Exactly what we expected for the price. A true 3 star hotel. Staff were nice. Food was average and the room was dated. That said, good value for what we paid! Nice team of people - thanks for a good stay.

The hotel was excellent and couldn’t fault a thing, clean, great choice of food at all mealtimes and very friendly staff, only 1 slight complaint was the Wi-fi in public areas wasn’t very good and had to use your own

Really nice and clean with a lot of facilities. They also take care of the guests and try and avoid disappointment. However there was some disappointment as our room wasn't prepared but they gave it to us ASAP. Overall, they have been fantastic and would really recommend.

Nice property, 8 floors building, 5 min walking to the beach downhill.
We got a 2 nice rooms on the top floor, one of them had a sea view. Both rooms with 2 single beds. Not very spacious rooms, but nice conditioner and not noisy behind the door. It was important for us.
There were full bath with tub and bidet. Balcony is good enough to dry your beach things.
Restaurant and food was exel

Nice room and balcony with a view, bathroom was spacious, bed okay. Cleanliness was great, gym did the job, pool area had a shifting sun, better hit the beach for a full day sunbathing. Restaurant staff was eager (maybe too much for my liking), receptionists were a a little cheeky but in a good way. A solid 3* hotel with good food. I didn't use the hotel bar or lunch picnic, but there were two supermarkets just around the corner for cheap snacks and refreshments.

Very hardly for find car parking at the street, About the food not have a lot options kinds food , if You get only half-board ( because - all day I prefer go visit any beach ( Rent - car ) , I when came back to hotel for dinner need to pay 4.50 euros for 3 small ( cola-cola ) .

First day Dinner was good but on the second it was really bad. Nice breakast. You need to pay extra for internet facility. But an overall impression was good.

Easy to get to, bus 21 from the airport 5 euro get off last stop. Walk a bit further then a few streets in from beach up a bit of a hill. Very friendly staff made food for me and other late comers on check in. All inclusive on until 23.00 food good for budget hotel. For what i paid was excellent, not a great deal of entertainment at the hotel some stuff still open although out of season. Playa de Palma 1.5 miles up the beach is nice and lively although mostly German. Bus 23 to Palma is rammed and a long ride although only 1.50 euro. Wanted to try Arenal good for beach and chilled out stay, good base if seeing the island but not a glitzy town if that's what you are after, but could not fault the Hotel. No sun round pool after 3.30pm due to adjacent buildings but sun on beach until 6pm in October :)

We checked in at 2pm (official check in at 2pm) but when we opened the door on the room the room was not ready, it was dirty and smelled really bed after previous guests. We told the receptionist about this and he called the cleaning lady to clean the room. We were told to wait 15-20 mins, which is ok, we did not make a big deal from it. But when the supervisor of the cleaning lady arrived she started to yell at us that they are busy and we must wait. She yelled really badly and it was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I understand that delay may happen, but you can not act like this to the guests. There is one golden rule in the hotel business - do never give the guest unready room. The receptionist calmed down the situation and offered us a free lunch in the hotel restaurant. And there started our cleaning nightmare - every day when I left the curtains closed she opened them, the sun was shining the whole day to our room and there was like 40 degrees when we arrived, room was smelling after cigarets but what was the worst - last day I found my pajama thrown on the floor and she did not lock the door so anybody could enter. Thanks god nothing has happened but when made our stay a nightmare and we will not chose this hotel again evan though it was our second stay there.

This hotel is handy to transport and the beach, also near a supermarket where you can buy bottled water and fruits. They changed the towels everyday and make the beds. From our room on the 9th floor we can see the beach and the sea. The food is also ok, just right for what you pay for, nothing to complain. The only downside is that theres only one socket in the room,if youre going to this hotel bring your own extension perhaps especially if youre a gadget person as its a pain to just have one socket, you cant watch tv if youre charging. The bus stop for bus 23 is located on the first right, for bus 25&15 you need to go to playa to catch it. Bus23&25 takes at least 30 minutes to Palma.Overall we have a lovely time staying there will come back again...

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The hotel was IMMACULATELY clean, the staff were polite and helpful. The buffet style restaurant was very good and a lot of selections available. The surrounding area the hotel was situated in was a little un-cared for, but a short walk takes you to a wonderful and clean beach and lots of bars and restaurants. There are buses to Palma and a bus on the beach road to the airport if you do not want to use the taxis. A taxi from the airport costs approx 12-15 euros, this goes up a few euros if there are more than 2 of you. . There is a little train you can get that takes you to the next town of Pastille, it costs 4.50 euros each return. All in all this was a great holiday for the money and we would return again.

