Morgenmaden var fin. Der var hvad der skulle være og dejligt med frisk frugt.
Meget lille værelse, hvor der kun var en stol, som ovenikøbet var istykker. Billederne på nettet svarer slet ikke til det værelse vi fik.

The room and shower were perfect.
The bathroom is very small but the shower was great.
The breakfast was quite bad. The bread tasted like paper. There was only butter, no margarine. There was quite a lot of sausages and cheese which I didn't taste so I can't tell but the marmalade and tea were quite bad. Fruit was ok though.

Good location, room was good size. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was also really good. Couldn’t fault the stay.

Very beautiful room, really comfortable and clean, amazing bad! Good position in a quite street, +/- 15 minutes walking distance to/from the city centre. Mrs Simona was very kind, It was a pleasure to talk to her (she speaks Italian as well). Parking available upon request.

I stay here regularly. Very practical place. Very well located. Good size rooms. Everything is very handy and it's perfect for short business trips. The front desk staff is absolutely FANTASTIC.

Breakfast was really a joy for the senses. Compact but very complete. Also the laid back but servicelike attitude from the staff was nice. Good location for the Japanese quarter.
The room was ok, but there's no door between bathroom and the sleeping part. So no privacy when going to the toilet. Also so no coffee or tea or a fridge or anything of the kind.

Nothing. The room was not really a hotel - it was in a building across the street and with no services.
Location was in a scary part of Dusseldorf - deserted area - we came in at 9:00 p.m. and the place was deserted. We had to stay in a building across the street - felt deserted - dreadful room and we had to lug our luggage up to a fourth floor. There was no staff to help - when we threatened to leave, as we are elderly and not able to carry luggage that far the clerk found a woman to help carry the luggage. The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the room was very expensive - I expected a three star hotel for the price, not a single room in a room]ng house.

The room was OK but the room temperature was so low and no one really prepared the room for guests. We had to turn up the heaters and wait hours to get the room tolerable to stay.
The receptionist lady was unfriendly and not welcoming even though we already paid for the room through booking, she kept us waiting and copied our passports without saying the reason or legal justifications! Also, she didn't inform us about the breakfast and the next day we noticed by the same unfriendly lady that we should have ordered breakfast in advance. The room was in another building on the opposite side of the street on the second floor without any assistance or elevator.

The lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and super nice
There was a little issue and she solved that in no time
My partner and I loved our Christmas market city trip to Dusseldorf so much, that we decided to turn it in to a yearly tradition and the Prinz Anton hotel may be expecting us on a yearly basis
PS: Really good and safe parking!!

The rooms and bathrooms were neat and tidy. The room size was also quite decent.. The only problem was that it didnt have a lift and we had a lot of luggage to carry.. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and the staff was very hospitable.. Our train was at 15.30 and they allowed us to be comfortable in the room till we left.. Thank you so much
