We were happy that we were able to get our room before check in time. Did not eat at the restaurant. We ate at the Centro where the locals ate.
The Hotel did not offer tours. We found out at the end of our stay the hotel when they put an advertisement of tours. We got our tours when we were at the main plaza across from the Cathedral.

Just a block from the bus station and also convenient enough to the main plaza. Nice pool with shady areas. Had a safe in the room and room was clean and well kept. Good A/C. Good price/value.
It was all just fine.

The room was really comfortable, and the staff was really nice to us. The hotel is clean.
The room needed maintenance, the bathroom was really small, and the towels looked dirty.

Staff in the hotel especially Alesia and Adrian were super friendly and welcoming. We had a lot of nice chats and they made us feel very welcome staying there. They were interested in sharing cultural experiences which we loved.
Pool was never super busy and refreshing in the Merida heat.
Breakfast was diverse and helped with fuel for the day. Vegetarian options. Very busy area for breakfast at times but the staff managed this with a smile and good service. Credit to them. Kitchen staff let me use the fridge to keep some milk which was nice.
Carnival time in Merida is fantastic, I would go during this time. Air conditioning was great, location to bus station easy.
Room shower could have been more modernised, some tea or coffee facilities in the room would have been nice ( with some mugs, spoons).

Clean and quiet location. also one block away from the ADO terminal which was convenient for me.
wifi was intermittent in the rooms at the back

private parking, good location, possibility to use the pool
the hotel would need a renovation.
poor Wi-Fi, old bed which was making noises after every move, very noisy elevator (take earplugs if you don't want to be awake everytime someone uses it), very poor pressure of the water, no fridge, unfortunately, the room service took our used towels and didn't change it with the new ones (we found out after the shower so we had to use ours that we used at the beach)

The pool was nice and the room was ok
There was soooo much noise in the room, we couldn’t sleep from 4am until 9am because it sounded like 15 people were in our room talking into our ears directly. We even got out of the room to find someone but were unable to understand where the noise was coming from.
