1 night stay this time..stayed few times before..Fairly good big hotel..nice room and bath/shower room.
No heating though..this is Dec' and cold and windy..with draughts...ground floor.
Room wasn't particularly cold..the heating had been on at some time as the radiator wasn't stone cold..it obviously had broken down..Complained and it was noted.

Me and a friend stayed as we was going to the O2 the hotel had no entertainment on at the weekend but did through the week .
The rooms needed some TLC
Breakfast was lovely

I spent one night here with my dachshund and it was spacious compared to other single rooms I had previously stayed in very quiet and was a good night's rest
2.0 / 5.0
A convenient, cheap and cheerful hotel. Aesthetically it's a bit dated, but you get what you pay for.
Reception and car staff are great. Rooms are clean and comfy enough. Free parking is good. But to have a clean, heated, quiet pool is great.

The hotel is dated but good value for money. Good food choices for the price. Friendly staff, parking on site. I don't rule out staying there again.

Some outside air-conditioning unit was very loudly.

Big, clean, quiet room. Convenient location with plenty of free parking.

The hotel itself was adequate for a quick cheap stay. The beds were rock hard as were the pillows which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep.
The parking situation was a nightmare. It’s like people park their cars then don’t leave for a week as during our two day stay we didn’t once see an available park and the same cars just seemed to be there. Had to park on the street which wasn’t of great comfort with the amount of broken glass along footpaths from cars clearly being broken in to.
No room service during the stay which didn’t bother us but the fact there was no free wifi in rooms was ridiculous for this day and age. Overall it was a “get what you pay for” stay but was okay for a quick stop when you’re doing a road trip and can’t afford to be staying in 5 star luxury the whole time

NO cleaning of the rooms

Not what i look for accomodation wise.
On a shoestring budget have found much better.

Reception staff has no clue about customer service. Cold and full of attitude. They need to be trained how to deal with customers. I wish i could give them -5 stars.

Reception area was nice.
Outside area very untidy.
Room was a reasonable size but in need of refurbishment. Pillows were rock hard.No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Obviously someone had been smoking in the room. Cigarette butts on outside window sill.

The hotel itself is alright, nothing in particular stands out to make it amazing. The beds are super comfy and make for a great sleep there is very limited parking and we ended up having to park on the main street due to there being no space.
We had a very short stay of 1 night where we spent limited time at the hotel so it was right for us- it is rougly 30 minute walk from Bournemouth beach/ the triangle.
The reception is open 24 hours a day so if youre coming back late at night you still have access which is nice!

Half of the fitings in bathroom missing very noisy outside room very run down ,carpets in corridors filthiest we have ever seen all the stairs carpets need hoovering top to bottom and bannisters need cleaning and painting,no staff smiling or greeting anyone felt very unwelcome.Room we stayed in was right opposite the building housing the extractor units so close we heard them running all day and evening with windows closed tight, one resident complained to myself that they had three room changes first room had blood splatters up the wall next room had rubbish left in there and they were unhappy with the third as didnt feel comfortable sleeping in bed as worried about bed bugs !!

Unfortunately our original room was absolutely disgustingly filthy, tide mark round bath, dirty toilet, carpets not vacuumed. Management moved us to new room which was comfortable and clean. This hotel is so old dirty and tired. Carpets do not look like they’ve been hoovered for months.

rang up and told them I was running late for checking in. I was gonna get there for around 630 7 o’clock and he told me on the phone it was okay but they told me dinner was from 6 till 9 and then we got there the dinner finishes and we got there 7:15

Metalwork rusty, hole in wall were bathroom door has been pushed into it. Only there for a few hours to get early ferry in morning.

The standard double room was adequate but not comfortable. Bathroom was clean but all paintwork needed a repaint. This was the same for the bedroom where skirting boards were scuffed. The surface top of the desk in the room was scarred and marked. Only one “easy chair”, which was not there for comfort, in a double room! Minimal tea and coffee but I asked for more at reception and was asked for my room number too!!
The room and hotel in general felt unloved. The lift was out of order for two of the three days I stayed. Communal corridors and all carpeting needs updating or a professional clean. Paintwork needed cleaning and painting.
The bed was very uncomfortable- a new mattress should be a priority. I used the duvet and slept “on it” as extra cushioning.
The only positives were the “black out” curtailing, the helpful staff, and that it was an easy walk to the station and to the beach too.
I would not stay here again - I’d rather pay extra to have a decent night’s sleep and not worry about which spring I was going to roll over next!

Liked parking, comfy bed, full length bath.

No the room we stayed in was on the top floor and the lift was out of order, me and my wife have mobility issues and struggled with all the stairs. The decor was shabby, bed linen dirty, room smelt of damp. One small window. Massive crack above window. Key card took didn’t work properly.

Dusty, old and disgusting. Didn’t even bother checking into reception. The pool was green and half empty, corridors were covered in dust and cockroaches and sick all over the reception toilet floor!!!

Ok for cheap accommodation. Pool was good.

The room was of good size but looked very dated.
In our room or in the communal areas there were no signs of recycling facilities. We stayed for three nights on on the last night there was no hot water for washing or taking a shower.
We informed the reception and they said to give it a while and it would come through. This didn’t happen so we waited until the following morning.
The water was still not hot in the morning and the reception was closed when we were leaving so were unable to assist us.
1.0 / 5.0
No parking available. Wi-Fi charged. One front of house staff member most unhelpful, surly to the point of rude although 2 others nice. Room very tired, one bulb flickering, one not working. Tea and coffee, just 1 sachet of each. Overall a stay to forget.
