Great hotel and staff friendly & helpful. Nice & comfortable hotel near beach. Wouldn't stay in Arenal again as didn't like the feel of the area, but hotel was fine.

4-star review, but I cannot say absolutely anything wrong about the hotel itself. I will start with the good stuff first. Staff was extremaly friendly. Room rather small but comfortable, quality bed and linen, very modern and clean bathroom. Breakfast was also very good for a hotel in this price range. The pool is small, but cozy, with quality loungers around it and you can sit there in the evening with your dring and enjoy a peacefull, quiet time with some ambient music from the speakers mounted around. The only reason for not giving 5 star was the street on which the hotel was located. The location itself is great, 1-2 minutes to the beach and plenty of restaurants around, but the street where the entrance is looks absolutely horrible with a really strong smell (and sight) of urine, each and every day. Saying that, the street was only maybe 200 meters long and the rest of the neighbourhood was fine, so if this doesn't bother you, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice staff! The hotel's location is near the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. They recommended a café that had really good food and fair prices. The breakfast was also nice. The only negative aspect was the AC in the rooms - there was a control there, but it didn't change anything. There was only AC off and heat or AC on and cool wind. Nevertheless, I would recommend Hotel Gracia!

Room looks exactly like the pictures! Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool was usually quiet as the location is about 30s from the beach so it was very peaceful!

The hotel is decent for a budget hotel. Staff and service were great, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Location is literally right beside the beach. Don’t expect much from the rooms, the twin beds were not the most comfortable. No shampoo provided, and no beach or pool towels which was a bit inconvenient. You need a car in Mallorca and parking is an absolute nightmare in this area. We drove around for 45 mins every day trying to find somewhere to park.

Hotel was very clean and good location, as it is right next to the beach. My stay at the hotel was even more enjoyable because of the service Oto had provided. He was always there to help with any questions we had, very polite and pleasant!

Stylish Hotel in a great location, with superb staff. Excellent Breakfast with lots of choices. Dinner was exceptional value €8 &€9 for a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel to stay. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning service was very good. And the food (breakfast and lunch) was amazing - lots of type of food (fishes, seafood, meat, lots of vegetables) and very tasty. Free mineral water was available in the kitchen for the whole day. The pool was small, but it was enough and very nice. The only thing we were missing in the room was a fridge. The street in front of the hotel was not very nice, however you walk 50 meters and you are at nice beach and promenade; really close to the city center. In general - it was really great.

I loved this property! It was sleek and modern. It was in an absolutely perfect location just 1 block from the beach. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this property!

This hotel is very small but close to the beach. Staff was very polite and helpful. Good thing is dinner for 7eur/person with a lof of different kind of food. The internet is working very good as well. What I realy didnt like and what doesnt help me to spend night comfortable was paper walls! Meaning: I could hear what my neighbour is talking. I could smell his cigaretts. But the worst thing was that during the night some lady was running and screaming on the hall which woke me up, because of paper wall. Definitelly not much privacy in this hotel. But the location, food and staff very very nice.

We were disappointed on arrival as this hotel no longer has a pool. I will be taking this up with Expedia as when I used filters to identify hotels with pools this one came up. Apart from that and the noise at night which was not coming from within the hotel I have no other negatives. Positives: helpful staff good value food, good variety of food. Room clean and well appointed - no option for a kettle though. (Shame as coffee served at breakfast was not to my tastes)

So many good things to say about this hotel: * Friendly, helpful staff * Any problems resolved immediately * Good food at Breakfast * Lovely pool * Free carbonated, cold or room temperature water available 24/7 * 30 seconds from the beach front * Free Sea view * Clean towels daily * Full free late flight service including area to shower and change, leave your luggage plus chill area on 1st floor to charge up before the flight. * Hair dryer and socket in bathroom * Plenty of sockets in Bedroom * Light inside the open plan wardrobe with pull out shelf and stool plus two bedside lights and main room light. * Free TV * Two chairs and a table on the balcony * Extremely comfortable bed with extra small pillow for propping up in bed. Main pillows a bit high but comfortable too * Quilt and blanket provided in room in case you get chilly * Beautiful Double walk in shower with very power spray that stays hot. Liquid soap dispenser in shower * Soap and plastic cups provided for basin. * We went in October and it was pretty quiet during the night but the summer months might be different

We stayed 5 days at the Garcia grace & chic hotel. It had a really good price so we were actually pleasantly surprised about the great rooms, the delicious food and the always really nice and helpful hotel employees. It is so close to everything. We could see the beach from our balcony and to the popular bars like "bierkönig" Ballermann 6 it was just 15-20 min slow walking. Because of this distance we had quiet nights and had no sleeping problems because of some drunk tourists. I am so happy that we picked that hotel for our stay! I would defiantly come back!

Nice, clean rooms close to the beach. Our aircondition didn't work, and we had a few hot nights. When we told this at the reception, it was solved quik. The rooms are quite small though, but with a nice balcon.

I asked for some ice cubes...that's right, ice cubes and was cross questioned and subsequently denied ice??? all I wanted was to chill some water. older female receptionist was very serious and unapproachable(the ice queen) but the younger lady was very friendly and fun. hotel was 3 stars all round, rooms are modern and clean. shower leaked worse than the Titanic. Breakfast was ok, Bacon was burnt every single morning for 5 days. locality is decent, close to everything important especially the beach. would stay again but only in a room facing the back of the building, the rooms facing the front overlook a brothel with nasty creatures lurking around at night and another hotel directly opposite with full and clear view of everything going on.
