I booked my stay through Hotels.com, paying for 6 adults and 3 children. However, upon arrival at the resort, I was informed that my reservation only covered 6 adults and 2 children. I showed the clerk my reservation, but he refused to review it, insisting that it didn’t matter because I booked through a third party. As a result, I was forced to pay an additional fee. When I disputed the charge with Hotels.com, the resort told them I didn’t pay any extra fees and that my reservation remained unchanged, despite the fact that my credit card was charged. I even provided Hotels.com with the receipt the resort gave me, but no one was able to assist. Now, I’m contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge directly. I will never use a third-party booking site again.

Cabo is an amazing place this place had incredible views the property is very beautiful but… the food was terrible we left the resort to eat outside everyday , drink selection was very terrible as far as quality of drinks, beds were extremely uncomfortable Staff was great overall just food, drinks, and comfort was pretty terrible. I will never stay here again but if you like cheap food and drinks you would love it haha

Humberto Rico (Supervisor) did not honor the transportation included in my package…and did not have any intention to do so. Hotels.com ended up reimbursing me for their lack of service.

I loved the property because of the range of fun amenities. There were a lot of people having al ot of fun from families to couples to small groups. I was solo bc I went to Cabo to get dental implants. For recovering from surgery, it was a bit much but I will definitely come back when I am in better shape. Very friendly and helpful staff and all the guests seemed to be very happy to be there.

Our experience at Riu Santa Fe was incredibly disappointing, largely due to the misleading and frustrating behavior of Fernanda at check-in. We paid in full when we arrived, only to be hounded with calls two days later, demanding an additional $350. Despite our explanations, the staff continued to call our room, disrupting our stay and ruining our vacation. We ultimately decided to cut our trip short and check out. As visitors from Minneapolis, USA, we had numerous vacation options and regret choosing Riu Santa Fe. After working hard to treat my family to a memorable vacation, this experience left us with nothing but frustration.

I am super picky about food. I will say: the food as amazing! Fresh, good quality, abundant, variety, tasty, well prepared. We were very satisfied with the food.The staff also was incredible. Everyone so kind, helpful, and caring. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy, the beds and pillows were comfy. We slept well and got good restful nights. Air conditioner worked well the whole time. I have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and this hotel impressed me, specially for the food!

The resort is amazing. It exceeded our expectations. The pools were beautiful. The food was great. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint is to please replenish the coffee more often in the rooms. Other than that the experience was outstanding

Very clean and safe to walk around, Foods- are alright, more of a cafeteria type foods. Would prefer more authentic mexican foods and handmade tortillas would great! lots of mosquitoes trying to get into rooms. keep doors closed!!

This is a great budget all-inclusive but not a 5 Star experience. There is a lot of walking to get to the pools but the ocean side pool and beach are really nice We found the food to be very institutional. The quality of meats, cheeses and fish was 3 star at best.

The hotel is a good option if you take advantage of the all inclusive concept, the food is ok and plenty options to choose from , don’t over eat or you will have a stomach ache the next day after. The pools are clean, I personally would avoid the pools facing the beach since heavy drinkers go there, don’t expect high end liquor and the best service from bartenders they can be greedy most often than not. Rooms have been nicely remodeled comparing it to my last stay there 10 years ago, but like everything it has its week point which is the worst bed I have slept in any hotel, I brought this to the receptionist attention which only suggested adding a foaming topper over it so be aware of that and at least ask for it as soon as you arrive. Animation in the pool area is very boring also this can definitely be improved. Other than that only good things to say, I saw a lot of kids and parents having fun so don’t be afraid to bring the whole family.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant! Customer service desk needs to be trained on proper communication skills. Every time I needed their assistance they seemed to be bothered. Other than that our stay was great and we would definitely return back.
