still felt like an old strip casino hotel. Be advised, the walls are paper thin. You’ll hear their conversations, their TV, their showers, every time they open the door. A decent value and an average stay on the strip. Probably will not stay again.

Rooms are too old.Very dark less light particularly in the washroom.Nobody

Great day. Very convenient the only thing I don’t like is paying for parking after getting a hotel reservation.

Property is pretty run down. They offered to upgrade me to an "updated" room, but it would have doubled the price we had paid for the room. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. We were only there one night, but the same trash was on the ground in the hallway when we left that was there the day before when we checked in. Room was ok, but nothing special. The other negative was service at the restaurants. We decided to stay on the property for our meals when we were there, and ate at two different restaurants. Both meals, we felt like we were completely forgotten at some point. The worst was at the steak house. We had finished our meal, our table had been cleared, and we had sat there at an empty table for 20 minutes waiting for our check. Finally our waiter walked past with the manager, didn't even look our way, until I called out to him. I asked for the check and he asked if we wanted more water. No, just the check. Very disappointing.

We paid extra for a upgrade and I think we didn’t get a upgrade and the rooms was not ready by check in and we found hair and eyelashes in the bathroom shower

No Fridge to hold cold waters or beverages.

If this is what remodeled looks like, I am confused. The customer service was pathetic, the hallways were dirty. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
1.5
Profoundly overpriced for what it is. Hotel and room were kinda dingy and dirty, bathroom was so dark and poorly lit, and the room lacked usual amenities like a mini fridge. Was just a generally disappointing and trashy stay for almost $1000 for two nights. You’re better off staying off the strip and saving some money.
2.5
Renovated room was beautiful.
Service on the phone expected my expectation when check-in was slow.
1.0
First suite they gave was substandard. Both TV's and other facilities not working. not the cleanest. 2nd was OK. Pay resort fee but pools were always closed. Attitude of staff generally not service orientated. Couldn't care to help. Restaurant in the Tower quite good though.
1.5
The use of resort fees tend to be confusing. Charging extra for a coffee pot and refridgerator seem to be a way of nickle and diming the guests. ROOM 4116 was lacking normal security measures, peep hole in the room was not covered and no chain or extra door security was provided. Although security was evident in the casino area, elevators were easily accesible to anyone. Large groups of vagrants and homeless outside. Housekeeping did a great job of providing extra towels and pillows in a timely manor. The view. Well if you are expecting a room with any view beware. Although the example picture on Hotels.com and The Strat website show a view, our room had a view of the roof and a brick fascade about 8' away. This caused a very gloomy appearance for the room.

Vegas tower me encanto

We stay 3 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom had a bad odor. Also the door to the room was hard to open you had try it 5 times before it opened.
2.5
The stay was nice the room was good. We were in the North Tower and the room was renovated. The A/c worked well kept the room comfortable. It was close to many things to get around the strip without having to drive. The restaurants were all good inside and it was an overall great stay.

Great

Overall the room was good especially for the price. Got the "Elevate 2 Queens" room. Clean room, spacious. I would say the only downfalls were the shower did not have a sliding door. Just one glass pane instead of two. So towels on the floor get soaked from showering. The biggest drawback was cleaning service vacuuming the room next door at 3:20am in the morning. This should be done at least after 8 or 9am. Other than that good property!
2.5
All was great but our ac did not work, the temp overall during our stay was comfortable but would get a bit chilly at night. We did not request for service since we were out most of the time. Careful with parking fees though as it is 20 a night.

First room we were given smelled like mold/mildew when we opened the door. The plank flooring was puckered so you step on air pockets with every step. Pulled a couple pieces up to find mold underneath. Sent to another room. Initially better but upon looking at the hard flooring, same problem with mold under and between cracks. Was told there would be no other room that we would find any more acceptable. As we went back to the first room to gather our things to move them to the second room, the door opened. They had just checked another family into the first disgusting room. Next day housekeeping walks in because they have our room marked vacant. Two days later, same thing. But then a few minutes later armed security shows up. The front desk still had us in the computer for the first room. Security was very annoyed…with the front desk. Apparently this happens all the time. No vent in the bathroom. Room gets unbearably humid after a shower. Probably accounts for the moldy floors.

Very cleaned rooms and excelente customer service

Be wary, the Strat has installed hidden smoke alarms to steal your deposit! Thanks for the heads up... I will never stay there again!

Easy to check in quick and arrived earlier than expected was able to get in sooner and front desk was really nice and helpful. Restaurant and stores nearby. Sports bar on Casino Floor was really nice and great service.

Room was not very clean and the air conditioning unit made a loud noise hard to sleep through.

It was nice. Room was great
2.0
It was actually a very nice and spacious room and only lacked a mini-fridge. The major downside was the noise level late at night from many guests in the hallway. It was perfect for my purpose which was a reunion at the hotel.

It has been several years since I had went to Vegas. And I recall things being less expensive and service oriented. Meaning. I was surprised that every

Room was nice and clean, however housekeeping was out of extra blankets and pillows.

Got the newly renovated room. Everything was good but no windows.

The hotel itself waa great but the walk to the monorail was far but that isnt the reqaon for the 4 stars. It waa the first time i stayed at a hotel thya didnt have a microwave nor blow dryer in the room. Both of these were obstacles for our stay
Other than the aforementioned everything waa great!
1.5
Overall 3 -star, due to cleanliness, lack of restaurant options (due to awful hours), paper thin walls.
