The stay was fine and the hotel is okay. It's just really outdated and rundown. For close to $250 a night the rooms should look clean and so should the hotel. The carpets are disgusting, worn out and in serious need of replacement. The paint in our room was patchy and didn't match, it looked like a terrible diy project gone wrong. The sheets were rough and the bed was hard at the bottom of the bed and so worn in the middle you sank right in. The bathroom was cleanish and the towels looked fresh. The patio was covered in leaves and spiderwebs that I felt it hadn't even been touched in months. Overall this place just needs a very serious remodel given what they want to charge.

The overall room square footage was too small to be comfortable, however, the bed was. The bathroom sink was stopped up and drained extremely slow. The maintenance man attempted to clean it out, but it didn't make a difference. The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

The front girl desk flirted with my boyfriend, and we thought about it all night long the sink wouldn’t drain somebody randomly banged on our door. During an intimate moment. We will never stay here again. The balconies, the only good thing about it to be honest and the pillows.

While the property is nice, the pool and hot tub were closed for the season which was not communicated prior to arrival, and while being pet friendly the pet area is just a dirt parking lot as dogs are not allowed in the grass area. We were charged a pet fee of $75 plus tax which was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website or in the booking confirmation so that was a big disappointment.

We love this property. It feels like we are staying with family. Some of the common area furniture might be ready for replacement but overall- it’s great!!!

Me and my family have stayed several times at The Forest Villas, always a great stay. This time I noticed the air conditioner was making a lot of noise, even when you try to turn it off, it doesn't, and was annoying. On another note, I really enjoy the complimentary breakfast, they have a great selection of quality breakfast items. The grounds are always beautifully kept, a charming hotel. Looking forward to the next stay.

Great place. I’ve been in the Prescott area since September. Tried two other hotels and found myself coming back. Villas is quiet, food is good (better than the other two), staff is friendly, has great views if fortunate to get a non courtyard room.
Speaking of rooms, should you get the Mountain View’s you’re susceptible to noise and light pollution from the highway. Courtyard rooms are quiet and still has a decent view except for room 212. It’s a corner room and two other balconies can see into the room.

Beautiful hotel, felt very comfortable and at home, staff was very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 will definitely be coming back in the future!

This is our favorite hotel in Prescott. Much more affordable than the downtown hotels and a great area with hilltop view. Love the pool and outdoor area!

We had a pleasant stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but was nice. The breakfast was decent, and they had hot baked cookies in the afternoon.

Nice place, no thrills, but comfortable. The heated pool was a plus.

Our two night stay was nice. The grounds were beautiful with fountains. Check in was easy. Employees were professional & helpful. Breakfast was very good. Was a little dissatisfied when we entered the room & saw how old & nasty the carpeting was. Furniture was dated, but in good condition. The bed was comfortable, but older. The bathrooms seemed to have been updated, so they were nice, the air conditioning was very noisy & didn’t seem to cool as well as we liked. I know this was an older hotel, but that carpeting was gross, so a little disappointed with that. Everything else was great. Very quiet & clean.

Beautiful property and great service.
The room was nice but mattress seemed to be warm out. Jacuzzi in the room is small. Room smelled like old cigarettes in the carpet, etc.

I went there for some peace and quiet and they put me next to it to the freeway so during the day that’s pretty much what I heard and I’m still trying to get a refund from Expedia for a day the I left early

The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had a balcony and that you could sit outside and get some fresh air from your room. The breakfast was also very good. The location was great as well. The only downside was the air-conditioning in the room. It was pretty warm while we were there, and the wall unit had a hard time keeping our room cool and the unit was pretty noisy.

Hotel is under remodel, but very little to no impact to guest.
In room 207 the toilet moves, needs fixed.
Hairs from previous guest left over shower drain.
Staff were very friendly.
lobby, breakfast room, pool & spa were great.

Very nice facility with beautiful flower gardens. We made reservations to stay again. It was recently renovated and well managed. All the staff very kind and eager to help in any way. Our room was missed a couple of days for cleaning which we thought may have been their process to clean every so many days. Once requested, our room was refreshed. This hotel had great views to watch the sunrises and sunsets.
