Host was accessible and accommodating.

It was a great stay and the owner is super friendly.

Super nice host and the food was great and room was very comfortable. The home is historic and cute but is showing signs of some needed repair. It’s in an excellent location and is a very good value for the area.

Staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Room we stayed in was listed as having a shower tub combo. It was a deep Jacuzzi tub with a showerhead at tub level. There was no curtain or shower enclosure, so this is not really a shower. You would have to sit in the tub and hold the showerhead in order to take a shower. Room was not as clean as we would like it to be. There were dead bugs on the windowsill and cobwebs in the door frame. The room smelled musty/moldy. Bed was not very comfortable.

No shower in our room, just old jacuzzi.

This is a nice quant place that is quiet but still close to shopping/dining. John is the best host, super friendly, wanting to make your stay the best. We stayed in the little cottage. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, surfed alot of tv channels and we enjoyed watching the deer off the deck in the evening. Perfect getaway!

This was the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast in general so i didn’t quite know what all to expect! However, John runs this place beautifully!! When we arrived at the property no one was there but the sign on the door told us to give John a call! First he let us know about a last minute cancellation and that they had upgraded us from a suite to the beautiful Slumber Hill Cottage! Even though he was not there to show us around he was very thorough over the phone which was nice as it left me with no further questions! We were able to enjoy even a rainy evening outside because there was a covered porch deck! We even saw some deer passing by! The next morning John delivered breakfast straight to our door at exactly the time we requested ! Coffee, juice, bananas with cinnamon and a delicious quiche for each of us! Truly a treat! We travel to eureka springs quite frequently but i know next time hidden springs will be top of our list of places to stay!! Thank you again for a wonderful quick birthday trip for my husband!

Nice and quiet, with a friendly and helpful owner with convenient location close enough and far enough away from the main strip.

Absolutely loved this little cottage! Amber was an excellent, kind, and very welcoming host and the place was beyond cute! It's walkable to all the restaurants and bars downtown while also being a cute private getaway in case you wanted to stay in. Breakfast was delicious and we ate on our patio with deer on the property which was so lovely! Our place had a shower but Amber noted that not all of the cottages did so if that is something essential to you make sure you choose a cottage with one, but we preferred the massive jet tub anywho! Only only critique is that while shampoo and body wash are provided conditioner was not, which would be no biggie 9/10 times but of course this was the one trip I forgot to pack our hair supplies! Could not recommend this property enough :) Wish we stayed more than one night!

I like the style of this facility. It is quite and unique. The service is very good.

My spouse and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The host, John, may be one of the most pleasant people I have encountered. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, attentive to any questions or concerns that we had, and genuinely cared about making sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. He was so overwhelmingly welcoming that we immediately felt more like we were staying at a good friend's house than with a stranger.
We stayed in the Silent Springs suite. The themeing of our room was fantastic, with all pieces of decor matching the "new-old town" aesthetic really nicely. The room had a few minor bits of wear and tear, but was remarkably clean. The tub is massive, and was able to comfortably fit both of us (I'm 6'5", so this is a very rare experience for me). Having a window unit for AC and heat may be a turn off for some people, but due to the nature of the area (pretty much every building is designated historical), I can't really count that as a detractor. Just be aware that this house was built in 1902 and has a few quirks that add to the "Eureka Springs" vibe.
Location wise, this is a fairly convenient spot. It's on a decently quiet road, but is still within easy walking distance of downtown Eureka.
If you're looking for a unique B&B experience that adds to the old school feel of Eureka Springs with a wonderful host, this is the spot. If you're looking for a more modern feeling and hotel chain style room, this may not be for you.

They made us an amazing breakfast and brought it right to our room!!!

Amanda was very accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Good place to stay in Eureka
4.8
It's a charming property near enough to town to walk and far enough to not be in the flow of traffic. The service was FIRST RATE. Amber was awesome from check in to check out. Property is showing a little want for updating/repair, but nothing that was a deal breaker. Would have appreciated a tea pot or kettle instead of only coffee makers. Would stay again for certain.

