The room that I stayed in was a little tired and worn but it was big with plenty of storage space for luggage & clothing. The pool was clean & refreshing with plenty of loungers & chairs. The hotel had a stack of nice, new mattresses in the entrance so they were making improvements to some of the rooms.

The room had bed bugs. The A/C unit did not work properly. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small. The only things that were good was the price and the pool.

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Its cruddy, our AC had wires hanging, the shower looked like it belong to 80s high school locker room. The shower head hasn;t been clean and it was clogged, so almost impossible to rinse out shampoo out of your hair. There were 2 towels provided, no hand towels or floor towel/mat. There was no mini fridge in the room, not a coffee maker. The pool tiles haven't been cleaned and the bottom was very slimy. Overall wouldn't stay at this place ever again, even if someone was to pay me for it.

If you like dirty rooms (especially bunch of hairs in the shower) and if you like the feeling like there is no door to the floor, then you might love this place. The toilet was also not working, even after „repairing“ from a maintenance guy it didn’t work. Also for this little money, it was terrible for us! For sure the worst hotel during our holidays across Yucatan!

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and treated us very well. The bell boy was respectful and directed us to our room which was very clean and perfect. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Will definitely be there again.

Well located and easy to find. The pool is pretty cool. The rooms are basic and can't say that the bathroom is the greatest confort. However the staff is extremely nice.

Very old unkempt place! Not friendly staff. Couldn't switched hotels to the lack of bilingual Hotels. Com personal. Tried twice but not results from you. Water coming out of toilet, crack paint in walls,ceiling n bathroom. They don't dust the rooms out at all !!.

The receptionists and the bagagistes and parking guys were amazing. Many thanks we had a great time there and it allowed us to visit Chichen Itza with a great tour.

Located a couple of blocks from the ADO bus station, this no frills hotel offers a safe, clean room at a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and the AC was ice cold. Only the noise from other guests was a downside, easily solved with earplugs. Great for one night before or after a bus ride.

Towel was very old and ripped. I put the do not disturb sign but housekeeping knocked twice and opened once while I was showering. Good location Very friendly staff

Room space was ok and clean, internet signal was poor, but only in my room which was at the 3rd floor, on ground levels was ok. Pool was clean. Restaurant service is limited to breakfast only.

The pictures show the "new" hotel but you can be moved to a building behind that seems to be an old hotel, the place is cheap and low quality might be expected but the pictures and description are misleading or fraudulent.

The hotel is nice however needs furniture update in rooms. Rooms are very spacious, the elevator wasn't working during our stay.
