Excellent(905 Reviews)4.3
The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Staff great. Lobby area decorated for Halloween and very impressive. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, grits, biscuits, and much more. Would absolutely stay here again.
4.3
Good road night. Clean. Safe. Decent breakfast.
4.3
The room was older, which was expected for the price. However it was a mix of cleaning: the bathroom appeared to be cleaned, however the bathtub and shower curtain had mold. Sink/toilet was clean. Wash cloth found under sink from previous person. The comforter was horriblly stained (not washed?) so we pulled it off. The rest of the bed was clean and the mattress had a protective cover on it. The room reaked of cigarettes, but not the hallway. The carpet in the stairwell is nasty. Breakfast is so-so. Waffles, eggs, burnt bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy.
4.3
Complementary breakfast that ended at 10 but we could not get food at 9:25. Should inform guest if they want complementary breakfast that breakfast room closes at 10 but no more food after nine.
4.3
This hotel makes you feel like family. Everyone is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile
4.3
Excellent and would use again!
4.3
It was great
4.3
The staff was absolutely lovely and the rooms were pretty clean while the food was pretty good
4.3
Place was great but parking lot area was messy and overgrown.
4.3
Good one night stay while in for a celebration of life.
4.3
It appeared that the breakfast was never restocked, and many items were gone right away. To be fair though, many people were seen every morning taking bowls of bacon and/or plates full of eggs, bread, muffins/rolls/donuts/etc. and biscuits-and-gravy to their rooms
Exiting the hotel parking lot into busy traffic was also very difficult
4.3
A pleasurable experience. The free morning breakfast was very good as well. I’d be happy to stay there again.
4.3
Wonderful hotel, clean and economical!!!
4.3
Great stay, great pool and breakfast.
4.3
Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Pool was very small, ok for kids but that’s about it
4.3
The hotel clerk was really very helpful
4.3
Easy check in with a super helpful and friendly clerk.
This was a typical Quality Inn-slightly shabby but trying hard to be better
The breakfast was nice.
Good for our overnight stop on I-81

The hotel itself was rather stuffy. I loved the overall decor & our room was clean(though we found a razor blade in one of the dresser drawers). The bathroom sink had a slow drain & the shower wouldn’t get hot.
The pool was gorgeous but the hand handles were loose stepping down into the pool so that was a bit of a concern.
The complimentary breakfast could use a lil less heat maybe. The biscuits were hard & the bacon was too crumbly to pick up 😆 but it was a 1-night stay so overall it wasn’t terrible. It just wasn’t what I’m normally accustomed to.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of the reviews, many were positive.
However, we did not receive good service or a good experience while we stayed at the hotel.
I was not greeted, I needed to prompt the person at the desk to acknowledge me, and then after I checked in, my friend checked in and said all of my information was on the screen. The person did not direct me to any policies and I did not sign the paperwork because I was not directed to, so my information was on the screen for anyone passing by to see.
It was humid and not cool in the building and it was 83 degrees in the hallway on the 4th floor when we arrived.
There were stains on the comforters, the sheets were facing the wrong direction and they were inside out. I am not sure if they just flipped all the linens after the other people left or if this is how they make beds at this particular Quality Inn. Our room was cool, so we appreciated that.
The bathroom had some black things on the wall and in the bathtub, and some hairs on the floor.
The furnishings were old and worn, chairs were ripped.
There was no ice in the building and the drinking water tank in the lobby was out of water, as well as the hot water for tea.
The lady who was helping with breakfast was pleasant, kind, and helpful.
It was very warm in the lobby again this morning. I am not sure if there is an issue with the A/C but it should be addressed and fixed.

first day breakfast was good. Second day there were a lot of things missing: no bacon, pastries, or granola bars.
Room a/c was so noisy I had to turn it off.
4.3
The staff were nice and responsive when ask to correct issues. However, one issue could not be resolved which was the terrible water pressure! The shower and sinks were literally a dribble! The mattress cover on one bed was badly stained. It was replaced when asked. Probably not staying here again. Too many other, better options for similar price range.