Notice, there is no shower in this room, there is no way to darken the room at night, bed was comfortable and Amber friendly and accommodating, BUT this particular cabin was so musty, could not sleep! It was on a lower level, and was cave like.
4.8
This historical well maintained house and grounds is a great place to stay in Eureka Springs. The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to downtown but is just ever so slightly away from it all...just right.

Amber, our hostess, was wonderful!! She was very informative regarding the home. She delivered coffee and then breakfast to our door!!. She was kind, welcoming, and respected our privacy as well. As we sat on our porch, enjoying breakfast, we had a young deer beyond our deck. A perfect morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Springs, Bed Breakfast. John’s hospitality was beyond reproach. Coffee was delivered to our door every morning right on time and breakfast was served at the location we desired either in our room or out on the balcony where you can watch the deer, we even spotted a solid white squirrel. His restaurant recommendations were spot on

Relaxing in the quiet was very pleasing especially with coffee and breakfast served in the morning.

John, the host was so helpful with directions and advice about local routes and attractions. Also, so accommodating with breakfast on your schedule.

Enjoyable visit at this historic property. Great service,
delicious breakfast and responsive, courteous host.

Hidden Gem. This Bed & Breakfast is very cute and clean. Our room was very small but it was fine for a 1 night visit. The owner was very nice and detailed. Our breakfast was amazing.
4.8
Check-in is simple and we couldnt have asked for a more hospitable host! John strives to always go above and beyond and is such a nice and compassionate person! I just had dental surgery and could only eat soft foods and he went out of his way to accommodate so I could still eat and the breakfast he chose was wonderful, as it always is! This was our 2nd time to stay here and we will definitely be back!
4.8
Not a good experience at all. The room said a queen bed and had a full. It couldn’t be much smaller. It was about the size of a one stall garage. Bathroom had nowhere to put soap or shampoo. The toilet was literally in a closet and my knees were pressing into the door when seated. We left and booked another unit elsewhere. I will never stay there again and the fact the property offered nothing to accommodate us was pretty crappy. So we paid an additional two nights elsewhere.
4.8
It's a beautiful property, very cozy and well-maintained with so much character. The owner is also so nice!
4.8
It was utterly charming.

So peaceful and in beautiful area. John, the owner, was a fascinating guy. Jacuzzi in room was great.

John was the perfect host and attention to every amenity was obvious.

Fantastic Victorian home and a wonderful host! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Amber was very helpful! The room and balcony were charming.

This was our second stay at Hidden Springs, and it was just as lovely. The property manager, Amber, took great care of us, and the room was ready before our check-in time.

The hostess was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious!!!

We loved staying at Hidden Springs. John was super attentive and the breakfasts he served were amazing!

What a wonderful experience! It's our best weekend-getaway yet! We loved everything about our stay at Hidden Springs and Eureka Springs. Plus, the owner, John, is the epitome of Southern Charm. We've already booked another stay here and can't wait to come back!

WOW! What can we say? I wanted a nice, romantic place for my girlfriend's first stay in Eureka Springs. John went so far above my hopes! The place itself is so perfect for a romantic weekend but John....his passion for his property and his hospitality make this the only place you should consider staying. His breakfasts are better than any five star hotel you could imagine. I simply don't know how he does it but we both agreed there is no other place we could ever imagine staying during our next visit that can top this place. Wish I could give it more than five stars. Thank you John for giving us a perfect, romantic experience

Breakfast was delicious. The jacuzzi tubs were amazing after a long day of shopping. The owner was friendly and his restaurant recommendation was a slam dunk! Will be back.
4.8
Wonderfully clean and cute! We enjoyed our stay in this quaint B&B. Thank you for the history of the home and city. We appreciated the ideas on what to see and do on a Sunday night!
4.8
Beautiful historic home with lovely grounds! John the host greeted us in the foyer, super friendly and knowledgeable, give us the history of the home. Brought coffee to our door and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Lots of nice spaces to sit outside and we had full use of the kitchen and living area. Very pleasant time!

John, the proprietor, was friendly, informative and a gracious host. Our breakfasts were wonderful. Egg dish, two types of cut up fruit, juice, coffee & tea and nutritious snack bars. The suite was quite, warm and well appointed.
Would definitely stay here again.
