Hotel in the centre of Stratford close to shops, restaurants and theatres. Clean - staff friendly.

From our arrival to our check out the whole experience was first class. What an excellent hotel. Will definitely be coming to stay again.

A lovely stay at a very nice hotel. Staff were friendly, room was amazing in the old part of the hotel which dates back 500+ years.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived until we left. Would certainly book again and recommend the Indigo hotel.

We booked a room in the Georgian building, and the hotel confirmed this the day before arrival. Upon early arrival, the room wasn't ready, but check-in was handled by the manager. There was no mention of the £12.50 car park fee when we checked in. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which cost £160 for two people, but the food was worth the price. When we finally saw our room, it looked too modern to be in the Georgian building, though we couldn't confirm this due to the heavy rain. The next day, the weather cleared, and we realized we were given a modern room instead. I complained but received only a weak apology. I also asked for a receipt and complained the car park fee was not mentioned during check-in; they promised to remove it, but it still appeared on my credit card (got no receipt of the car park fee). Additionally, one of the bath towels had a stain. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs made us feel very welcome. The lighting, décor, room arrangements, and amenities created a pleasant ambience. Value for money.

When you spend a little extra money, you always hope that it will afford you a slightly better experience, and most of the time that isn’t the case. But I can honestly say this hotel was 100% worth the extra money; room was beautifully decorated and very clean, the staff went out of their way to help and were super friendly, and the restaurant (although pretty pricey) served excellent food. Fully recommend!

Hotel is beautiful. Service is 5 star. The room was very comfortable well stocked with complimentary mini bar and snacks. We visited for a delayed wedding anniversary and were greater with a little card and some gifts. Very nice touch. Will definitely stay again.

Really lovely hotel. Nice touches such as mugs in the bedroom as well as teacups, proper glasses, and divine toiletries.

We had a lovely time at the hotel and in Stratford itself
The staff were very polite and helpful .We had a lovely spacious and well equiped room
The only complaint we can make is that it was a problem
getting the luggage up to the room owing to the narrow and
twisting staircase
We are not getting any younger

Enjoyed our stay - reception staff very helpful. Food lovely in the Bar area - drinks very expensive!

Great location with easy walking distance to shops etc.
Parking to rear with limited spaces, but if you arrive early hopefully get a space.
Had king-size bed and unfortunately house keeping staff fitted a double duvet in king cover so was just flapping about and barely covered the bed.
Complained to staff in the morning and they seemed aware and were polite and apologised. But when the the room costs £200+ it was very poor as this is not a budget hotel. They ensured me this would not happen again, but that's no benefit to me when freezing in the middle of the night.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, stunning bathroom, great service

We stayed in an accessible room which was very spacious and with a comfortable wet room.
There was very little drawer space for clothes and not a lot of hanging space. We were only there for 1 night but for a longer stay this would have been very inconvenient. The air conditioner was a nuisance being between the window and the bed and the only comfy chair was not in a good position for viewing the tv.

I booked this stay as a surprise for my partner’s birthday, we couldn’t fault the hotel. The room was lovely, a perfect balance of modern and old. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Breakfast was also great, a nice choice of continental options and the cooked breakfast was also yummy. I’ll definitely be looking at other indigo hotels wherever we travel to next. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The room was cramped. The car park was full. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent. For a tourist centre not a bad hotel but certainly not an outstanding hotel.

The hotel is in the perfect place in Stratford, 2 minutes walk from the theatres, right in the heart of the town.
The decor and fittings in the hotel and rooms are lovely. The rooms well appointed and comfortable.
The breakfast was a little busy but the food was all delicious.
The staff friendly, helpful and efficient, taking the time to talk to us rather than just seeing us a faceless punter.
We will be back, we've tried many hotels in Stratford and this is the best.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our wedding anniversary. The air con was a dream in the hot weather and meant I could even enjoy a long soak in the bath. It was a great central location with so much to do near by. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location , excellent customer service from both reception and breakfast staff . A few minor details could have been better in the room , some scuffs on the wall ,some dust on mirrors , loose draw knobs and loose taps . Otherwise an excellent experience.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo. Our room was in the older part of the hotel, which had a lot of character, and modern touches. As it’s an old building, just be careful if you are over 6ft, as there are some low ceilings and tight spaces. It was a hot weekend, but didn’t need to worry about keeping the room cool, as it had an air-con unit, and a fan to use if needed. Breakfast was included in our stay, however for the price of £20 each, I’m not sure if we’d have paid for this, as it was just ok, however we would recommend staying here and will be back ourselves.

First visit to Hotel Indigo, a mixture of history and modernity. Able to park at the Hotel, big bonus. Had lovely twin room, very comfortable, great shower room, complimentary drinks in the fridge, Tassimo coffee maker. Slept soundly. Breakfast, such a choice from the buffet and hot meals looked great. Very happy to have found this hotel and will look out for IHG hotels when next travelling in UK.
