Long stair flight Spartan. Directions not accurate for opening door. Information on breakfast. Very small room. Toiletries not good.

Nice stay. Beds were comfortable, parking was tight

The Highland cow decorating scheme was very cute. The small room with dormer windows and slanted ceilings was quaint, with two twin beds tucked into angles. The bathroom was small but adequate, although we as Americans felt less comfortable with the electric shower so did not use. The name of the place is GuestHouse, so know what to expect - no lobby or onsite staff, check in is remote with key codes emailed prior to arrival. Parking is free, though the attached lot is small. We found this to be adequate lodging for a night or two, with close walking access to all the attractions of central Inverness. We did find this hotel overpriced for what you ultimately get though. It was a weekend night in Inverness, but we paid more for this utilitarian room than most other places on our stay.

Lovely property and the room was spacious, quiet neighbourhood in walkable distance to the downtown shopping and train/bus stations. The only drawback was the very fussy shower in the bathroom, even with the tiniest adjustments it was either blistering hot ir icy cold, nothing in between.

No host, but directions were clear. Charging for breakfast was off-putting.

Lovely accommodation, only criticism is there need to a mirror close to a plug, so you can dry and straighten hair

Ok place to stay in Inverness, nothing to complain about. 10 min walk to the city centre. Quiet nabourhood. Comfortable beds. Easy check in. Easy communication with Federica and Andrea. Free parking lot.

Lovely old building

Let’s face it, it’s an overpriced dump, but Inverness doesn’t have a lot of reasonable options, especially if you have a vehicle. You’re competing with senior money.

Wonderful room. Breakfast was great

This guest house has no staff on site but access easy using pin codes supplied. I had the single room which was adequate with comfortable bed and tiny en-suite. Some noise from other guests and the walls are thin but quiet overnight.
I would prefer a hotel but these expensive in Inverness.

Did not like or feel safe from a health and safety aspect of the guest house being unmanned . No personal service or welcoming hosts. Lazy business model. Seems no one in this world wants to connect with anyone anymore. Maybe the instagram lovers would like this hands off business.. I did not.

Seriously expensive for what it was, especially charging extra for breakfast. Room was miniscule and drab.

A very clean and comfortable room in a nice little B&B in a residential neighborhood.
8.0 / 10.0
The space was nicely accommodated and quick response time from the host. However, we were put on the first floor and could hear all the upstairs guest check out in the early morning as they came downstairs with their luggage and opened/closed the front door continuously. The shower also was hard to adjust to the right temperature.

The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Having reserved parking spots was a plus. Instructions for self check-in/check-out were easy to follow. Walk ability to shopping and restraunts was very easy. Over-all, a great stay.
This has nothing to do with the accommodations, but it was heartbreaking to see the dog in the courtyard that we could see from our windows, left outside all day and night. The poor thing looked so sad. It poured rain one of the days and there was no cover. I'm hoping there was water and food somewhere, but we could not see any. The dog did not look malnourished, but just lacked the love from it's owners. Where we come from, our dogs are part of our family and we spend much time with our pets. I understand the working dog mentality at i grew up on a farm myself, however, even our dog had a covered kennel that was in our garage that they could retreat to a warm bed at the end of the day. Just left us feeling sad. That's all.

Nice guesthouse within walking distance of restaurants, and not too far from the airport.

The property was well maintained and perfect location for visiting Inverness and the start point of our tour. We did laugh and say it was the most anonymous B&B we have ever stayed at as we never actually met a person - everything was done through text messages. Maybe if we had had breakfast? Timing didn’t work out for us for that.

Best option for anyone wanting to stay in Inverness and not spend a fortune! My room was beyond adorable and super spacious! Bed was comfy. The other guests made quite a bit of noise, but it didn’t stop my sleep for long. Very walkable location. The shower is super eco friendly and it took a few moments to warm up. I loved the hosts’ interactive ness with the remote check in. They made it a lovely stay!

Very cute! Didn't know parking was first come, first serve until we got there but it was still a nice stop with everything you need.

Poor communication. Upon arrival we arrived to a locked door. Checking emails we had no communication on how to access the building (two emails on how to sign up for breakfast). So we figured out how to access the door with the signage, but then no information of our room. We went back out and there was a camera so we pushed the button to speak to someone. When answered the owner (not sure, never told us his name) repeated several times we were sent an email with instructions. We explained we did not receive. Finally he told us our room and when we asked about breakfast we were told to call him when we got to the room.
We never saw anyone except a maid the whole 3 nights there. Never had any contact with anyone.
Not a friendly greeting. Dark hallways. Dark streets. Not a good way to start our trip. It was very upsetting after traveling all day to be greeted in this manner.

The owners are off site so we didn’t meet them. Everything was done through WhatsApp. It’s fine for some guests; for others who like a more personal experience perhaps a different place would suit them better. The room was clean and minimalist.

This is in a very nice location. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. I would say this is a desirable place to stay. There are no staff on site, so electronic communication is very important. When we got there we could not find where we were told which room was ours. I tried calling, but my US phone would not complete the call. As the rooms all looked alike, we just guessed and took an upstairs room because it seemed the least convenient. The staff had a complete meltdown because we had chosen incorrectly. I offered an apology just to end the matter, but that seemed to generate more anger. Aside from all the hate mail, this was a good place to stay.

VERY budget accommodation..... Great location. So. It's a BnB with no resident owners. You get a pin code to enter with no flexibility on check in time. So beware if you are flying in early. Parking is free but limited spaces. 5 minute walk from Inverness central and that is the positives. Shower gell in sachets, one bar of soap... #nasty.
Cleanliness was good but luxury it is far from !

The French guy at check in was extremely rude and not welcoming at all.

Nice room for our stay in Inverness. Very convenient to town, felt safe walking around. They had parking off street which was very convenient since street parking can be a bit tricky. The folks running the place were welcoming. Would stay again.

A quaint property in Inverness not too far from the Main Street. Everything is quite walkable. The property itself is on a residential street and is very quiet. It should be noted that it is not manned for most of the day so if you’d like to drop off your bag earlier, you will be instructed by the doorbell intercom of where and how to lock up your bag.

Very clean and tidy. Excellent instructions for checkin. Very easy to walk to city center

Great place and great location. Only point to improve would be how the owner interacts with guests. He made it seem like a real waste of his time to respond to questions regarding where to go in Inverness.

We stayed for one night. The host was super friendly. The hotel is located very clise to the center so we checked out early and left the car in the hotel (the host was very nice on let us to leave the car) and we walked around the city center. We had a grest time
