Will come again !

Quick stay in Munich for a tour and the Adele concert. It was really good for a few days. Close to a ton of bikes, scooters and public transportation. The breakfast was also really good. I really appreciated the free water too. I walked a lot on my tours so it definitely helped.
4.2
Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff member.
Beds are a bit too soft.
4.2
Perfect in general. The collection of posters for operas, theaters, exhibitions etc in the corridor and the bar are fantastic.
If there’s one thing that could be improved: equip a fan and improve the ventilation performance in the shower/wc.
4.2
Staff was great all around.

I loved the free water. As well the friendliness of all the employees

The breakfast was best that I have in Munich.
People are very nice.

Excellent breakfast, wonderful staffs and the facility

One the whole, I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very good value, included an excellent breakfast with a large selection of options, had a metro line nearby and the quick bus to the Olympic Stadium, where the fan zone is for the Euros, was also close by. It had everything I needed really and even provided a free bottle of water each day, which was a nice touch.
The reception desk was always quickly attentive and everything ran smoothly.
The location was quiet at night so no traffic noise or rowdy disturbances, however there was noise from other guests during the morning which woke me at times. Also there were socks left in the room by a previous guest which I picked up by accident as I’d assumed they were mine, but just a minor issue really.
In terms of value though, there was nothing to complain about really

Everything was fine. Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly staff all round. The restaurant had a very good range of breakfast items to choose from.
The only thing that could be provided is a kettle and selection of tea and coffee in the rooms

This is a great location with an easy walk to the U-Bahn which takes you into the city center in 3 stops. The hotel is clean and well maintained and they offer a lovely breakfast each morning with something for everyone. What makes this place really special is the staff! Having worked in the airline industry for 45 years, I know good customer service when I see it and this was great customer service! Mathias was amazing. He was so informative about places to go and things to do and always happy to help in any way. The ladies in the breakfast room were also excellent. Everyone made us feel like we were guests in their home.
Will definitely recommend this to all my airline friends and we will be back! Thank you!

Great location. Parking underground. Helpful staff. Cool vibe.

This hotel was a great & affordable place to stay during my visit to Munich. It was in close proximity to various decadent restaurants and shopping areas.
4.2
The proprieter upgraded us to a nicer room when we were not enthusiastic about the initial room we were assigned to.
4.2
The rooms in this place are small.. BUT they are nice and clean! I got room 105 an it faces the main street, i love the ambient sounds of cars and ppl talking. The breakfast in the A.M. IS AMAZING!!! There are TWO U stations within walking distance, there is an Indian Restaurant next door that the food is also amazing. This hotel sits on 4 bus stops! Walking distance to Rewe and Lydl grocery stores. NOW the one issue i had, there isnt any air conditioning.. only during the summer.. i was there for oktoberfest an the days were upper 70's but still warm. Avoid downtown hotels tooooo much traffic and ppl.. this place is small and personal. Youll love the staff!!!

We stayed for one night and were offered coffee and cake in the afternoon. We could have water bottles in the room for free. The breakfast was also really great, many different choices. We will definitely return.

Loved the hotel and staff!
4.2
great breakfast included, fridge on the room to keep water cold, free water on the lobby, very friendly staff.
4.2
Property in lovely area and close to public transport but room are very small.
Breakfast was very nice!
4.2
The only negative was the internet was unavailable throughout the morning. The hostess for breakfast was fantastic as was the breakfast.
4.2
The room is tiny but bearing in mind this hotel sits in the middle of the city. Staff are polite and helpful. Parking spot is extremely tight and need to pay special attention when you park your rental car.
4.2
We loved our stay in this historic hotel. Also loved location. Breakfast was AMAZING! Staff was AMAZING! Our room was huge and loved having bottled water available. We have 3 suggestions for improvement. (1) trim the vegetation back for better picture taking of front of hotel. (2) move smoking area AWAY from front entry, maybe to the side of building. (3) have coffee available more hours, maybe 5am to midnight.
4.2
The hotel is very clean, employees extremely friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was delicious, always went back for seconds, especially those delicious Brötchen!
Highly recommend this hotel!!!
4.2
Staff and Service is excellent. Breakfast is very good, with emphasis on good quality food. The room is cozy, very clean and warm. The location is in a very safe environment and convenient: easy walk to restaurants and shops. Public transportation into the city Center is just a few minutes away. My favourite Nymphenburger Park is walking distance or a few stops by tram
4.2
It was close to public transportation and awesome Bavarian restaurants.
4.2
The rooms are on the smaller side. It is an older building. The bathroom was quite small, and an old tub w a high step over to get in, but the hot water was really good. Everything was clean, and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. They had parking available the entire length of my stay for a reasonable price. The breakfast was good. Would I stay there again- yes, I would.
4.2
The room size was adequate to accommodate three male adults. Free bottled water a plus. The free continental breakfast was good. No fan in the bathrooms to disperse the humidity from showering. It was an older hotel/building in near central Munich. Easy access to city transportation. A nearby hospital brought in daily and nightly sirens from ambulances. No A/C, we bought a fan to circulate the room air. The staff was friendly. Would I stay there again? ... probably not, but for the price and amenities it was a good choice at the time we were searching for lodging. We roomed on the 4th floor to start our vacation and on the 5th floor on our last two days. Gladly there was an elevator, although it was too small to accommodate three grown men AND our check-in and carry-on luggage. But we managed and enjoyed the city of Munich.
4.2
4.2
Biggest positive: Friendliness of staff.

The hotel is showing it age, and while basic amenities work and staff is friendly, WiFi was horrible, bathroom needs a refresh, and in-room desk is hard to work at. Great location, ok breakfast.
4.2
I'm sorry to give this hotel such poor ranking, but the room and hotel in general was so dated that I would never stay again. It felt like visiting a time capsule of my grandma's flat in the 90s.
The bathroom in my room was very dated and quite dirty when you looked closer. Hair caught around the bathtub, the toilet had stains, the sink and tap were dirty. It was also very dated.
The bed was a single bed, very uncomfortable with dodgy looking pillow cases.
There is no way to regulate room temperature apart from opening the window. With my room facing the busy road, this wasn't an option if I wanted to also sleep, so I was far too warm.
The breakfast room was deathly quiet, with classical music on. The food selection was quite small and the containers all looked quite... Used and old so I didn't feel like eating the majority of the food.
The staff were lovely, I can't fault them at all, but the hotel is let down buy the lack of updates and cleanliness.
