The hotel was gorgeous and comfortable. Exceedingly good value for money. I don't normally use hotel bars but this was competitively priced, gorgeous and very comfortable with red-upholstered wingback chairs. The bartender, Senedu, was very creative making drinks, skilled and friendly. Natalia and Giancarlo brought breakfast to a level I have not previously experienced in a hotel. There were crepes Suzette available on one of the days! Don't underestimate the value of the breakfast, which is included in the price. The location was an easy walk to everything we wanted to visit as well.
I'm not focusing on the room because we got upgraded for free so it seems unfair to compare at the price we paid, but I will say I've never stayed anywhere with 20 foot high ceilings and a four poster bed before, and I would recommend it.

Good location, great breakfast. We had two deluxe rooms. One is the one on the pictures, amazing room with original floor and ceiling. Beautiful very small balcony facing inner yard. The other deluxe is also nice with small balcony facing the back (other hotel) but it don’t have the original features of the deluxe in pictures.

The property was dated. It could use some updating in decor. Reception were nice and bar tender very nice.

It was a good property. About a 10min walk to san Marco square. Staff was friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations and airport transportation. Our apartment was nice, but the floor was still quite dirty. We had to sweep ourselves when we got in cause there was so much crumps on the floor. I could have told them but we were there for only 2 nights so I just did it myself. Overall I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable and it was super spacious for our family of 4.

Nice decent sized room with big smart tv (Netflix, YouTube). Very good location between the main two tourist places, 10 min walk to Rialto bridge and same to St Marc square.
Breakfast was amazing, 10/10 (special shout out to Giancarlo for the amazing service and kindness).
Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed in the apartment. It had 2 bedrooms (the master bedroom was quite large). The bathroom was a good size and it even had a washing machine in it. The kitchen was also nice. It was close to shopping and food. Very clean.

Everything fine. But The Worst internet connection, never worked! I ask for help but nobody fixed it

Great ambience, staff was friendly and helpful. Just a note, you will need to transport your luggage from the taxi to the hotel as taxis don’t go directly to the hotel.

The hotel main areas were beautiful but we stayed in the apartment and it was VERY disappointing. Our WiFi didn’t work, one toilet was very noisy (which they knew before we got there), one toilet didn’t work within 24 hours of staying there, there were no products in the bathroom upon our arrival. The front desk staff were super nice but no one could fix our issues. They gave us a complimentary breakfast which was fantastic but still didn’t solve our problems. I would look into staying at the hotel side next time but never the apartments.

Exceptional apartment decor and space. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Doors don't lock in the bathrooms though. Front door a struggle to lock. Sofas sagging. Otherwise beautiful.

Our family of three generations (6 people) loved the apartment, which was lovely and spacious. We only wish we were staying longer in beautiful Venice.

The property was beautiful but for the price we got little service. It felt overpriced and perhaps if you are staying in the hotel and not the apartments you would feel like you get service for the money. It acts like a 4 star hotel, is priced like a 4 star hotel but does not provide what a 4 star provides. We had a much better stay earlier in the trip at a much cheaper place

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The room we were given was the worst in the hotel. The ceiling was so low that we couldn't even raise our arms, and the room was tiny with barely any space to walk. It is not at all like the photos. I think they just put up the pictures of their apartments.
Also, there was no easy access to sockets for charging our phones. The air freshener in the lobby had a terrible smell that caused a headache every time we walked through.
However, there was one highlight of my stay: the breakfast. It was exceptional. The chef was incredibly great, making sure everything was perfect and the variety and quality of the food were fantastic.
I believe most of the good reviews are for their apartments. The hotel itself is terrible and it is definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Considering this was advertised as a "Wellness" apartment, we felt that it didn't feel welcoming or warming compared to the lobby area. Broken/cracked tiles in the bedroom area meant we had to walk in shoes/slippers. There was no easy access sockets to use for charging our devices, albeit the number of outlets and appliances/lights plugged in already. No liquid hand soap was rather disappointing considering the way the world works post Covid, and how badly Italy was affected during those couple of years. The ceiling boards were very noisy and made us feel uneasy, as they creaked and cracked every time someone was walking about in the apartment above - which was taken up by a family with a child, and when we were trying to sleep, this is all we could hear and it disturbed our first night greatly.

Great place and staff.

We stayed in the apartment which is located 2 mins away from the hotel. It is well located, clean and well equipped. We could not have breakfast at the hotel as it’s against the Italian law to provide breakfast to those not staying at the hotel. Lots of small cafes around though. The only downside is that we could hear those living on the upper floor walking around their apartment.

Good location and away from the tourist crowd. Near to St Marks Square. We went winter time so there were less people. A little scary to walk at night after dinner if you’re not with a group.

On my third visit to Palazzo Paruta, I’m as enchanted as ever! This beautifully restored 17th-century noble residence is a fusion of Venetian charm and modern luxury. Located a short walk from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring Venice.
Each room exudes elegance, comfort, and a nod to its noble past. The service is impeccable, making each stay memorable. The breakfast is a delightful array of local and international cuisine.
Palazzo Paruta is more than a hotel; it’s an experience of true Venetian grandeur. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic location. Great to have a kitchen. A few kitchen details should be attended to: hood light over stove, a dish towel, the dishwasher didn't seem to stop but that's all minor stuff when you're in the center of the most beautiful city in the world!

This little hotel is updated and clean. The staff is wonderful and the room was huge! Breakfast was adequate and plentiful.
The hotel is off the main square so it’s much quieter but still a short walk to restaurants.

Top location less than 10 minutes walk from L’Accademi or San Marco. Peaceful neighborhood just two minutes from San Stefano square full of osterias and trattorias with local food and great quality.
I had a full apartment for my 4 members family, nice, elegant, beautiful design, two ambiances and full of amenities.
Great team, wonderful service and helpful all the time.
Amazing breakfast. Try to have it there. It will be impossible to have a better breakfast. They will include a different selection of pastries, fruits and bread. Very fresh and served in a beautiful cafeteria.
Just two blocks from San Angelo station and the Alilaguna ferry to the airport, very easy to find and to get even with bid luggage and four family members.
I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone, couples or families. Great job guys. Hope to see you in the future. My picture show the building next to the main hotel where my apartment was located.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! The hotel is great, and the location is perfect, but it is the staff that made this trip memorable! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, Breakfast is a luxury here too!

Great small hotel in an area that’s convenient to all the sights but also far enough from the maddening crowds. Gorgeous little bar and terrace to relax on. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Friendly employees. Comfortable room. No complaints!