We were greeted by overflowing outdoor trash cans and a terse front desk worker. When we entered our room, a wave of tobacco scent knocked us back (even worse, in the bathroom). The king-sized bed was smaller than the technical standard, and the floor lamp and drawers were damaged. The small table was not clean, the carpet was noticeably stained, and the bathroom hair dryer’s air filter had likely not been changed in many months. Breakfast was okay; no complaints there. The pool is small, though (suitable, say, for a family of 6), ranges only from 3’ — 5’ in depth, and is separated from the parking lot only by a chain link fence and a few inches of concrete. Just beyond the parking lot stretches the Interstate. Our room’s AC worked well, as did the TV and fridge.
4.3
It was a great place to stay; my only complaint would be there was a stoplight right next to the hotel but no way to get to it to make it easier to get in and out.
4.3
This seems to be a hotel that was a great place to stay in the not too distant past, but it seems to have fallen to become a second tier place.
4.3
Clean. Okay price. Decent breakfast. There were some shady people staying on our floor. The next morning while we were having breakfast and packing to leave multiple police (3-4 officers) showed up and eventually took one man out in cuffs. So we didn't feel the safest.

This was part of a larger trip. We had stayedbthe previous 2 night at a Travelodge in Pigeon Forge for $40 a night. This hotel, at $143 a night was a disappointment in comparison. The hotel is dated and in disrepair. The property needs updating and some serious TLC. The one upside was that the breakfast was delicious. Also, it was convenient to several restaurants. I would not go back again unless they had updated or it was at a severely discounted price.
4.3
Upon entering the room, it smelled like mildew and dampness. The mirrors had fingerprints and smears on them. Around the bed frames and behind the bedside table there was debris and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. The faucet in the tub was dripping and the tub was cracked The water had created rust stains throughout the tub. The leather sitting chair that was next to the window was completely worn down and definitely needed to be replaced. There are no USB ports in the room and the television remote did not work so we had to go to the front desk several times. During the middle of the night, the refrigerator stopped working and water leaked all over the carpet in front of the refrigerator stand. They had to come into our room after we left to replace the refrigerator. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated or at the very least deep cleaned , however the staff was extremely nice. There were only two elderly cleaning ladies for the hotel so I believe that they are most likely understaffed.
4.3
The couch is outdated and the seat covers are cracked, but the bed and bathroom are clean. There is no way to fully close the curtains and there is a parking lot right across the street. I wish there was a listing of channels so I didn’t have to keep clicking to find local channels, etc. It seems to be in a relatively safe area and close to lots of businesses.
4.3
Good price, clean, welcoming. Beds and pillows are great. Awesome mexican restaurant right next door. Easy on/off highway
4.3
Unplanned short stay surprised with cleanliness , comfort of the rooms, reasonable price, comfortable beds.
4.3
Nice breakfast! Room very comfortable. The staff are super friendly. Will stay here again.
4.3
It was clean, quiet. Staff was friendly. Had a nice breakfast
4.3
Only one night and it met our needs nicely.
4.3
The TV didn’t work. I was offered to switch rooms but we were very tired. Another type of curtain would prevent the lights from outside from coming in.
4.3
Great free wholesome breakfast provided
4.3
Staff was friendly room was nice. The AC was very loud and seemed like it would turn on every 5 mins a d run for a minute. Shower was very disappointing the head was plugged could only use the one setting without water spraying everywhere. Was there 3 nights water would get warm but not hot. On the sunday there was no hot water at all.
4.3
Refrigerator in room didn’t work and had mold in it, the heat and air wouldn’t control with the thermostat and one of the two days we stayed, we didn’t have any hot water to shower with.
4.3
The front desk employee was nice and welcoming.
4.3
We had no hot water. Let shower run for prob 10 minutes thinking it would eventually come to temp but no go. Faucet wouldnt get hot either. Told front desk, response was "we'll check it". Other than that, facility was decent and room was clean.
4.3
Could hear traffic noise. Breakfast was good. Busy area. Good location