Hotel caters mostly for German and Russian guests the pool is over looked by another building and so this time of year gets very little sun, The wardrobes in our room were coming away from the wall the only power socket in the room had the television plugged in it and was hard to access. The balcony floor tiles were broken. The hotel is half way up a very steep hill wich is stated on the website.in the poolside bar my wife asked for a beer and a tea with milk and got a beer a tea and a coffee no milk barman couldnt understand.definitely wont be going back.

Not impresed. They charge extra for everything. WI-FI poor but they charge 19 evro per week. Unfear

The only good thing in this hotel is an affable personnel at the reception.
The cleaning woman starts knocking on the door at 8:30 a.m. or just comes in without even knocking. I used earplugs for sleeping every night since drunk teenagers were screaming all the night in their rooms and in the corridor. The sound isolation is completely absent in this hotel.
The food is not varied. The fish was the cheapest one and did not always smell good.
The towels in the bathroom were changed only once during our 7 days stay.
WiFi costs 4 euro per day

Good value for money, quite close to the beach, tasty food, nice staff. More suitable for young people becouse of the nousy surround. Rooms are cleane just the furniture is little bit old. We stayed for 3 nights and towels were nit changed during the stay.

We had a fabulous time , the staff are all lovely. It's very clean the food is plentiful and there was always something we liked. Our friend is gluten free and the restaurant manager Filippe was so helpful always checking what she could eat and getting the chef to make her special food.! We stopped 1 week and had a great time - a few of our neighbours were a little noisy but the hotel is great. I think it deserves more than 3 stars - it was a wonderful holiday

enjoyable stay , only downside was bar shut at midnight , but not really an issue as bars nearby.

Drinks at dinner and the bar were exceptional value. Pool unheated and on a very hot day would have been lovely, but a bit nippy in October. Used buses to get around - needed to go via Palma every time but once we worked out our route this was factored in without a problem. Car hire would have been useful to get to the more inaccessible areas of the island. Hotel staff happy to help with bus timetables and if we'd wanted, car hire. Overall a very good find.

It was wanderfule.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and food is ok-ish. If you rent a car, be ready to spend a lot of time trying finding a parking space..very busy during the week-end and very loud from the streets.

Good - Aircon in rooms
Bad - location uphill in quite a slum area. Not served by public transport. Inadequate lifts. Inadequate sockets. Rock hard beds. Mostly shaded pool.
Mediocre - food

This was great week at Piñero Tal. This is not 5 star hotel so u cant expect too much, but very clean, very helpful hotel service, lovely young waitress cant remember her name. Clean room with aircon. I will be back there.

The hotel is situated up a slight hill, but only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Hotel was basic but had most things you would expect to find for a 3 star hotel. It was very clean but very dated. Food was OK, nothing fancy. Staff spoke good English ( better than our Spanish!). Overall the hotel was good value for an all inclusive break.

A welcoming foyer and staff on arrival ,we were quickly allocated our room on the 1st floor .The room was spacious ,clean and had a veranda that overlooked the pool area but was obscured by the restaurant roof ,no problem, as it was still nice Plenty of storage space curtains were bright with a blackout curtain behind ,to keep the room cool from the afternoon sun ,Air -con was installed .The bed was a little hard for my taste but ok . rooms tidied and refreshed every day towels changed if required and a sheet change every 3 days ,.The restaurant on foyer level consisted of buffet style ,breakfast was continental with plenty of choice and a cooked breakfast also all drinks from the machines , lunch and dinner had a large selection of salads and also cooked meals ,drinks were free from dispensers desserts had a good choice including fruit at all meals . The staff were friendly ,efficient and cleared tables immediately . There was always a fabulous selection of food to suit all tastes . downstairs was the entertainment lounges and pools. The pools were cleaned every day and sunbeds were hosed down before the pool opened at 10 am there was a kiddies pool and an indoor pool located in a separate building along with the sauna and gymnasium. darts ,table tennis and pool tables were available A lifeguard was on duty all day until the pool closed at 8pm, the bar staff were always friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to go back there next year .

The pool area was a little small with not many sunbeds but was well managed by the lifeguard! The bar staff were friendly and polite as were the reception staff. The restaurant was well run and the food was nice. My room was basic but clean and that is all I wanted. little noisy at night but expected in peak season. I would recommend this hotel and would return myself!
