Reasonably priced for center Loop location within a mile or less walk to museums, restaurants, parks, and art installations. Oh, and each bed has a TON of pillows.
4.2
we were supposed to have a large bed, however we got two twin beds pushed together. it was uncomfortable to sleep as the two twin beds often moved away from each other. horrible stay. dirty rooms.

For starters, the staff need to be commended for their service in the front of house. Truly a welcoming environment, especially with a fast check-in. Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms are dated and in need of a renovation on carpet/wall treatments/furniture. this was evident in the bed I had which, while I enjoy a firm bed, this one felt so well used, I could hear the springs compressing as I sat on the edge of the bed. Location is wonderful and near rail lines, a short walk from Union Station, and a shorter walk to Michigan Ave. If you are in need of a room for a night and not focused on pure comfort, this is perfect.

I got a room with a great view. It was a pleasant stay, I will come back. Good neighbourhood, they had a good deal for parking at a nearby garage for about $25 a night.

In this case we used 5 rooms, on different nights, in one of them the deposit was made in cash and was returned to us at the time of check out, in the others the deposit was made by card and was never returned, otherwise the hotel It is well located
The ease of checking in depends on the person who assists you.

Great staff. Clean room. Very centrally located.

It was wonderful as usual. The customer service at this place is always superior!
4.2
Very good location in the loop. Staff was great. Room are little bit old. No safe box, no minibar, the room was very far away from the elevators. Not a good sound insulation between room and hallway.
Feels more like a good 3 stars hotel, not 4.
4.2
Check in was great, it was nice and quiet, i enjoyed my stay.
4.2
Easy self check in. I didn't have to talk with anyone. Made my own key and went to my room. No fuss.
Great location, plenty of walkable places for food options. This hotel is one of my options for downtown appointments.
4.2
Functional room, very clean. Free filtered chilled water on every floor, and a machine dispensing mediocre espresso drinks. Very thin walls, and the people in the room next doir played their radio all night. Front desk staff are completely inattentive, might as well not be there. Decent hotel for business travelers, but there’s not much around besides office buildings.
4.2
2 night stay. Hotel is in a very good location. Rooms are clean, staff are pleasant. Gym was bigger than I expected. 5 minutes walking from various CTA stations. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the Club Quarters hotel in Chicago. The hotel is located right downtown so it is close to many attractions. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful and professional.
The hotel room and facilities were very clean and the exercise room had good quality equipment.
The hotel was definitely worth the price.

Thumbs up

Our stay was good. The accommodations were excellent, and we would stay again for sure. The only drawback was that our neighbors in 733 decided to go in and out of their room at least a half dozen times at 5:30 am and again around 7am we think, and they just let the door slam with no consideration for the neighbor right next door in the same corridor who might have been sleeping. It was very annoying, and we had no way to complain about it.

I've stayed at other Club Quarters locations. Always clean, efficient. Very friendly staff.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to City Hall. The room was small and the furniture was old. It could use some remodeling however it was safe, quiet and clean and i slept like a baby so I’m not complaining. Not fancy but good for the price.

My wife and I were very impressed with how helpful the staff was. From checking in to checking out, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable bed, one night stay only. Quick check in. Room was clean no bed bugs seen in my room or hairs in bathroom

Weekend work trip. Great hotel in the Financial District. Small room but clean and safe. Customer service was great and the restaurant downstairs was really yummy. I'd stay here again, when visiting Chicago.

Great room

It was ok for 3 days however not the cleanest. The bathroom had soap scum and it looked like tiny bit of black mold in the shower. There was also hair left on the floor before I entered the room. The bathroom was very small. No fridge so all of my food spoiled.
4.2
Super bare bones hotel room that needs to be renovated. The bathroom was also filthy - I found someone else's hair all over the shampoo & conditioner bottles, as well as on the floor.

I am picky about driving a quiet place to stay. This place was excellent in that regard. The staff was also exceptionally courteous and professional and it appears there are always two people available at the front desk.Rooms are a bit small but not a problem for me. Great experience overall, would be happy to stay here again.
